Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. We do a 30 minute session "comped" on them. Cool whatever. Afterwards I'm lightheaded dizzy. Actually went to the restroom and threw up. I have not worked out like that since high school. I truly believe this is all in their predatory agenda on getting people to sign up for the trainer program. So i get swindled into a trainer program that again I DID NOT want. They made it seem like you had to have this trainer program to even get a membership!I just wanted to get the eff out of there. The trainer I was given Janet was constantly on her phone for my sessions. Or would cut them short. If I'm paying $22 a session $88 every two weeks I want my full time! I tell them I want to cancel the trainer program and I'm given the run around and they just stick me with a new trainer. Well now fast forward. I have moved out of state to a state that does NOT have a EOS fitness. Within their tiny printed policy if I do not live within 20 miles of an EOS fitness you can cancel with no penalty. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to cancel my trainer membership bc you can't cancel it with customer service over the phone you have to cancel directly with the gym you signed with. And guess what Andre tells my trainer when I try to cancel before moving, just try and upgrade her! We'll cancel some other time. Excuse me?? Upgraded me to take more of my money when I won't be able to use the service? And then Andre slipped into a meeting quickly so I couldn't get the process started after my training session. I come back the following week to get the process going and while trying to get the Deed to my house emailed to me. Bc again they need the deed to my house to cancel, surprised they didn't ask for my DNA and first born child. Andre again slips into a "meeting" so I cannot be helped in person before leaving out of the state to get my trainer program cancelled. We are now 3 weeks out from me trying to cancel I have been charged for sessions I cannot take bc I DONT live in Vegas anymore and I still have no confirmation on my program being cancelled. Only that a ticket has been submitted. So how long does the ticket sit in submission for? It's a scam to just keep charging you again and again. I am to the point of calling my bank and having them put a stop payment to this program. Or cancelling my credit card all together. Stay far away from this place!! They don't care about your "health" as they sit and claim they just want your money and to screw you around.

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.
