Then the owner insisted on payment in advance and would not start the upload until the payment was received and cleared. This added a $50 credit card service fee to our bill. Bottom line: We were willing to pay all this extra cost to resolve the total headache the owner gave us for getting this job done. Well, it has been almost six weeks and with each skating event costing $60 per CD (for a total of $230) it would seem that even a special order wouldn't take that long.
