Called MacNeil Glass to discuss repair or full replacement options. After their prompt visit to the location we determined that full replacement would be most suitable. The doors and storefront framed glass were installed on our target date. Everyone is pleased with the result. Great to work with MacNeil Glass for this unanticipated but wonderful replacement work. I provided the dimensions and specific instructions regarding the curve of the four corners. After I placed the order, I became concerned that the edge of the glass would be too sharp to rest arms on while eating, and they placed the order on hold for me so that I could meet with them and show them the kind of soft edge I was looking for. They reassured me that I could have my deposit refunded if I couldn't get what I wanted. When I came in, the glass maker reassured me that the kind of polished edge I was looking for was standard for them. When I picked up the glass, two guys helped me carry it to my car and helped me seat it safely across the back seat. I was so pleased when I placed it on the dining room table and saw how exact the dimensions were, how precisely they had cut the curve on the corners, and how comfortably soft the edge was. They were professional from start to finish and crafted a beautiful and perfect piece of glass for my table.

I called Restorers without Borders and they explained to me the process. They will come to the house, do the estimate and take the piece. There's a charge for this of course and I understood this. This charge is applied towards any work you do, and I knew I was going to get this piece repaired so I accepted this. They came to the house and described exactly what they could do and offered me several options on fixing the other flaws in the piece. While I was arguing with the delivery company on coverage, RWB held my piece for several weeks in their shop. I gave them the go ahead to do the work after a few weeks, and I have to say, good things come to those who wait. They delivered my piece yesterday and I have to say, it looks better than ever, and they even fixed a bunch of other issues with the table free of charge! They exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job, I honestly cannot even believe how they matched the finish and wood inlays of a piece of furniture that is 80+ years old. They aren't the cheapest, but for things that carry enormous sentimental value, who cares. If you have furniture you really care about, these are the guys you should use. They have been very honest and up front from the beginning. The guys that actually do the work come out to look at your furniture and they are the ones delivering it. So they really care on how careful they are with the delivery and handling of your furniture. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest, and they are probably aren't the fastest. But if being done right and quality are the most important to you, then these are the guys to use. Period end. Thank you again RWB, my grandmother would be thrilled. Now I need to yell at the kids to keep their hands off that nice table I just had fixed!

A section of Aluminum Siding needed to be removed and reinstalled due to wind and sun damage. Junior Reynoso provided a Proposal that addressed the problem at a very reasonable cost. To stay within my budget, Junior arranged to replace the damaged Aluminum Siding with Vinyl Siding in the affected areas. The two materials blend seamlessly and appear as one. His crew arrived on time, removed the siding from the damaged areas, reconstructed the wall, and installed new Vinyl Siding that blended seamlessly with the existing Aluminum Siding. The crew was courteous and professional, listened to my concerns, and responded thoughtfully. They cleaned the entire area after completing the work. I am Grateful to Everett Aluminum for the Care they showed both my home and me.

First, our designer lost the design plans and tried to cover it up. This caused us to have to try to re-remember items that we had discussed prior. For example, we asked for no spice rack, then we get a spice rack, so we then had to improvise once the project was underway. Completely incompetant...no apologies, and our designer clearly didn't listen the first time, take notes, and honestly just didn't care at all about us. We should have known then, next time we will just walk away..... Next, our contracter was a complete joke. Never inspected the site for follow up / punch list items. Eletrical and Floor contracters were sub par, we still have a light switch that doesn't work properly. They destroyed our dining room floors relocating our refridgerator, with no full repair, just a touch up that looks like crap. They also damaged our mudroom floor and apparently have no idea how to fix what they broke, so I now have a gap in my floor that has never been addressed. Lastly, they never finished the final revisions to the trim. I told this clown several times what we needed to tidy up on, and several times never receieved follow up. In other cases, he did not properly relay instructrions to the sub contractors, so twice we had cabinet / trim people show up without the necessary materials to tidy up. The cabinent / trim guys were the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible experience. I truly felt bad for Bud and Shawn as their time was wasted by our General Contractor. As it stands now, almost 6 months since we were suppossed to be "complete" and zero follow up. I am embarrased to have people show up with incomplete instructions, and our general contractor has not visited the kitchen to address anyting since NOVEMBER of last year. Do not go with this place, over budget, zero follow up, horrible design team, bad sub contractors. Complete waste of time, and we never got the satisfaction of a final, complete, project....
