They cut every corner possible on a $40,000 project which was to turn a utility room into a shower room for a disabled family member. Used NON slip resistant tile on the shower floor, didnt even apply primer to new drywall, created trip & fall hazards. I could go on. 3rd party inspector hired by the County revealed inadequacy of everything they did, yet, Matt Ocel belligerently refused to make a single correction.
