Now that I want to return these faulty products, the store refuses to take them back. I strongly warn anyone against buying from WNY Appliances 4 Less. Their appliances are advertised as brand new but many arrive with scratches, defects, and malfunctions. I bought several items that broke multiple times, and while the store sent repair technicians, the problems came back within days.

Wow! This is a huge store. Much bigger inside than it looks, it's extremely neat, clean and very…read morebrightly lit. Not a place to shop with a migraine or hangover (neither of which I had). I walked in and was greeted in within seconds by a nice-appearing and very knowledgeable man, Tan, who proceeded to show me the dishwashers and range hoods I was looking for. Without even looking at the tags, he knew almost every model's decibel rating, features and color availability. That was very impressive, considering they had over 20 dishwashers on display. They carry low-end Amana, more well-known, better-rated brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, and Kitchenaid and higher-end Bosch. I had narrowed it down to one in particular, and Tan printed out my two favorites and attached his business card as I requested. I noticed that he's the assistant sales manager. That could explain (but not necessarily) why he was so familiar with all the different brands, different features and colors. Did I mention I was impressed? The only thing he had to look up on the computer was a particular model and color's delivery date. Next, I looked at range hoods, located in the very back (left) corner if the store. They have only about 8 choices. I easily narrowed it down to two, my favorite being an Italian brand, XO, followed very closely by USA-manufactured Broan. Both were close in price. Broan had halogen lights, which will get hot. XO had LED lights, and had a more sleek and slim design...but just a bit. The other Italian-made brand was also great, but expensive, and my contractor would have to remove some cabinets, so, not an option. They easily had over 30 refrigerators displayed, and at least as many stoves. They also sell wine refrigerators, garbage disposals, microwaves, and window air conditioners. To the left, just inside the door, there are some scratch and dent air conditioners and microwaves, all clearly marked. I asked Tan if there were any rebates on the two particular dishwashers I was interested in. He said unless I was a Fairport resident, no. I'm glad he was up on everything...no playing a frustrating game of "20 questions". I have no doubt he can go far in management. And I hope he does.

I'm a firm believer in service after the sale. Initial purchase experience was good…read more But, and there's always a but, not happy with their service contracts rebates & service after the sale. The convoluted paperwork for the rebates is time consuming and idiotic. Then you find out they are not rebates but vouchers that must be used in their store. Unfortunately, the amount is so small all you can buy is nickel and dime products like cleaning products. Of course they don't have the products in stock. So they have to order them. After waiting over two months they call and say they're here and "we need you to pick them up asap" because they need the space. So lo and behold when I get there they don't have everything. But, will contact me when the rest of the stuff shows up. It has now been 6-months and they haven't contacted me. I sent two emails to Jason and he responded with "I'll check." Needless to say he didn't.

She never called back. Very unfriendly tone on the phone. My boyfriend ordered a part for a snowblower, via this same Warsaw, NY store in December 2020. He paid in cash. The part was shipped to the wrong address, completely wrong-- as in, the wrong town and zip code. He has called at least 5 times between the Warsaw, NY store and a toll free number for SEARS customer service, to no avail. The store said that customer service for online orders has to resolve this and refund, and customer service at SEARS toll free said the store can resolve it and refund via a mailed check. Every time my BF calls the toll free number, they tell him they will mail a refund check and he will have it in "about 3 days" or "later this week". It's now February 18 and there has been no refund check issued nor a refund from the store. Upon calling the store for the last time, yesterday, he was told that the store can do nothing about this, the attitude was "so sad, too bad, keep waiting" and the person who answered gave a horribly timed, irrelevant anecdote about another customer who waited 6 MONTHS for their part to arrive. She laughed about it...... The store wants him to deal with this with the toll free number customer service, and the toll free customer service dept. of SEARS wants him to go to the store or promises a check that never comes. Unbelievable. Neither one of us will ever shop there again nor with SEARS at any location.

Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. Am relieved to have it back up and running since it's only a few years old (new from box store). Will definitely be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thanks for help :)

My wife recently received a voicemail from Oaks Roofing & Siding/Graves Brothers Home Improvement about how their parent company, Oaks Inc, had recently purchased Ben's Appliance, Kitchen and Bath. There are a couple of problems here. We never signed up for phone call advertisements and the roof that Graves Brothers Home Improvement installed immediately leaked water and they never repaired it. There is no doubt in my mind that prices will go up and quality of service will decline under Oaks' ownership- I've experience it first hand(check out that review sometime).

Alas, the fridge needed a part that had to be ordered and it would be Wednesday between 12:30-5:00 before they'd have it and could get back. Dave arrived on Wednesday at noon (with alerts beforehand, as before). Was not cheap, but was entirely reasonable and way less than a new fridge. So again, highly recommended!
