I really wanted to have a better experience because my first interaction with Caliber Collision…read morestarted off well. I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla in Underground Gray that was hit in a parking lot while I was on vacation. I brought it to Caliber Collision to repair the passenger-side bumper. My advisor, Jorge, was excellent with communication during the initial repair, and the work was completed in about a week. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. After taking my car home, I noticed the paint on the new bumper did not match the rest of the car, and the bumper wasn't properly flush with the hood. I brought the vehicle back the very next day, and they told me they would order a new OEM bumper and repaint it. From that point on, communication completely fell apart. Instead of receiving updates like I did the first time, I had to repeatedly call just to find out if the part had arrived or what the status of my vehicle was. No one proactively reached out to me throughout the process. When the second repair was finally completed, the bumper alignment was fixed, but the paint still didn't match my Underground Gray paint. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping the issue would finally be resolved, but that only made things worse. I was initially told I would need a rental car because the repair would take a couple of days. Later, the manager claimed my car had actually been ready the same day, which was simply not true because no one contacted me. Even more concerning, Caliber told the insurance company that they had informed me my vehicle was ready when they never did. Once again, I had to call them myself to get an update. In the end, the bumper still doesn't match the rest of my car, but the other driver's insurance company refused to authorize any additional repairs because they considered the color close enough. As the owner of a brand new vehicle, that's incredibly frustrating. I'm giving two stars because Jorge provided great customer service during the initial repair, and the bumper fitment was eventually corrected. However, the lack of communication after the first visit, the inconsistent information, and the unresolved paint match issue left me very disappointed. I expected much better quality and honesty, especially from a company that advertises itself as a trusted collision repair center. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

With all of my terrible luck with cars this past year, I was so annoyed that my car got hit in a…read moreparking lot and that Caliber's quote was $1500!!! I did NOT want to pay that much for a problem that seemed like it could be fixed by just popping the pieces of the bumper back together. Luckily, my friend told me about the Dent Repair Guys so I called the phone # to schedule an appointment. It was a bit confusing to find the location, so just call or text them before so they can direct you. The Dent Repair Guy took a Quick Look at my car and said it looked like it was hit pretty hard because some plastic near my headlight was punctured by the metal in addition to the bumper popping out. He said that quote I had from caliber would easily be increased to $4000-$5000 because they'd say to replace the whole bumper, grill, headlight etc. He quoted me just $500 to realign everything. I waited in my car and he was done in 25 minutes! Good as new! I was so satisfied and relieved to have saved thousands of dollars for such minor repairs. If you have dents in your car or need minor fixes SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DENT REPAIR GUYS. I can't recommend him highly enough. Great communication, customer service, and super friendly. *Note credit cards are not accepted. You can pay in cash, Venmo, zelle, cash app

I shopped around a few places including the dealer and found Carstar to have the most reasonable price. The service was quick and the work was completed when promised. I will say the tech did make one mistake and somehow forgot to put the actual lock lever back into the door. I did not notice it due to the fact that I had a carseat on that side and never opened the door from the inside. Fast-forward 2 years, the carseats have been moved to the back row, and we realize we cannot unlock the door manually after my wife was trying to exit after sitting in the back. I stopped by and spoke with Reggie not really sure if they would be willing to do anything about it since it had been over 2 years since the work was completed. Even though the mistake was made before Reggie's time, he immediately apologized and told me that he would take care of it. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised as it had been so long before I noticed the issue, and it had taken me even longer to bring it in to have them look at it. Through the entire process Reggie has been awesome and as promised they replaced the missing lever. I can say that for any future repairs Carstar will be my go to repair shop.

I give classic collision Mcdonough and Norcross locations 5 star review because at no point did they leave me hanging wondering what the progress was with my car. I got a text twice a week if not, three times a week, letting me know where they were in the process. Even though I had a rental car the whole time, I'm happy to say that I get my car back today. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Classic Collison and I feel compelled to…read moreshare my frustration. Initially, I chose this auto body shop based on their partnership with the insurance company, which led me to believe it would be a smooth and efficient process. To my dismay, the collaboration between the auto body shop and my insurance company resulted in an exorbitant estimate for repairs, a cost that my insurance company refused to cover. Despite the fact that my car was in good working condition and I only required a fix for the side bumper, the auto body shop insisted on unnecessary repairs. Communication with the auto body shop was a constant issue. When seeking updates on my car's status, I was consistently directed to contact the insurance company myself. This lack of transparency added to the frustration and inconvenience of the entire process. When I informed the auto body shop that I would be retrieving my car due to the insurance claim denial, I encountered further problems. The promised completion date was not met, and the final labor cost exceeded the previously agreed-upon amount by over $100. The lack of an itemized bill, combined with an unexpected $400 administrative fee, only added insult to injury. What's more, my car was held at the auto body shop for an extended period, well beyond the promised timeframe. Upon finally receiving my vehicle, it became evident that the service was subpar. Not only was the bumper expected to be retained by the shop without my consent, but essential parts were missing, and my backup cameras were no longer functional. The entire experience left me feeling as though I had been taken advantage of, with the auto body shop engaging in what seemed like a deliberate attempt to inflate costs and withhold essential components. This has undoubtedly been one of the most unsatisfactory interactions I've had with an auto service provider, and I would caution others to not follow the directions of your insurance company if they are affiliated with this autobody shop, especially if you are at a no-fault accident. Choose another auto body shop that you trust and then submit the claim yourself. Images of when I dropped off my car and after I picked it up with no bumper re-attached. Before drop off and after drop off the trim is broken on the trunk.
