Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

In July 2026, while working in my second-floor bathroom, I looked out the bathroom window and noticed a visible gap between the glass and the exterior frame of the house. I took a photo and contacted Chris by email. He responded on July 7 and said he would come out later that week to inspect the issue and determine whether there was a remedy. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no further response from Chris or anyone else. The issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would contact me, explain what may have occurred during installation, and provide a solution to correct the problem. Potential customers should be aware of my experience and consider asking about the company's warranty and follow-up service before moving forward.

We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
