I have no idea what chemical was used on them. To top it off, the windshield still showed the outline of the wipers after they claimed to have cleaned the glass. This experience fell far short of any professional detailing standard. Sam answered right away and set me up with someone to come out the next morning. Before calling Sparkleen, I had browsed Craigslist for mobile detailers, and there were the same five guys posting their ads every day. Most of them were located in Maryland and didn't want to come out to Arlington. Only one guy was located in VA, and he wanted $225 for an exterior detail. Um, no thanks! Sparkleen had their entire price list on their website, and I chose to get the exterior detail, which included washing/waxing/buffing, power washing the mats, interior vacuum, and more. I also had him shampoo the rear carpet as there were some dirt and rust stains back there. WOW. "Eddie" did a fantastic job and the 'Burb looks brand new. They brought all their own equipment, and they also use biodegradable chemicals. My only quibble was that he missed some spots on the carpet with the vacuum. Sam called after Eddie was done and I mentioned the carpet, and he drove out himself to clean up the dirt. THAT is customer service right there.
