I've been with Verizon for 25 years. Until August 2025, I honestly had very few complaints--at…read moreleast none that couldn't be resolved with a simple phone call. Then Verizon switched our account to a business account because it was the only way we could get Verizon Internet. That's when everything went sideways. We were promised our billing date would be moved to the end of the month. Nine months later, we're still "communicating" with a communications company that apparently doesn't understand the communication part. So here I am, yet again on a Saturday, arguing with an automated system just to speak to a live human being. At this point, I'd gladly talk to the custodian, the mailroom clerk, or even a ham sandwich if it could fix the problem. I'm exhausted from hearing:"We can fix that.""I'm so sorry this happened, sir." The apologies are plentiful. The solutions? Not so much. We have six devices on our plan. Two weeks ago, someone from Verizon called to tell me I qualified for a "FREE iPhone 16." I told them they could keep the phone and instead give me the billing date we were promised. Strangely enough, I haven't heard back from them since. So here's where I'm at: Does anyone have the number for T-Mobile? After 25 years of loyalty, it's disappointing to feel like that loyalty means absolutely nothing. I find it hard to believe another company could be worse at communication than a company whose entire business is communication. If you're considering Verizon because you value customer service and loyalty, I would strongly encourage you to do your homework before making that decision. Twenty-five years is a long time to stay with a company. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple promise honored. Rodney J

I knew what I had to do. It was time for an upgrade. But was it absolutely insane to try to buy a…read morenew iPhone on the day it came out? As a child of the early 2000s, I thought so. But I decided to call AT&T in Lincoln Plaza anyways to see if they had the new iphone. As I prepared myself for a long wait time on hold, I was surprised that the store manager answered the phone on the second ring. She told me they did have the new iPhone and to come on in. As I drove to AT&T, I braced myself for a store full of tech bros, frustrated seniors, and perhaps screaming children. When I opened the door to AT&T, I was stunned and delighted to see that there was only one customer there and multiple sales associates available!! David helped me purchase my new phone. He was extremely accommodating, communicated wait times and inventory effectively, and overall had a friendly energy that couldn't help but make you smile. And it wasn't just me! As more customers came in, everyone in the store was laughing and chatting with each other. I was in and out in 30 minutes. As David helped me, the other sales associates did an amazing job of communicating and supporting customers as they, together, worked to resolve any and every issue that came up. The store didn't have something that I wanted and David recommended other stores that I could look at to meet my needs. I had prepared myself for wait times, angry people, and overwhelmed staff but the AT&T in Lincoln Plaza greeted me with a calm serene environment, exceptional staff care, and an overwhelmingly positive experience. Look no further than AT&T at Lincoln Plaza!

She was supposed to set us up with a new Samsung A37, a new Samsung A17 and a tablet. Get this, she said we qualified for 2 phones (which were 2 new lines because we had AT&T PrePaid and were going to have post paid service). She said they system crashed and she said we needed to come back. We told her we were going to come back the following week because of my husbands schedule. Mirracle (with 2 R's) said she would put the 2 phones (with 2 new lines/phone numbers) and the tablet aside with a note stating that they were to be held until the following Wednesday along with our phone numbers. When we got there Camron and David I believe were working. David refused to help us because we had spoken to Mirracle and he said he wouldn't get credit for it and actually walked away from us. He wasn't even friendly or anything. His eyes said it all. I could tell he didn't even want to be there. I told him I was upset and that he may need to de-escalate me when I heard his comments. He just glared at me. I run my own business, I would have fired him for that behavior if he treated any of my clients like that. Camron came over and I once again explained my situation. He said nothing was set aside in the back by Mirracle (like she said she would do). Mirracle did everything in my name and Camron said he couldn't and decided to use my husbands information. After a few minutes he came back and said we didn't qualify and unless we paid cash for everything he couldn't help us. That meant for 2 phones and a tablet. We walked out and went to TMobile and got 2 phones. Two weeks later AT&T took $295 out of my checking account for 2 phones, 2 phone lines, a tablet and phone line for the tablet. I was told I didn't qualify and was charged for 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet. I called AT&T and asked why I was charged $295 and they said it was for 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet. My blood was boiling. Now I'm dealing with 611. They refunded me $227 because I had my original line. It was $60 plus taxes and I was charged $68. This was June 12th. Now today June 17th I got another bill this time for the $227 that they now said is past due. We walked out of AT&T we went to TMobile to get 2 new phones. I called the AT&T Customer Service number to talk to them. This girl named Michelle kept telling me that $227 is past due. I asked for what - and get this she said 3 phone lines, 2 phones and a tablet (that I never got). I had to explain everything again over 1 hour on the phone I kept telling her I only have 1 prepaid phone that I bought last October at Walmart. I kept telling her that the $295 was taken out of my bank account about AT&T and I said I would pay $60 plus tax for the post account. She said I owed the $227 and she didn't show a $68 payment. I had to explain over and over that I was reimbursed $227 because I paid the $68. I told her to take $295 minus $68 and asked her what amount was left she said $227 and she had the nerve to tell me that I don't know how AT&T works. I told her she needs to learn how the banks work and told her too much money (taxes were taken out because I was charged for 2 lines and wasn't credited the right amount). After arguing wover and over with her because she didn't didn't understand what I meant when I told her that my bank account shows payments that are taken out I told her to cancel my account over and over because she kept trying to upsell their internet and phones. I got upset and finally told her not so nicely that I canceled Directv because they were too expensive (I get the same with YouTube TV for $100 a month less) and there's no way in hell, that I would ever use AT&T ever again and I did tell her that I would tell everybody. This female had the nerve to tell me that I still owe $227. I told her there's no way in hell that I'm paying $227 for a prepaid phone that I purchased at Walmart and hung up on the stupid female. Never use AT&T or go to this specific store on 38th St!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
