Lovely hotel, friendly desk staff, every single one. On par with the other upscale hotels of Teton Village- not 4-seasons 5star, but i wasn't seeking that over my comfortable 5days. i also wasn't seeking the many bedbug bites that i found over my arms, back, and chest. all other causes excluded. i expect this is a rather rare event. nevertheless, many of the bites--on me, confirmed cause; relatively new suitcase now discarded, heavy washing, and all the other unpleasant measures. i did let them know, as i would hope any guest would. Finally reached a manager. He was quite polite but stated they found no indications of bugs. I can hardly reconcile that given that I returned home covered with back , torso, arm bites, and had the diagnosis affirmed locally-- with no intervening stay. We leave the conversation at an impasse. I have the bites, the discarded luggage, the medical confirmation, but Continuum has their view. I will not (ever) be staying there again, nor can I suggest this to anyone else. Make you own choices, thus informed. So to be honest I was dreading staying in this hotel after reading the reviews here (booked it before reading the reviews as I was desperate to book a place at that time ) BUT it was actually pretty decent if not good. Yes, walls are paper thin (you can hear all the doors open/close from inside your room - worked in our favor bec it forced us to be up and ready early haha) and yes rooms have no refrigerators (i think only select ones have) which for the price you'd expect there even a small one. But overall the experience was good, the room was CLEAN. Based on the reviews, I made a point to inspect the bed and towels since I have an insane allergy to dust, and it was all good. Check-in/check-out was quick and seamless. Free masks were offered and free coffee in the morning was a plus as well! Overall a great base camp and will consider going back. read more

This place was better under the previous owners. It was called The Inn at Jackson Hole, and was a good low budget option to stay near the resort. The new owners jacked the prices up 2x (in 2019, looks like it's more now), and did a cosmetic refresh on the rooms... meanwhile the level of service dropped from what it was before. My room had a pull out couch with no bedding. I had to repeatedly call the front desk for two hours to get them to send some up, only to be told "we're out of blankets" and get handed a sheet. Why are you running out of anything when you charge that much? I assumed maybe it was growing pains of a new staff, but the other reviews on here indicate they haven't improved much. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that merits the money you're spending, and avoid this cash grab. read more

We booked this hotel many months ago as we were having a family gathering needing 3 rooms for a weeks stay. Upon our arrival we don't get the best greeting when our party is told that no one is available to help with our bags at all and we should grab a luggage cart. Luckily for our approaching 80 year old mum we are with her to help with her 2 cases. We're then told that the 2 rooms that were requested to be close together are on completely separate floors (lots of last minute bookings apparently!) My husband and I, with 2 small boys, then access our room (it's one is the larger rooms as there are 4 of us) to discover its sharing a balcony with the bachelorette party next door. There's one chair on this whole balcony so we ask if we could just get a chair(s) for our area. We're told they'll see what they can do. The bachelorette party return in the early hours (as they should) but due to the walls being paper thin we may as well have opened the adjoining door and joined in. We want to reserve a table for dinner and told its not necessary. When we ask for dinner at 6pm we're told they can't help is until 7.30pm. Our second day, still nothing to sit on outside and despite asking for housekeeping no one shows. We're even asked by concierge if we asked for no housekeeping when requesting housekeeping?!? Third day, we go out for the morning and again think we've had no housekeeping upon returning. My mistake, they've just done the most basic job it was hard to tell. Beyond making our bed, emptying the trash and replacing the towels nothing else has been touched. Photo of the stained table for your viewing pleasure. Again we had been woken that morning at 1am by the neighbors next door enjoying their vacation. If you stay here bring ear plugs! Still nothing to sit on outside so again I speak to concierge. At this point I politely inform him to please just move those chairs to our room. He says he'll see if he can make it happen? We left for the afternoon and return to one chair. Hallelujah. From the outside, this place is lavish. Looks like it has all the amenities one could need on a winter wonderland getaway. Heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, pool bar service, food etc. tiki Tuesday !! Well. We thought wrong. The hot tub broke on day 2 of our trip, with no reopening in sight. Day 2 happened to be TIKI TUESDAY. They couldn't make the pool warmer because of health codes, which I respect, but neighboring pools were heated WAY toastier and weren't ruining anyone's health. We booked this place for the sole purpose of having a hot tub. The Bar: it would take upwards of 20-30 mins to get a drink at dinner in the restaurant bar. We had a group of 7, but whew. That was some serious sadness. We were able to get pool side service some days and then some days there were "rules" in place that we had to get out of the pool in 25* or less temperatures and order inside. that's not gonna happen. One of the drinks, the winter wonderLand, mimicked what one would think of as a thin mint. I ordered that. It came out white, I thought it was crem de mint ...no. Almond milk!!!! I understand that not everyone is allergic to the whole world, but holy moly! If you're gonna add a nut based product to something you have GOT TO TELL people! Luckily, I didn't die from my single sip and was able to trade drinks with a homie. Rooms: Former hostel so the outdoor hallways and small rooms still lived on. They were clean, and kept tidy daily...although we did find leftover Nutella from the housekeepers in our bathroom (trying to kill me with nut). Cost: For the price we paid to stay here, it would have been really nice for them to have all their kinks worked out to make it feel as nice as the price. We stayed here last Thanksgiving and on arriving they said they didn't have our booking despite us having booked and paid for 2 rooms through hotel bookings. After an hour the said only one room was booked and we had to book and pay for the second room and then get a refund from hotel bookings. When we looked into this later this we found out they had cancelled the second room with hotel bookings and have refused to refund us over $800 after fighting for this for nearly 12 months. We were a party of 12 people in total and this treatment was appalling. I'll never stay there again. They are dishonest and unprofessional and shouldn't be running a hotel if this is how they run their business and treat their customers. We paid for 3 rooms (we had proof) and only received 2 and they refused to acknowledge this. read more

