Staff is nice and the restaurant is okay looking and seems clean enough or whatever, but none of that matters. #14 of their specialty pizzas, the buffalo chicken pizza, is the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life. It's so good I'll probably never order anything else from these people besides the #14 which is a shame because they've probably got lots of other good stuff. Constantly is an excellent pizza place. I come here for lunch because I can walk from work. The staff is always friendly and they take the time to make sure your order is right. I usually get the grilled chicken sub in a pita pocket and their homemade pita bread is FANTASTIC. I'm that annoying customer that asks for a million ingredients cooked just the way I like them, and they always get it right. The pizza is excellent and you can't beat the price for the lunch-time pizza buffet. They also have soup, a fresh salad bar, and amazing desserts. I've also tried the gluten-free pizza. It's only available in one size (10") and it's more expensive, but it was delicious. I wish the Penacook location was equally as good, but unfortunately, the service and the pizza can't compare to their Concord counterpart. read more

Pizza was good. Service? Not so much. Hubby and I were in the area on vacation and ordered delivery to the hotel. The restaurant's website lists the various sizes of pizzas, including medium (12") and thin crust (14"). We ordered a medium house special, with garlic instead of hamburg (which seems to be a New Hampshire thing as EVERY pizza place we looked at offered hamburg on the specials). We also read a review online that said that Constantly gets it's desserts from Mike's Pastries in Boston's North End (Italian section) so we ordered tiramisu and a chocolate chip cannoli. We got the pizza and thought it was awfully thin. The entire slice went limp to the crust when we picked it up so we ended up getting plates, forks, and knives from the front desk. The sausage was thin slices, almost like pepperoni, instead of chunky crumbles, which we didn't like, but we weren't sure if this was a NH thing. Overall, the pizza was OK, but nothing impressive, and the limpness of the slices really turned us off. The desserts were good, but the tiramisu tasted very heavily of cinnamon, which I found odd. After dinner, it occurred to me that our bill seemed awfully high for what we had ordered. I checked the menu on the restaurant's website and realized we'd been charged $4 more than we should have been. I called the restaurant and here's where my opinion of them went downhill. A girl answered the phone and I explained that I thought we may have been overcharged. She took my name so she could find the order and put the phone down. She picked up again and asked me what I thought was wrong with my order, then explained to me that I'd been charged properly for the $16.59 14" pizza I'd ordered. I corrected her to explain that I'd ordered the $12.59 12", the medium, and had said "medium" when placing the order. She put the phone down again, then came back on and asked what I thought was wrong with my order. I had a moment of deja vu, then realized someone else had picked up with no explanation. I had the same conversation with her that I did with girl #1, then girl #2 put the phone down and had a conversation with someone in the background. Then a man picked up and said, "What can I help you with?" Ugh. I explained that I had JUST explained the problem to TWO other people. He cut me off to say, "Well, now you're talking to the manager so what do you want me to do?" I restated that it seemed that I had been charged for a larger pizza then I ordered. He stated that I had received the larger pizza and therefore was charged accordingly. I told him I understood that he had charged me for what was delivered but that what was delivered WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED. He restated that I was charged for what was delivered. I finally had to get a little upset and said that, since the order was delivered to a hotel, it almost seemed to me that advantage was being taken of out-of-area customers: "accidentally" mark down a larger pizza and charge them for the difference. He finally offered to refund the $3.60 difference, at which point I decided I was going to write this review because, at least where I went to school, $16.59 minus $12.59 is an even $4 and, after more than 5 minutes on the phone, this twit was trying to nickel and dime me over $0.40?! Today we hosted a baby shower and constantly pizza catered the event. They delivered lasagna & meat lasagna, steak tips and pasta salad with bread sticks and green salad. Each dish was prepared very well. The steak was easy to serve in bite size pieces. All the guests commented on how good the food was. This is my go to pizza place. The pizza is great and the service is always spot on. I had one bad experience when it took over an hour and a half to get my ordered pizza but it was given to us free of charge because of the delay, so that goes to show that they stand behind their service. There are always great deals and they honor coupons easily. The pastries are straight out of Boston's north end so that's always great as well. Highly recommend. read more

