I originally only booked for a Brazilian and my eyebrows but the night before my appointment added in the lower legs. Because of that I had some time in between the appointments, which I was aware about as I was booking. Several of my upcoming appointments were cancelled without any notice. When I tried to get answers, my call was transferred to the owner, who scolded me for questioning the quality of the new stylist's work and said she can pick and choose her clients. Later, I discovered that I had been blocked in their system and could no longer book appointments. At no point was I notified about the cancellations or the restriction on my account. I'm honestly appalled by how unprofessionally this situation was handled.

Well I work at a laundromat and met a women named Michelle Bessett who does hair for a living, for 35 years she's done this. Her hair always looks amazing, A few of my friends go there and they always come out looking like movie stars. I prepaid so that I can't back out like I always do. I went in and told her what I wanted. ( Trim and layered so that my curls will go up my head instead of just on the bottom) she was amazing!!!! She was so understanding of my anxiety and talked me through it. She showed me how much she cut as she was cutting. She was so patient.
