This is about shopping Men's items only…read more I found several items that were of a good value, including shoes. After a different experience not far away, it was a pleasant surprise to find things not only in organized-by-size state, but numerous real deals. There's a variety here that's good for younger to older. There are items that are insanely priced, but many realistic prices and a few good deals. Happy to get some shoes and apparel. It was a pleasant surprise, overall. Kudos to their buyers and pricers.

I found a couple of pairs of shoes I liked, and my size (11-11.5, but basically everything from 9-13 was available) was there on the shelf to try on. I found shoes that fit, waited in an appropriate line (just the right number of cashiers, where I waited for a few minutes, but not too long), and easily checked out with a really nice cashier, and went on my way. This review may only apply to me, and people like me: that don't want a ton of interaction, but a good selection, and a quick, pleasant checkout experience. But if that describes you, this is a great shoe store.

My mom gave me a $20 off coupon for DSW when I was visiting, so we stopped here when we were visiting the in-laws. It's a very big store compared to others I've been to. There was a large selection which was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also want better crowded which I definitely liked. I found a pair I liked, but they didn't have my size. They said I could buy them online, but they were on clearance in the store and not online. When I asked if there was anyway I could order them in store and have them shipped for the store price, the sales women said they weren't supposed to but talked to her manager who said it was ok. I was appreciative of how accommodating they were. Because of that, I was able to get new boots for a very reasonable price of $40. While I don't like shopping, it was an overall good experience here.

My fourth stop on my shopping trip at Tanger Outlets was the Levi Outlet Store. My brother needed…read morenew jeans badly and we hoped to snag some for him at good prices. There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me. Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't. Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.

So Barbie's favourite Outlets are the Tanger Outlets, and when she was driving from Columbus to Cleveland to come and see me, pick me up no less, she came right by here and was excited to see them, but didn't stop because she was in a hurry to get to me. So a few days later when we were driving through Columbus, we detoured up here and spent a couple of hours exploring the mall. It was delightful for me to bring her here and surprise her. Barbie enjoyed it tremendously and said that it's one of the better outlet malls that she's been to. It's really quiet and we were surprised at how few people were up here shopping. I hope that they're doing enough to stay in business. They had some good deals on, like the VS & Pink store had a big sale, but definitely there wasn't as much money to be saved or as extensive of a collection and selection as there is at the Tanger located in Texas City close to Houston which is our regular TO location. The Tanger of shopping here is that even though everything is at Outlet prices, you'll spend too much. The other Tanger is getting frozen in winter, because it's outside and it gets very cold indeed in these parts. So it's totally worth it. It's a genuinely nice place to shop. Until you drop. It's also a beautiful showroom…read more I was really tempted by the buttery soft cashmere sweaters on sale for half off, but I wanted my mom to try one on before I bought her one since that's a higher value item. I was able to find a lovely pure cotton sweater at a good price for now. I love finding more natural fabrics. Hopefully I can come back soon.

Will not be back. I usually go to the location in Grandview and I don't have this experience.

Three things stand out to me about this Dick's store location…read more 1. It is busy all the time. Any day of the week. Any time of day. 2. It is very clean and merchandise is always nicely arranged. 3. Online order pickup is great. They always have your order ready on time and you never have to wait long at the pick up desk. Hadn't been to this store in eons. I was desperate to find a pelvic and/or thigh/groin support…read morebelt/strap. I already scoped out another store, but found nothing. It popped in my head to try Dick's. I thought for sure they'd have one, considering it's an athletic store, and huge at that. I am a 53-yr-old woman with RA and fibro, and I severely strained the thigh, back, pelvis and groin areas. I had to use my cane to enter the store; I grabbed a small cart to lean on, as well. The guy standing near the entrance said hi, but didn't ask if I was looking for something specific. I looked around, lost, so looped back to him and asked where support belts and such would be. He told me they were located upstairs. He then mentioned an elevator, and pointed in the general direction. I knew I couldn't take the escalator, because I needed to lean on the cart at that point. I searched all over for the elevator, and nothing. I finally looped back around to the restroom sign, and eventually realized a small makeshift sign was taped to the wall, noting the elevator was down the corridor. It was very generic and not noticeable from afar. The elevator is way in the back, hidden, old, worn and it reeked inside. The #2 button was taped over, and only #3 or #1 could be pressed. I don't know why there is even a #3, but I chanced it anyway. It took me to level two. lol I finally found the wall where all of the braces were attached to, albeit quite far away from the elevator. The area is quite congested, and not really made for a cart to traverse. I was relieved to find the wall of braces...only to be let down. Out of all the rows and rows of braces, straps, support this and that, not one single item for the pelvis and/or groin. I didn't even see a spot where it's supposed to be, so I suspect they don't even carry them in-store. Additionally, I noticed there were no price labels anywhere, so it was a complete guessing game as to cost. In severe pain, I had to wobble away and get back to the 2nd floor. I took the escalator, and left the cart there. I didn't want to get back into the smelly, clunky, old-sounding elevator again. A young female employee saw me when I got to the bottom, and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I said, "No..." She just chuckled and said, "Oh..." I then replied, "I couldn't find what I was looking for..." She didn't say anything back. No offer to help, find another employee, etc. After going to a 3rd store, I gave up. I just ordered online and I get my brace tomorrow. I was just hoping to have one today, and maybe even try it on, to ensure it fits well, etc. Such a shame that Dick's didn't deliver. A huge store like that should have them as a no-brainer...and on the 2nd floor to boot. You'll have people coming in probably in pain, so why put them on the 2nd floor? lol Makes no sense. The employees need to be more connected and interactive. Lastly, that elevator is horrible. And please make signs which direct you from the point of entry all the way to the elevator! This is basic 101 stuff.
