Todd was our real estate agent while we were looking for a home in Los Angeles. He showed us homes within our perameters-proximity, type, and budget, submitted all offers, answered all questions we had, kept us informed at every step, contacted the other parties when required, and helped us find the home of our dreams. It went awesome! We were so very lucky to have found Todd. We went through a month of using the wrong agents, trying to find one that was available or even cared about what WE wanted or needed. We wanted a house, not a condo, with a yard, near my husband's work in a nice neighborhood. Todd was one of the only ones, not trying to tell us we had to buy a condo for the money we could afford. He was very VERY available to show us homes when we needed it, as my husband has a very busy work schedule. He worked tirelessly with the bank owned property agents to help get us the repairs that were needed.
