They were responsive and helpful, and constantly willing to support or adjust however we needed. The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling. Would recommend these folks to anyone who wants a smooth, fast, quality experience getting new windows for their home.

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. We also wanted out house painted after installation and Clear Choice set that up for us as well. (See my review for Triple A Painting). What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.

This was a "discounted" price but we've been very happy with them since. I even gave them a 5-star review post installation. The quality of their product and the skill of their crew couldn't have been better. We were told at the time of the sale in January of the same year, "iyou ever need repair, adjustment or replacements of our windows, screens or sliders for as long as we owned our home to just call." We even have that promise in writing. Jump ahead to early this year. We have an issue with the downstairs slider. It has stopped being easy to open so I called RBA to please call me as I explained the problem on their voicemail system. As of this date, I have not received any callbacks. I even tried prompting them with the the possibility of me writing a review/complaint on Yelp and posting it on Facebook. Crickets. Still no call after almost two months. Last year, I told my brother-in-law to use RBA for their new replacement widows which he has since ordered yet to be installed. You would think they would put 1+1 together and give me a call. Nope!

I continue to dispute the debt, Anderson would take your first born if it said they could on page 87 after a 4 hour demo on someone else's computer. I am now pursuing the available consumer and regulatory dispute processes, but what a life suck. They know most people will be pushed into fulfilling the contract or just paying them. Such a gross company - I don't care if their windows are made of gold and lollipops. At the end of the day, they'd take my family's money for absolutely no work done and no explanation aside from "gotcha!" It's funny because this was the smaller house - I'd planned to use them for a larger more luxury home that would far exceed the $29K. I posted a video on social that's going viral, but Renewal by Anderson in is legally probably fine to take whatever I signed for, kidney, children - it's a lengthy sales process with, so you'll be so tired you won't even know. I'll dispute the debt, go better business bureau etc - you can have one more shot at making this right. It's $4,451 for wasting my family's, my patients and my own business' time.
