When I heard what he was yelling at us for parking I promptly apologized. After my apology he didn't stop screaming and cursing at us. Also threatening that he had my license plate number, I'm not what he was trying to insinuate. We were so taken aback and truly felt so threatened that we hurried into the car and left. Of course, I take full responsibility for parking in their lot but I've never in my life been screamed at and threatened by a grown man. Especially given I was viability 9 months pregnant with my mother. Absolutely disgusting and terrifying behavior.

My mom, sister and I arrived when the store opened and the front of the store was chock full of boxes of shoes all over the front of the store waiting to be put away. Apparently the store received a shipment of new shoes. Our first interaction was not great. We were asked if it was our first time or if we had been there before-since it was our first time we were then commanded to take off our shoes and sit down and relax. Not in a very kind or welcoming way. I would've probably walked out but I was dependent on the car I came in. I felt like we were a nuisance initially. The experience got better and presumably the owner assisted my mom and gave her full service with shoe selection. The lady who assisted was definitely expert at making recommendations for what we needed. There was a young boy who was helping her who seemed like he did not want to be there- he didn't do much to assist in fitting us for shoes. He pretty much pulled out the boxes- the lady working with my mom was putting her shoes on for her- lacing them up- etc. I was not gifted full service. We three all got wonderful shoes that fit us well and were ultra comfortable. I scoped out the same brand on Amazon-for 1/2 price and purchased a backup shoe. I appreciated the knowledge the owner had and her suggestions were sound and right on target. I don't live in the area but I would likely go back if I was in the area and if I needed a comfortable pair of shoes.