For like a $600 a night room.... 1 star is generous. I was excited to stay here looking at photos as it looked modern and beautiful. But our room was almost like a closet. It was actually next to the cleaning closet, the staff had to move stuff out of the way for us to get into our room. I feel like we got the armpit of rooms at this hotel. I peered into other rooms while staff were cleaning and they were much nicer than ours. The bathroom door was a sliding door that kept getting stuck. The room was dark with a tiny window. Parking is limited. The bar was closed. Walls are very thin. Felt a bit like a hostel more than hotel. No breakfast included for the price. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! I purchased a package on Unsold.com for the property. I was a little anxious about what I might get after reading other reviews but the Continuum Hotel far exceeded expectations. The property was beautiful and the rooms very nice. Located in Teton Village and just a short way from both the Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole, this property is in a great location. While Jackson Hole has more shops and restaurants, the Teton Village has all the services you need without the hustle and bustle. It is a place to truly appreciate the outdoors. Our room had two comfortable beds with great linens. The bathroom was cozy. Nice products were available to use. Towels were fluffy. Though small it was well appointed. The bar and food were exceptional. It was a surprise because COVID did not allow many options at the convenience store. Prices were reasonable for a resort area. Getting to the Continuum from the park is a little of a journey. It is best taken by vehicles that sit high and have some power like 4 wheel drive. You will see other sedans on the road but it won't be comfortable. The roads are a little rough and crowded I. The evening. However, these back roads offer fantastic opportunities to see wildlife-- especially moose. Go slow and enjoy the view. Coming from Jackson Hole or Wilson is no problem. All highway! (But I still prefer the view on the rocky roads). The hotel has a large pool and hot tub. The deck is smaller but has nice seating. Towels are available at the pool. Ski lifts sit right behind the property. Parking lot is large but fills up quickly all times of the year.. not just ski season. The only reason I gave four stars over five stars was the check in procedure. Staff was not helpful or friendly. We asked questions about food and activities. The next morning we also asked about things in Jackson Hole. The man did not want to take the time to tell us anything and he also made rude comments about our home state. Did not stay there under its previous form, so no comparison point. But Jackson Hole is expensive, the millionaires are being pushed out by the billionaires, that kind of place. Staying at the mountain is convenient, but comes at a premium price. Even for a place like this that can't decide if it's a budget option or a boutique hotel. The good: The staff is great, so helpful and friendly. Really can't say enough about them, to a person they are wonderful. It's close to the mountain, you can walk to the tram and lifts in a few minutes and it's a great location in the village. Good hot tub for apres. Easy to get around, there is an elevator but the stairs are easy so it's quick to get in and out. Food at the restaurant is good*. Happy hour prices. The not so good: The bar closes early, for some reason they are leaving money on the table by closing when people are still there. Breakfast was inconsistent, one day really great burritos and sandwiches, the next they were lukewarm and tasteless. And food and drink is pricey. $5 cup of coffee kind of thing. The rooms are fine, comfortable enough. If you want the Four Seasons it's about 5 minutes away on foot. This is what passes for a budget option in the village. If you want a real budget option, stay in town and drive out to ski. read more

