I saw her enter a grocery store without a mask & was talking about it to my nail lady when she was sitting next to me getting a pedicure too. After talking for a while, exchanging information & learning she was a Functional Holistic Practitioner, I knew I wanted her to be our family doctor. She's treated me & all of my children (now 4). Not only does she know her stuff on the big things but everything in between. She's helped us with gut stuff & parasites, autoimmune, prenatal/postpartum, flus & more. I refer her to all of my friends & family. When my son had a scary event, she advised us to go to the hospital just in case (I love that she puts our best interests first). When we were still there the following morning & getting bullied by the staff, she showed up herself to advocate for us, prayed over my son and I and we walked out shortly after. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. Her protocols works & my husband & I trust her with our children. Cannot more highly recommend Dr Christina.

When my son recently came down with the norovirus and developed a full-body rash, Dr. Christina stepped in with natural, effective solutions that worked quickly. Just having her support during that time was huge as a Mother. I really cannot thank her enough. I no longer feel totally alone navigating all of the choices. I feel supported, empowered and deeply grateful. If you're looking to make changes in your health and wellbeing, I highly recommend Dr. Christina.

I had my first consultation with Bouthaina (B) today, and it was excellent! I'd never met with a nutritionist before, but I had been shamed by plenty of doctors for being overweight, so I was very anxious about our appointment. B was amazing. I have Hashimoto's and PCOS, which make it very hard for me to lose weight, despite working out 5 days a week and being a pretty picky eater. B acknowledged my health conditions and made sure I knew that both of my conditions had huge metabolic implications and I hadn't done anything "wrong." She never made any assumptions and was very body-neutral. The paperwork I was given says not to starve myself or skip meals in multiple places. This is not somewhere that will tell you to be hungry. We spent an hour reviewing my medical history, diet history, food preferences, and what a typical day of eating looks like. Then we covered some nutrition basics, which I found very helpful. B related things to my specific health concerns, which made it even more useful. She let me know that if this was too basic, we could move on. I'm a visual learner, and the packet has photos and charts to make it easy to read. When I went home and had to order groceries, it was very easy to consult the information I was given and make better choices. I'm looking forward to my follow-up so we can add on to my plan!

When we made the difficult decision to discharge her against the ERC's doctors' recommendation, we did so with confidence, knowing we had assembled a strong support team at home -- a primary doctor, a therapist specializing in teen eating disorders, counselors, group sessions, and most importantly, Ms. Sarah Atlas. Dealing with a teen struggling with an eating disorder is incredibly challenging -- emotionally, mentally, and financially. Sarah was a game-changer for our daughter and our family. She connected with our daughter on a deep level, helping her develop the skills and understanding necessary for lasting recovery. Even now, those skills continue to benefit her daily. Sarah's impact has been so profound that our daughter has decided to major in Nutrition Science and will be starting at UNLV in a few months. The fear of relapse will likely always linger, but knowing that we can reach out to Sarah when needed gives us a sense of comfort and peace of mind. We are beyond grateful for Sarah's guidance, care, and expertise. She played a crucial role in helping our daughter reclaim her life, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah's office is welcoming, clean, and a space where her professionalism truly shines. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease--the atmosphere is calm and organized, a reflection of her attention to detail and care for her clients. The layout is thoughtful, and everything feels intentional, creating an environment that supports both comfort and confidence in her work.

When I got home I would lay on the couch for hours. I could feel my body slowly shutting down. I had figured out that it was gluten and grains that had done the damage (thanks to watching a recording of Ronda speaking from a conference about the symptoms) but while I had stopped most of the damage by removing them from my diet a few months previous, I didn't know how to actually help my body heal. I loved how confident Ronda was that she could help me when I had been feeling utterly powerless, especially after I had visited a doctor who agreed to test my iron levels and then just sent me home with no advice or help to offer. It took me about 6 months to really get on top of things. We went through each organ in my digestive system starting at the top and got things functioning again. It's insane the difference and it scares me to think where I'd be now if I hadn't seen Ronda. I believe I first saw her in 2013, and not only did she guide me through repairing my entire digestive system, she taught me simple criteria that still define how I choose to eat today. I am now 24 yrs old, have quit my job and run 4 businesses, and despite having an autoimmune condition I know I can trust my body not to fail me as long as I treat it well. I can show up and deliver for my clients on a regular basis and that's an incredible feeling!

From the first phone call I made to get my appointment I knew something was different! Marci was so kind and warm and helpful!! Dr ronda was funny pleasant real and INCREDIBLY knowledgable! She listens and really considers everything that's going on and how best to help you! She is not about a "bandaid" "quick fix" she's about getting you healthy and whole for the long haul! Her staff is so kind and truly goes out of their way for you! They speak from experience on many of the things I was dealing with as well as the treatments she prescribed!
