We had our master and second bathrooms remodeled by Ray and his team. Our foreman was Alex. We had the rooms stripped down to the studs. New floor, new drywall, new electric, new bathtub and shower, new wall tiles, and all the furnishings. We provided detailed plans, layouts, and furnishings list. Overall we are very happy with the result. Alex was very detail oriented, and was always ready to make a change if something wasn't going to work for us. His drywall, paint, and trim work were excellent. Tile work was very good as well. He and his team were very respectful of our space and did their best to keep things clean (but any remodel makes a mess!) Ray was very responsive to my questions and was easy to get a hold of. Always friendly and easy going. At the end of the project our bathrooms were complete all the way down to the details I laid out in a plan. The value for their work is excellent - we had another contractor bid 50% more and I seriously doubt they could do 50% better! Did everything go perfect? No... do I think it would have gone better with another company? Nope! However, when there are problems the most I can ask for is solutions, and Ray and Alex worked with us to solve them. Also the timeline of the work went longer than expected. This may have been mitigated by more workers on some days, but sometimes you can't rush good work. read more

I simply cannot recommend this company enough for remodeling, especially Ray and Nino. Scope of work included: All new cabinets, countertops, slightly extended kitchen layout, updated electrical, new recessed lights, updated plumbing. Timeline: The remodel took ~3 weeks to complete, which was on time with the original estimate. A few of the other companies that I talked to estimated 6-8 weeks for the same scope of work. After signing the contract, Ray scheduled a showroom visit so that we could immediately order materials since I was on a tight timeline. I lived in the house during the remodel so I could see that Nino and the rest of the team worked hard and did not drag their feet to finish construction. Budget: The price was very reasonable. I had set aside a budget for unexpected expenses/issues. Even though I dipped into this budget the amount of money I had to spend overall was worth it. For comparison, some other companies that I talked to quoted by ~3x as much for labor only. Quality: The team really paid attention to detail. For example, when it came down to installing handles I initially chose a different design. I ended up disliking it and so they gave me advice on a different design that we ended up going with. The cabinets and countertops are also installed very well and I haven't had any issues with them! Communication: For me there was the right amount of communication -- not too much but just enough. I was notified of major events such as upcoming inspections and complications. Overall, 11/10 stars for the experience. I wish I had found this company sooner for my other remodels because they made the whole experience very quick, painless, and relatively affordable. Just finished my kitchen remodel. During bidding process met with multiple vendors but met with Ray and loved his ideas and estimate was within my budget. During the build there were multiple last second design changes, but it was never an issue.