Our family could not enjoy the hot tub as there was no room - We booked continuum to try the food at the restaurant but were turned away by the bar manager as he prepared for the Red Bull party. We had no other reservations so had to eat granola bars - again, unacceptable at over 600/ night - The heat / cooling unit was incessant - a sign that the room is not adequately insulated. It looks beautiful as you walk in, impossible to sleep through the noise. Felt like motel hvac design, not a 600/night hotel. Summary: - Good location, aesthetics, front desk staff and room servicing - Bad physical rooms, insulation, heating/cooling equipment - Unacceptable - being informed of the rave-like party before check in - it is not an acceptable option for families with this model. July 4th weekend: $1200++/nt for a loft room that falls below the standards of cleanliness. The toilet bowl and seat were dirty and stained, had to ask to be cleaned upon arrival (great welcome). There was hair and bit of food on the floors and stairs, the tub was damaged and paint was coming off. Towels looked old and discolored. Due to Covid they don't offer daily cleaning so you must remember to request for it. The pool is small so when it's busy, expect to brush shoulders with a neighbor. Lots of loose tiles inside the hot tub so watch your feet. Lastly, I was extremely disappointed that no one seem to clean the outdoor tables, chairs, lounge furniture or the pool deck! It felt like staff avoided cleaning any outdoor furniture. I wasn't comfortable taking off my flip flops walking around the pool area. Cleanliness at this hotel is definitely NOT their priority. They do allow pets so that was the only option we had. Location was good. Food at the restaurant was ok, but for the same price and menu, I would go to the trattoria just behind the hotel. We had a very nice stay at the Continuum Hotel! We were very impressed by the renovation of the hotel. It is very stylish and thoughtfully done. They didn't make it so fancy that the prices went berserk like some of the hotels nearby. Considering you are steps from the tram, the Continuum is an excellent value. It might not be the fanciest place ever, but who needs that when skiing?? We had dinner in the bar and it was very good. There were a lot of choices and everything was prepared with fresh ingredients. Again, it was nice to have some well priced and tasty choices. (Of course things are more expensive in a world class resort like Jackson Hole, but the prices at the Continuum were not sky high like other spots nearby. The bar is a particularly cool space with a great layout. It had a terrific vibe. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were nice reading lights. We did not bring our children but there would have been plenty of space for them. The staff at check in and at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The location of the Continuum is incredible. The number of places to stay at the base of the tram is limited and many are so exorbitantly priced that it takes the fun out of your stay. At times the rates may seem high at the Continuum but compared to the other hotels, they are downright reasonable! All in all, I'm giving our stay a 5 out of 5 stars because the Continuum is doing an incredible job in their market. It's a much needed addition to the base area at JH. read more

Yuck Yuckie! Perhaps we got unlucky but I doubt it. The lobby is cool and modern. It is catered to younger crowed. But wait there is more! The room is dirty. Floor is dirty, microwave is nasty (no we didn't use it), dust everywhere, sheets have blood stains on them, towels smell like mildew, curtain is broken. Phone doesn't work so if you are a person with disabilities take an elevator or walk down from 3rd floor to speak to front desk, extra steps never hurt but come on! To my comment to front desk that phone doesn't work, the reply was "it's been doing this lately", ummm yeah totally.... When asked for clean sheets, the girl was utterly confused, guy showed up to our room plopped everything onto our bed and left, no problem I can do that! Also, dude at the front desk could not for the life of him describe where they are located when we were driving up, apparently it is that hard to find...no not really, if you know how to use words. FANTASTIC stay! I was worried about older negative reviews but I think the management changed & the hotel was remodeled -- the current hotel is amazing. It has a HUGE OUTDOOR HOT TUB - size of a pool that makes this hotel very unique. Extremely DOG FRIENDLY - they brought a high quality dog bed for use during the stay and welcome basket of dog treats, Buffalo stuffed animal toy and travel water bowl. Note: no noise or cleanliness issues despite it being dog friendly. COVID SAFE: Staff wore masks. The hallways are all open air so it ends up being perfect for covid safety. This should be a $200 a night hotel - not $400 The room was tiny and littered with long black hairs (I'm blond). There was no bottled water in the room and the coffee provided was all decaf. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone didn't work. Everything in town closed by 8, when we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed and there were no options for food or drink. Parking is horrible- expect to park up the hill behind the hotel that is behind the Continuum. The front desk didn't scan my credit card when I gave It to them on check in and I had to go back the next day. We stayed here during a 14 day road trip during the summer we were more satisfied with the $100 a night Best Westerns. Unless you are here for the pool and the party - don't stay here. read more

