Chris was quick to come out and give me a fair bid on the job. The estimate was very thorough and included all labor and parts with breakdown of pricing. He gave me a few options, and he was able to save me as much money as he could. When it came to work, the technicians were fast and respectful of the home, kids, and dogs. The total work of replacement was about 2 1/2 days. The warranty for work and parts is more than fair. As I already said, this happened about 2 days before Christmas, and our family was at max levels of stress during this time. Chris was willing to be flexible with my payment schedule, and he was always available to answer my phone call and answer any questions for me during this stressful time.

We had an incredibly difficult winter this year. Trying to get our home open after being…read morewinterized. I had electricians, a contractor, water treatment people out to open our place up in the dead of winter after a major winter storm. I was desperate. My husband was extremely ill and was being treated at Kootenai Hospital with a serious illness. After many issues with the cabin and me crying on the phone trying to explain what we were going through, Fred's Plumbing owner and crew said, "Don't worry we will get your place open"...and they did! They put in a handicapped shower and a new toilet in record time. They even helped me down 29 steps to my home with a load from Costco to get ready for my husband's homecoming. The gal in the office said incredibly comforting words for us during that stressful time. When people show up during those times it's humbling. I will never forget what Fred's plumbing did for us. So YES. Fred's Plumbing is an excellent business with excellent human beings. Thank you!

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.
