I am beyond impressed with not only the work, but also the work ethic and pride that Wes and his…read moreteam at Great Finishes provided during their time in our home. Wes explained the whole process and answered all of our questions without hesitation. I also loved that they were on time every day, respectful of wearing a mask in my home, and used products that were baby and pet friendly. We had some pretty challenging areas, but they truly did an amazing job throughout my home. My Mexican tile looks brand new!! Wes worked hard to do everything to make sure my home looked perfect before he was done. Also, they took care of our furniture and belongings when moving items around! Choosing Great Finishes to get our Mexican tiles stripped, cleaned, and sealed was the best decision we made! Our home looks so much more inviting and clean!

Let me start out by thanking Mark and his team at Flooring Friend for doing an amazing job on the…read morethe floors and stairs in my townhouse, now that I've had a few days on them they came out better than expected. If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger. As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor. Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself. All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house. I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.

Erick and the team went well above and beyond what I think most companies would do to satisfy some anxious owners. We had recently had those floors done when we bought the house and the installers didn't do it properly, so we were very nervous about trying this again and going with Tile. Erick was super reassuring and really made us feel very at home and confident that we were in good hands. The showroom has a great selection, and they even brought a tile to our house on more than one occasion so we can test in other areas for lighting etc. (I know we're crazy!) But with such patience and care and outstanding expertise, we couldn't be happier with the end result. It is S T U N N I N G! We had so many outrageous quotes and this team was the only one where we felt it was a fair price and we weren't getting ripped off. Their honesty and integrity shows through in their work and their personalities. I couldn't recommend them more highly. A+++++

I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.
