It went awesome! We were so very lucky to have found Todd. We went through a month of using the wrong agents, trying to find one that was available or even cared about what WE wanted or needed. He was very VERY available to show us homes when we needed it, as my husband has a very busy work schedule. Four short years ago, Todd Jones helped us find our condo in a perfect location, and this fall, he helped us to sell it. While he provided excellent service on the purchasing end and kept in contact with us throughout the years, this particular review is regarding the selling process. As we were deciding to sell, we first had a meeting to discuss whether continuing to own the condo and renting it out would be an option for us. Todd provided us with the facts we needed, and ultimately, we decided to sell our condo. Once we made the decision, we had another meeting with Todd to discuss the details - from the listing price to needed improvements, he explained us his strategy to help us maximize the selling price. As he did this, he made sure that we had all of the facts and reminded us that ultimately the decisions were up to us.
