I ordered some videos from this company on the 24th of July. They mentioned that since the event was from 2011, they didn't keep copies on hand and had to special order them. Well, it has been almost six weeks and with each skating event costing $60 per CD (for a total of $230) it would seem that even a special order wouldn't take that long. I hope I get something within the next month or so. I may also have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is rediculous! read more