Way over priced! New remodel but done very sloppy ! Only one door on closet sliding door(s) and electrical sockets on one side of room not working! One blanket, no toilet paper or tissue paper. 4 people staying in room BUT only 2 wash cloths... called for more and received 3 filthy wash cloths. The next day I request 4 wash cloths and towels etc.. no wash cloths were left because they ran out! To top it off, our van windows were busted/broken and visible YELLOW SNOW and an empty beer can left near the broken glass. On the positive side they are pet friendly with no additional charge, the employees are awesome, the manager tried to be helpful but still an awful first two days on an expensive family vacation. read more

We stayed here one night on our way home from yellowstone. I wish we had more time in the Grand Teton area but sadly we are all tired out and ready to head home. We were lucky enough to book a loft for the 4 of us and the room was perfect. Our kids had great time with the loft. We stopped by the restaurant and our waitress Liv was kind to talk to the chef to create a dish with trout and pasta. Best dish we had all trip. Our kids were very happy with their pizza. Overall, hotel has happy accommodating staff and the restaurant and room were modern, clean, and beautiful. We will return!! read more

This hotel had a makeover - most likely the pool and bar/restaurant area which were nice, although the pool looks out on the parking lot. Food was meh. Rooms look like there were no upgrades. We had the most amazing 5 night stay at the Continuum, right at the base of Teton Village. Practically ski in ski out location was the perfect stay. Rooms were large and comfortable, sitting out on the back patio watching a baby moose feast was the best experience. Super friendly staff, cleaning crew was responsive and helpful. Huge outdoor hot sauna enough to fit more than 20 people after a full day of skiing. Food was delish and fast and the drinks were fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our time in Jackson. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay wonderful and memorable. read more

We got a complimentary upgrade to a king suite, and so we're off to a great start. The room was very spacious and very clean. Refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and cups/ glasses were provided. We had a balcony which was nice after a full day of sightseeing, we could just sit outside and relax. Beautiful hotel, well run with responsive staff throughout. Rooms very clean and modern. There is attention to detail! The pool is heated and the hotel has a wonderful and huge jacuzzi open from 8am to 10pm. Small touches like declining housekeeping will earn you two free drink tokens for their "going green" initiative show a customer first and environmentally conscious approach to business which I very much respect and admire. Very unimpressed with this hotel! I took a chance on this hotel because it looked modern. The room itself lacked a lot. There was no table, no chair, no recommendations with foods/places to go, they didn't even have a notepad and pen LIKE EVERY HOTEL DOES. They didn't even advertise what they served in their restaurant. There were stains on the comforter and towels. Things in the room were falling apart. For example, the pipe on the sink just fell in the middle of the night, the shower head was not screwed on tightly, and the toilet seat was not screwed on tightly. The doors are paper thin and can hear every single movement your neighbor makes. Customer service sucked. I felt racism. I'm a person of color and I felt racism from some of the staff at the front desk as well as the guests staying in the hotel. The young woman with blonde hair was the sweetest person and I wish I only dealt with her! When I requested for toilet paper and trash bags, it never came. I had to ask again and was given attitude. Also, they have you text a number. They did not respond in a timely manner. Why have that service, if you're going to ignore your customers? read more

