Selling my father's house in North Hollywood was not just a real estate transaction--it was…read moresomething much more emotional and overwhelming than I expected. When I first started looking for a realtor, I reached out to several people and honestly didn't hear back from many of them. Then I found Priscilla. She responded within hours, and from that first conversation, I could tell she was different--present, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She came in and was very honest with me. The house had a lot of deferred maintenance, and going the traditional route would mean a lot of decluttering, cleanup, and work before even getting it on the market. At that point in my life, I already had a lot on my plate, and the thought of taking all that on felt incredibly heavy. Then, just a couple of days later, she called me with another option. She had reached out to her network of investors and found multiple buyers who were willing to purchase the home as-is, for cash, with a quick escrow. I can't overstate the relief I felt in that moment. It was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. From there, Priscilla handled everything. She coordinated the showings, worked hard to get me the best possible deal, and stayed on top of every step of the process. Of course there were a few bumps along the way, but what stood out most was that she never disappeared--she was always there, steady, responsive, and reassuring. During a time that felt stressful and emotional, she brought a sense of calm and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. We're closing today, and I'm incredibly grateful. Looking back, the value she brought to this process far outweighed anything I could have expected. She didn't just help me sell a house--she helped me get through a difficult chapter in a way that felt manageable and supported. I truly appreciate her and would wholeheartedly recommend Priscilla to anyone who wants not just a great realtor, but someone who genuinely cares. In a process that could have felt overwhelming and lonely, she made sure I never felt like I was going through it alone.

You want Elizabeth in your team today!…read more I emailed a lot of real estate agents one Sunday night. I had made up my mind that it was time to get started on locking in a multi-unit property investment. And to my surprise, I heard back from only one real estate agent right away, Elizabeth Sanchez. Elizabeth turned out to have many strengths on top of responding quickly to questions. She is very knowledgeable, a strong communicator and negotiator, and has high integrity, putting the client's needs first in this crazy world of real estate. As a non-citizen, I cannot give my trust away so easily. But Elizabeth earned it. She held my hand looking through properties then selecting the best one then putting in an offer then getting an inspection on the building then getting all the proper paperwork to sign and make it mine, helping me weigh all the pros and cons along the way. I am now the proud owner of a multi-family home in Los Angeles. The whole process took two months - si se pudo! And Elizabeth is still available to answer any questions even after closing. In two years, I will be circling back for more property once I can make another downpayment. But I am recommending everyone I know to her today. Thank you, Elizabeth. :)
