Side note: they hurt my feet after about 30 minutes. Cuteness comes at a price. Customer service wasn't that friendly but she wasn't rude.

My wife and I have been owning and operating our own business for 13 years and during those years,…read morewe're on our feet a lot. A whole lot. That's why we're thankful to Roxana and Fleet Feet at Vintage Park! We've been coming here rhe past few years and we've gotten superb first-class service and last month, with Roxana, was another stellar example of why customer care is so important to a corporation. She was very, very patient as she asked the right questions about our daily routine and found the shoes that best suited our needs. We ended up not wanting to decide between two shoes for my wife and I and went with both selections, two for each and a total of four pairs. Not too often that happens but because of Roxana's wonderful customer care, we knew she valued our business so we spent our hard-earned money with her company that day last month. If you're on your feet like my wife and I, you need to invest in quality footwear and there's no better place I would recommend than Fleet Feet with Roxana being the star associate who makes you feel she and her company values your business! Tell her David & Amy sent you, your family's feet will thank you!

The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

I said no but he insisted. He was gone about a minute with the boots. When he came back he showed me that the soles were glued on and not sewed on by pulling the sole off the boot! Then he pulled the glued sole off the other boot! He told me that I didn't understand. I told him that I did not please explain it to me. He said sewing was better. I told him those boots never had a sewn sole, and I'm not sure they were suppose to. He said he would glue the soles back on for $28. These sole were attached before he ripped them off the boots!! I told him the soles were not separated from the boots when I brought them in. He was the one who ripped the soles off the boots. He insisted sewing the soles on was better. Then he began Yelling at me. Not raising his voice but YELLING. I quietly picked up the boots and left because his behavior frightened me. I cannot believe a store owner would cause damage, insist I pay for the repair, then yell at me because I couldn't understand him charging me to repair damage HE caused.
