Michelle made it her personal mission to take special care of the sale of my parent's home. She was EXCELLENT! She knew the severe challenges faced by the difficulty of the condition of their property, but she also knew they deserved to be taken care of after all their years of working hard to have a place to call home. Admittedly, my parents were very difficult to work with at times, but she remained a world class professional throughout the whole process. She was diligent in finding the right buyer and solution for their property. Michelle and her team went to great lengths to ensure that my parents got the absolute best deal out their difficult situation while still ensuring that they were covered legally. I have so much respect for people like her who go above and beyond to ensure their clients are at the center of everything they do. I highly recommend her services, and she is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. read more

Michelle is an absolute dream agent! She helped coordinate with us as cobuyers, both local and remote from Texas, and answered all questions that we had throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, friendly, fun and exceptional at what she does. She builds great relationships with list agents and keeps everything organized with the transaction, loan and escrow officers. She has endless connections for any other questions or needs that we had. She is responsive, kind and truly a joy to be with, even in the stressful situation of home buying in this crazy market. In her hands, we trusted that all would be well. We went into escrow twice and she helped us walk away from the one that just wasn't right for us. She patiently, eagerly and gracefully helped us get right back on the hunt after the discomfort of that transaction and we found the perfect property for our needs. I will definitely use her on my future transactions. I really cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team! read more

I was referred to Michelle by a friend, and she was absolutely GREAT at guiding me through the process of getting my condo ready for sale and the actual sales/closing process, including looking at the market and helping me to determine a good asking price. As a result, I had FOUR offers for my condo BEFORE the first Open House. By the time Michelle actually hosted the public Open House, I had already accepted the best offer for me. Having lived in my condo for 23 years and not knowing the first thing to do to get it sold, Michelle was the perfect expert to engage for the task! I highly recommend Michelle and her team at Keller Williams Realty! read more

Michelle Crochet was our agent for a house we were purchasing in Burbank as a 1031 exchange. She knew were were on a 45 day timeline due to the 1031 rules and was on top of everything at all times. Once our offer was accepted, we had a 10 day closing, and things moved fast but smoothly. She explained and answered all our questions quite often before we even asked the questions. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of her profession. She even wrote up an offer when she was on vacation out of state. She was ALWAYS accessible to us whenever we needed her. That's dedication! When the escrow company had made an error the day before closing, I emailed her that evening and she had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. Michelle isn't just a real estate agent, she's an advocate! There aren't enough words to properly convey the quality care Michelle gives. My family and I were looking for our first home-sweet-home, and while we expected to get a place in Burbank, she surpassed all expectation and found us a hidden gem in the Hollywood Hills! Never in a million years would I have thought I'd be living in my dream neighborhood, especially with a baby, but here I am -- all thanks to Michelle! She was able to scout a place within our budget, make all the meetings go by seamlessly, and pick up the loose ends to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. She's also just straight up chill. There's no pressure, and you know you're getting honest work from her. I will definitely be recommending her. read more

Short Story. We had been told by a previous agent that it wasn't even worth it to look at houses as fist time buyers in the LA market. She said get back in touch in the next year. We were incredibly discouraged... and then my wife got a referral to Michelle. We met Michelle on Monday, looked at two houses on Thursday, put in an offer that same day, and got accepted the following Monday. Michelle is an actual wizard. She made sure we were aware of what we were getting in to and kept us apprised of all of the details. She has a great system of making sure everyone is on the same page and provided us with TONS of advice and references. Every time we had a question or concern, we would get an email from her preemptively explaining what was going on as if she already knew. I honestly can't recommend her enough. If we hadn't met her, we wouldn't have bought our first home. Fact. read more

We just helped our daughter get into her first home-condo. It has been a long process, because we were working with a limited budget, but wanting a desirable area. In LA that is not an easy equation to fulfill. Without Michelle's hard work, kind understanding, and perseverance, this would never have happened. She worked tirelessly, showing numerous properties over the past several months, until we found exactly what we were looking for. Having been in sales my entire life, my mind was boggled that she didn't put our children on the back burner, because house after house didn't pan out. Not only did she work hard, she was professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed every step of the way, and was available whenever we reached out. When we asked her something she didn't know, she gave one of my favorite replies, "I don't know but I'll find out." And she did. Cannot recommend this person more. read more

Wow. Wow. What is there to say about Michelle that hasn't already been said? Michelle is a wonderful, straightforward and hardworking realtor, and I'm so grateful I was able to work with her. I wouldn't be in the home I have now if it weren't for her amazing turnaround time and quick thinking. She also put me in touch with my lender, and the two make an amazing team. I felt so taken care of! She knows LA/Burbank very well, and helped me expand my search area when I realized Highland Park was more my speed. The timeline was ridiculously straightforward, and all thanks to her. I tentatively contacted Michelle in November, thinking I wouldn't really be able to buy for a few years, and by Christmas Eve I was closing on my dream home. Especially during COVID, Michelle navigated the entire process with grace and precision. Thank you, Michelle!! You rock! read more

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle, who helped us purchase our first home. It's always tough to navigate the LA/Burbank real estate market, but Michelle helped guide us through all the ups and downs. She was also incredibly helpful calming our nerves when we went into Escrow a day before Los Angeles closed due to COVID. My husband and I were searching for our second home near Simi Valley, CA. We found Michelle through her reviews on Bigger Pocket. This was the best decision we made. I would never use my previous agent who was in front of our first house in North Orange County, CA. Michelle blew our previous agent out of the water which wouldn't have taken much since we had the worst agent previously (who didn't disclose a rent back and treated it like a transaction). I would say 2021 was a very difficult year to buy a home since there was a shortage of homes which made it a seller's market. Michelle listened to everything we wanted, but my husband who was in a rush to move due to the commute made it much more difficult for Michelle. My husband started bugging Michelle on July 4th about showings he wanted to see the next day. She set up 3 showings for us over the holiday and not to mention this was around her birthday. She didn't have to do any of this especially since it was a holiday and with her family and friends. From those showings, we decided on one house in Porter Ranch that was only on the market for 2-3 days. Immediate, she talked to the seller's agent and found the motivation for selling to ensure we put in a strong offer with a cover letter, while addressing our concerns and hesitations as well. Also, she helped us with all our financial questions and deferred us to the lender to double check. She has the experience to walk us through the process since it had been over 10 years since we bought our last home. Our offer was accepted the next day. I couldn't have been happier to have our first offer accepted in this market. Michelle is truly knowledgeable on how to close a deal. Even after the offer was accepted, she provided us comps, market materials, and additional documents. She didn't have to do any of this since the offer was already accepted. Her online timeline and planner provided visibility and ease of mind that the process was smooth sailing and our house was able to close to the 21 day escrow (2 day delay due to lender). She showed up every part of the way and every time we reached out to her. If you want to work with someone professional, responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and intelligent then Michelle is the way to go. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. read more
