As a serious and motivated buyer, I expected at least some form of acknowledgment or follow-up. I write this in the comfort of my own backyard, with the wind gently swaying the branches of our tree, a rather good omen for this review. We had horrible luck with realtors in the past, so much so that we could spot one a mile away. The moment that we met Alisa and eventually her husband David, we were on the outs with our last incompetent realtor. Who knew that returning a call would lead us in just four short months to a lifetime of bliss? As a whole, we were pretty divided on where we wanted to settle in, and both Alisa and David were incredibly patient with us. As our opinion changed, their recommendations accommodated us. As anyone who has worked with ~self serving ~ salesmen will attest, this couple was not in it for the quick and easy sale. They went all in, for the long haul. It was weekly trips to three, four and up to five homes a trip. It was price checking mortgage rates and what our payments would be, answering concerns on insurance and quelling nerves when our offers were rejected. It seems fitting that this same couple took the time to come with us and review our final paperwork when we signed for our home. The notary was stupefied. When had we ever had this level of attention and care from our previous realtors? In all my days had we ever met a couple who care about doing their job right, and do it full of heart. Alisa assured us that any questions we had over the course of our home-owning lifetime, they would be there for us. I'm personally impressed that after our (my) level of intensity and question asking, she hasn't blocked my number yet. I can't say enough good things about the team at Property Masters Realty. We searched for a home for almost two years with another agent with no success, and in less than two months of meeting Alisa and working with her, we were able to purchase our dream home! I wish I could give no stars. David represented the buyers of our house. It has been the single worst escrow my wife and I have ever had. In 30 day escrow window he managed to not only be impossible to get in contact with but managed to miss the 10 day inspection deadline, the 15 day appraisal deadline and the 17 day loan contingency removal. Add to that several delays in getting this deal closed and is now going to be almost 2 weeks past the 30 day close. He also comes off as greedy with the counters. After all the delays and BS and being several days late with inspection reports and requests for correction he countered with an absolutely greedy senseless offer. We countered a very fair counter and he still came back wanting more. At that point we went radio silent for a few days and we're going to move to another offer when he rescinded their counter and signed our original counter. He has absolutely zero motivation and no regard for deadlines. There were a couple times we seriously considered killing the deal because his lack of doing anything was beyond what we wanted to deal with. If it weren't for not wanting to start over with our other offer I'd have ended the contract and gone with them. Don't hire this guy unless you want a lazy incompetent unmotivated agent that runs on island time read more

We had a poor experience moving into a rental this company represented. We were encouraged to bump our start date to be back to back the the prior tenant as a way of making our application more competitive. I didn't realize this meant that the property would not be move in ready come the first day of our lease. Carpets reeked of cat pee, trash still on the side if the house, overall not clean, and a bunch of stuff in the garage that was not accounted for at all on the lease. The owner also returned the prior tenants their whole deposit. So when I asked the property master manager what we could do about any of it he basically gave me two options. Deal with it, or don't take the keys. Not taking the keys was obviously not an option since we had been planning this move in date for some time. I then had to day one call the owner and work it out with them, with no help from the property company that this owner relied on. Great way to start off your relationship with a new landlord. The same agent just blatantly lied about not being able to smell the reeking carpet. We ended up paying 1300 out of pocket my first day on the property just to make the master bedroom livable. The reason for two stars and not one is they were fine with the paper work. So watch out and make sure there is decent time so they can adequately clean the place, if they do at all. read more