We made the reservations and paid for the visit a month in advance. We paid $2600 for the 4 nights, which was $650 per night. We were extremely disappointed throughout our stay in the hotel. 1. Upon arriving, we were told right away that unless we requested it, room cleaning would not come in at any time during our stay. We then looked at the dining room meal options in the restaurant, did not see more than standard lunch/bar type items, not an appetizing place to plan for a nice dinner reservation at your property. We went made arrangements to dine outside the Continuum, partly because of the hotel's limited menu and in addition - on the first night we were told they had no reservations. 2. The next concern and area of distress was the parking situation. The parking is first come, first serve. When we went to eat dinner away from the Continuum hotel (because of the limited Continuum menu and the inability to make dinner  reservations), when we drove back to the hotel in the evening, it was very difficult to find parking. There were NO parking signs in spots we thought were available, and other hotels share the parking lot. We were so lucky to find the one last parking spot because we had no idea where we were supposed to go if all the parking spots were taken! 3.  Upon walking into our room, we were surprised how small the kitchen area was, half-size small fridge, limited cooking pans - just 1 frying pan, inadequate cooking utensils, no sponges to wash dishes, no drying rack for dishes. We had to go to the store and purchase our own sponges and cooking spatula. This was a one bedroom suite we reserved for two people, but the kitchen area was completely cluttered with a big table with six large dining room chairs so we had no room to walk around the kitchen to cook or eat comfortably. 4.  The bedroom. The bed literally filled the entire room, wall to wall to wall. We had to reach out and brace ourselves on the wall to walk around the bed, there was so little room at the foot of the bed. Safety concern - One of us actually tripped trying to walk through! There was a wooden extension at the foot of the bed that was unnecessary and blocked our ability to walk safely around the bed. 5. Very important safety issue -There was a door dividing our hotel room and a room next door. We were shocked to hear on our last night there, someone rattling the door lock repeatedly! This was very alarming to us! It honestly felt like a stranger was trying to break in for a few minutes. 6.  Every night we slept at in our room, we could easily hear other people in the hotel. In the rooms above us, next to us, outdoors (even with the air conditioner on and the windows shut) and in the hallways. We especially were wakened often in the middle of the night by loud voices in the hotel room next to us. 7.  Bathroom was also very small, the shower narrow for barely one person to fit. We had to go outside the room ourselves to replenish body and hand towels daily. The water pressure in the sink was pretty low, we did have hot and cold water. Only one person could stand in the bathroom at a time, very small. 8.  One night, we tried to open the bedroom window for fresh air and the handle of the window instantly fell off. We fixed it. 9. When I had personally talked to reservations to plan our visit, I asked specifically about the restaurant and a fireplace in the bedroom. I was assured that the restaurant menu was outstanding and there was a gas automatic fireplace in the bedroom. There was not a fireplace in the bedroom, only in the common area. The fireplace was not automatic, it was a wood fireplace and we would have needed to find and buy our own wood! Both our top priorities, the dinner meals and lack of doable fireplace were extremely disappointing especially after being assured by the hotel reservation phone staff at the time of making our reservation. We loved our visits to the Teton National Park, other restaurants in Jackson Hole, taking our boat out on the Jackson Lake two days, and walking around Teton Village. We did not like the accommodations at the Continuum at all and would not stay here again. I have never written a bad review for a hotel before, however our experience was unusually negative, especially given the price, newness of your hotel, and what we hoped would be an ideal holiday vacation spot. read more

Everywhere you walk, you hear employees complaining about other employees. The entire staff is incompetent. Pool is supposed to be open till 10pm, when we go to change into our swimsuits and go back down at 9:45 the hot tub is closed. People were friendly and this old building remodel is fine. However, beware of serious parking problems at night. You will be forced to park uphill quite a bit away from the hotel. You will have to hoof it back up the hill. Moreover, there is no lighting on the pathway from up the hill so bring a flashlight so you don't get hurt. They are asking for a lawsuit. How an expensive hotel could not have guaranteed parking in front of the hotel for any guests conveys poor hotel management. People who aren't staying at hotel should not be allowed to park in the long-term parking, but there is no attendant or control at the parking booth at night so hotel guests like us can get screwed. Need to hear more? Phone in room didn't work. No cups for coffee machine in room. No iron and ironing board in room. Seriously, I have to get it at the front desk? A $400 per night hotel with no iron and ironing board-this place wreaks motel 6 but hopes you are paying more attention to the fancy lobby and bar. What you have is a motel 6 quality that tries really hard to convince you with a Chique bar area that they can justify the $400 per night rate. It's a matter of time before some higher end quality chains come in to the area and finally put this place out of its misery. Hope you have better luck than we did if you take the chance. read more

