I found Jerry because he's the top agent in Glendale--not just by listings but also as a top-selling agent. What I didn't expect was his genuine approach to helping his clients, always focusing on what's best for them instead of just chasing a listing. His assistant, Lar, is awesome. She's sharp, knowledgeable, and was able to close a very difficult transaction for us in a professional, strategic, and smart way. The simple fact is you're dealing with the top listing and buyer's agent who has done hundreds of transactions, operates ethically, and always puts his clients first. There's really no reason to work with anyone else other than Jerry and Lar. read more

Jerry is the man!!! There is no way around that!! My sister and her family have gone with Team Rock and got a great outcome in finding a home!! He is really one of the coolest dudes out here!! Met him in the early/mid 90's at the YMCA!! He had the coolest car back then; a cream beige color Nissan Z which was head and shoulders above many during the early/mid 90's!! It's a no brainer; he will not lead you into the wrong!! Only 2 the right!! Thank you for your integrity Jerry!! It's appreciated!! read more

In the recent housing market, trying to buy a home in the LA area as a single female was frustrating to say the least. Inventory changed as quickly as homes came on the market, bids went for sometimes $300,000 to $600,000 over asking price. Many agents were unresponsive to my inquiries, cryptic with seller information or even downright rude or dismissive in their dealings with me and I was beginning to give up on the process. My father suggested that I visit Team Rock in Kenneth Village, a quaint little neighborhood agency in Glendale, as the realtor I should give a try. I met with Natalie Kevorkian and Lar Chouljian and explained what I was looking for. At first, I thought I'd never qualify for anything more than a condominium and that's where we first looked. But as I continued to look, condos were not the right fit for me, I really wanted a house. So, we kept on looking. It took the better part of 8 months, which is on the short side compared to many other horror stories I had heard, but I started to learn the market and gained traction. Lar learned my specific style preferences and ventured into residential areas unfamiliar to her. With her tenacity and perseverance, Lar and the team at Team Rock Properties helped me to get my dream home. Not only is Lar Chouljian a great realtor, but I feel I gained a long-term friend in the process. Lar is not a nine to five realtor; she was always available to answer my questions or to contact the seller's agent to get more information or to meet me at an open house. She helped me navigate the loan process, filing paperwork, recommended reliable contractors and gave great advice to a first-time home buyer. I am forever grateful to Team Rock and my friend Lar. read more

Wouldn't settle for anyone but Jerry Armen -aka- THE ROCK! I found a gem of a property on his monthly newsletter. Called his office up and the staff was super friendly. They were able to set me up with an appointment with Jerry that same day. Everybody know someone in the real estate game but is hard to find people that do it well consistently and professionally . I was recommended Team Rock as opposed to going with a family member and I am glad I did . They were responsive , professional and most importantly for me, followed up .
