Update (1/16/2021): Yet again, Daniel pulls through with a happy buyer! This is the second home that I've purchased with Daniel (and I sold my last one with him too). There is a reason why I keep coming back, and he #1 on my list in a couple of decades when I sell again. In the meantime, I'll shout his professionalism, quick response times, and overall awesomeness to the world! Old review (12/16/2018): Daniel is hands-down the best realtor in the business. We have been looking on and off and even submitted 4 offers over the course of 2 years with no success. The exact day that we met with him, he took the time to explain the entire buying process in detail, answer our questions thoroughly, then scope out our home criteria on his search platform. I've never seen this cool software that narrows all of your criteria including hand drawn neighborhood zones. Once he got an idea of our style, we were looking at 4 houses that same day! Then, we had an offer in THAT NIGHT! It was incredible how well he tuned into what we wanted, because the last house he showed us (that we ended up buying) was not our original search list earlier that day. Daniel did an amazing job as a real estate agent! He did extensive research on getting recent sales in the neighborhood and showing comparable sales. Based on that data he discussed how aggressively pricing my Encino condo would get a bidding war.