Short review: Poor communication if something is broken and needs to be fixed. Issues with rooms won't be fixed. There's a wall mounted heater in the bathroom. Mine was broken. Went to the desk, they had a maintenance guy come and attempting to fix it through out the day. Then when I got back from skiing it was still broken. I wish they could have atleast told me... Had to talk to the desk the 2nd time, got new maintenance guy to came up in the evening. He wasn't able to fix it. And offered a space heater, but I declined. The hotel is OK I guess but if you have a problem. I guess it won't get fixed and they won't communicate until you get it figured out. Personally I wouldn't stay here again. read more

Hotel Location is close to one of the Grand Teton park entrances although it was closed during our stay and 10 min away from Jackson hole so it is a good balance in the summer. Rooms were nice and clean and food at restaurant was good, but most importantly staff was nice. I had a hiccup at check out with a double charge but was ultimately solved by the director of rooms. read more

This is a very nice hotel, modern and very clean. It has refrigerator and microwave, nice shower soap and shampoo and conditioner. Beds are soft but firm and nice wool blankets for when it gets cold. And if you need anything just text them and they respond immediately. But the best is how they care for those who travel with a dog. The hotel provided us with collapsible food and water bowls and a lovely bed for him to sleep on. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

YIKES. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the bar is serving maybe too 5 best cheeseburgers I've ever had in my life but these rooms are not worth staying in. $350 will get you a room that probably hasn't been cleaned/ no refrigerator. There's hair that doesn't belong to me all over the shower wall which is super fun. Save yourself the money. Go to the bar and eat and drink but maybe skip staying overnight. read more

IMHO, This hotel is a complete bust. It appears to be a converted one-star motel that obviously hired a capable marketing firm to enhance misrepresented photos and inflated reviews. We stayed three nights. The staff was polite but non-responsive to a host of failures including no hot water showers unless at 6am, no cleaning service for two days, a broken heater making unacceptable loud racket all night long as it was below zero outdoors, and a completely oversold room experience. They did fix a plugged up bath drain. It took three weeks to get a confirmation email to my reservation after many inquiries, and in the end, the front desk attendant made promises to repair the issues above which were not repaired (except dfrain) and instead offered me a discount in the end as an olive branch but failed to do so as repeated queries to make good have gone unanswered. Amazing lack of building maintenance, customer service, respect, and even a decent hotel experience at any price. read more

Looks nice on the outside but inside is just like a expensive motel, the toilet kept running the windows were loud you can hear all the neighbors, bugs were all over night stand and bedding. Drains are clogged. Hard to get to rooms not happy for how much we spent . Go elsewhere oh and front desk was not friendly and in the rooms no phones to call for anything . read more

I spent 3 nights in this hotel, in a double queen bedroom without any closet, clock alarm and fridge. There was a small table but no chair... Really annoying but the worst was the door of the bathroom that couldn't be closed because of faulty work!!! The air conditioner is noisy and not very efficient. No breakfast available and the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. According to the price, I clearly expected a better quality and level of service. read more

I was attempting to book a stay at what I thought was going to be a very nice hotel, but was immediately turned off because of the rudeness of the staff. I was talked down to by a woman working the front desk on 7/4/2020. I simply wanted to know why the full resort fee was being charged when I would not be able to access the full use of amenities. Let me preface this by saying, I am fully aware of what COVID-19 is, I have family members that are ICU nurses and completely understand that not everything is not fully open yet. Instead of addressing the resort fee, I was RUDELY told that there "is this thing called COVID", I was told only 4 people were allowed at the pool (which is fine, but the chances of availability is now greatly reduced), and I was also told that even though the restaurant is closed down that there were plenty of other places that I could walk to and go eat. Not only was this condescending and an insult to my intelligence, but it did not address my concern of the reason for a full resort fee. The receptionist validated that the amenities at your location are not open- four people at a pool limits my use and local restaurants are not part of your resort. She then asked me thrice more If I was aware of what Covid-19 was, which is a completely unacceptable way to speak to a potential costumer. To put the cherry on top I was then instructed, because she couldn't give me an answer on why there was still a full charge, that I should take my business else where and there are plenty of other places to stay. We were extremely excited to stay at your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and are very disappointed about this experience. Maybe some better training of staff would be good read more