Such a classy business! Food is really good- I had the antipasto salad and it was overflowing with veggies and meat. Crust was thin, crispy, and it had us talking about how good it was. The staff was super friendly and allowed members of our group to substitute chips, soups, etc. Also, David, one of the owners took the time to chat with our table, and he even offered us pizza on the house from the buffet to take to-go. Called to place an order for delivery. The wait was 45 minutes. I asked if I pick it up how long?I was told 15 minutes. No big dea,ican walk across the street from work. I arrived and my chicken parm sub was being put in a counter type broiler,not made in a real oven... now I know why the hot food is usually cold. The girl who was making my sub, did not wear gloves and had been touching money and delivery bags- eeeww! I had ordered a Cesar salad, which came with more black olives than salad. We are from CT, in town for race weekend in Loudon. We normally order some sort of branded pizza delivery (papa ginos, etc), but decided to go out to a local place. Constantly was amazing! The is much good about this place: it is clean, people working there are nice and friendly, there is enough parking space, orders are processed quickly. Unfortunately, the pizza is bad. As much as I appreciate local pizza joints, what they sell here is just not good. In many cases frozen pizza tastes better. I ordered two of what they call New Style (perhaps should be New York Style, not sure). These are 18 inches pies. One was with eggplant and cheese. The eggplant was roasted way to much to the point of being crispy. The other pie was with various meat - including poor quality, greasy pepperoni and some other inventions of modern food processing labs. But the crust is the main problem. It tastes just like processed, frozen crust - and not even a good frozen crust. That is very unfortunate - good pizza crust is so simple to make: flour, water, salt, yeast - plus some time for fermentation. I would not recommend this to anyone that enjoys good pizza. read more

I just went take-out. Service was great. When I got my sub/salad home was another story. My sandwich was kinda hard to eat b/c of the cubed pickles on top but after enclosing them (and they're enjoyable) in my sub sandwich, I thought they were delicious! I thought that maybe the pickles were made in-house although I suspected they were not. Pretty good. As far as the grilled chicken salad went, the chicken was not grilled and did not have grill marks on it (flat-top.) I couldn't believe it had whole baby carrots inside. The salad was rather sparse as well. For take-out fare I give it a 3 for now but I'll have to give it another try or two. read more

Good pizza. I don't think it is as good as Vinnies, but opinions vary. Unlike Vinnie's, Constantly offers a much larger menu including a small salad bar, desserts, appetizers, and sides. The non-pizza food I've tried is adequate- not fabulous, but adequate. If you have someone in your group who just refuses to eat pizza, this place would be a good compromise. read more

Terrible service. Ordered. Buff tenders and chicken tenders, asked for honey mustard and blue cheese for the sauces. They told me 45 minutes for delivery . 1hr 7 minutes later, food came cold without sauces. So I called to ask for them. They put a manager on the phone, he said he would send them out... My family went to this pizza shop down the street from the theater. I needed cash and the owner/manager was able to give me cash back when the register isnt promt to do it. He also let us keep the left over pizza warm in the shop while we went to the show. Exceptional service and great attitude!! I ordered delivery while staying at a hotel nearby. Ordered Cesar salad and cheese pizza. They said it would take 45 minutes, which was reasonable, and 45 minutes later, the delivery person arrived. Check plus for that. The food, however, was only fair. Cesar salad had black olives and pepperoncinis, which was a bit strange. Dressing was Ken's packaged Cesar vinaigrette, not my favorite. Driving around for pizza in our new town Saturday. We saw that the lights were on in Constantly Pizza. My grandson and I were happy to find a place so close and went in to order. As we started ordering, the kind man behind the counter let us know that some foods weren't available right away because they didn't open for another 30 mins. I had not realized the hour and apologized. He said no problem at all and took our order. 20 mins later, after a lovely conversation with the gentleman behind the counter, we were happily on our way home with ( what turned out to be delicious) food.
