I called this location the next day and was told that I had to come in on May 27th! I told them multiple times before this date and on this date that this check engine light has been on! I was promised a full diagnostic would be performed! I get the car later that date, the check engine light was still on! Normally, when something is wrong because of a business's mistake and I complain, I'm either banned or given the runaround! Now, earlier this month, the car is completely shut down! I'm not paying a dime on this car payment until this is taken care of! When I came and picked up my car, I was told it was parked across the street! I was looking for about 25 minutes, and guess where my car was? It was actually in the lot adjacent to the service area! Be cautious with this location! They will give you a lemon and a half tank of gas, and will not tell you!

    Great experience at Berman Subaru! I came by today to get a new stereo system put in my car. I had…read morean appointment and pulled right into the service garage upon arrival. The team greeted me and got me checked in super seamlessly. They let me know it would take about 2 hours for the installation and then showed me to the waiting room. There are two spaces, one bigger one with tables and chairs, and the other with some desk space. I was able to camp out at one of the desks to get some work done while they worked on my car. There is wifi (not the best so I tethered to my phone) and coffee available. Before I knew it the 2 hours was up and my car was good to go! They even gave it a quick wash while it was back there (even though we got it fully serviced and detailed about a month ago). The team is awesome and super responsive. Since it's also the dealership, there were able to do multiple services free of charge (including the new stereo!) They do a great job of building relationships with their clients to keep them coming back. We've been bringing our Forrester here since 2017 and will continue to do so.

Can't even refinance into an unsecured loan. Can't take the value of the car off the loan when the car would have been paid off a long time ago. They're willing to give you money but when you need help or something happens, don't bother reaching out to them! Wouldn't recommend going through OneMain even if you're desperate, don't make the same mistake I did. All they will do is put you in debt and when you start struggling or something happens to your car that they now have a lien on, you'll be out of luck too! I have paid them so so so much money over the years and they have literally done nothing for me as a customer. They're useless. I'm aware how loans and credit work, the point is every worker I've dealt with is useless and the East Amherst branch is unwilling to help long term customers, and they just make excuses. It's just not how you treat loyal customers. This may sound like I'm exaggerating but I'm not. The lady I spoke to on the phone could do nothing for me, the manager Logan apparently wanted to speak with me but the lady said never mind and just told me "Sorry" and now I'm on my own with a large amount of negative equity on a car I can't even drive anymore! Also don't email them and expect a response, they will not respond via email, I don't know why it's even listed as an option on their website. I have emailed numerous times over the years when I'm working and cannot call and they never answer. Please proceed with caution if you decide to use them.

I made a 20k deposit of new money into my checking account she didn't acknowledge me, no customer service skills, didn't say my name, didn't communicate, I had to iníciate the conversation, I asked about credit card products and CD products and just her tone, her response, and body language said a lot about her work ethic and her drive. I would recommend replacing her or retraining her. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location.

I had an appointment with EDWIN C. To open up a new account (w/payee). 1. I arrived early - it took 2 employees to figure out that Edwin had left the building (probably for lunch). 2. I didn't receive a cancellation/reschedule alert through email. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager blamed me for not having a number on file to call. I told the manager that I made my appointment through the chase app and it only asked for an email address (mind you, I have a chase account and have been a loyal chase member for over 10 years). And I had also taken time off work for this appointment. 3. The manager reluctantly said she could review my documents to see if I had the right ones (which I already knew was correct) and said she wasn't able to create a new chase account (w/payee). How is it possible for there only to be 1 person in the entire branch that can do that AND NOT HAVE SOMEONE COVER YOU? 4. She made 1 call to another branch to reschedule at a new location but honestly it looked like she wasn't even trying that hard and was very slow (Again - she was just wasting my time since couldn't do anything official). 5. I called CITIBANK In less than 5 min and was able to get a SAME DAY appointment and an account that was approved in less than 24hrs (with payee) - which the chase manager said it would take CHASE TWO WEEKS! Ha what a joke. Edit: 6. I FINALLY received a call EDWIN from chase that sets up accounts (w/payee) THE NEXT DAY to ask to reschedule (so the manager was LYING when she said I didn't have a # on file). Don't waste your time on this branch
