I went in for pain in my left shoulder that I've had on and off since I was seven years old (although as of late it's become consistent), and Dr. Katie's informational tools helped me learn about why the pain exists there and what I can do in my daily life to prevent it from worsening. She's very knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable asking her about anything relating to my posture, back pain, and the chiropractic practice in general. I initially began seeing her with a Groupon deal, but the normal prices for adjustments are very affordable and have allowed me to keep seeing her. I highly recommend Life's Journey to anyone who is seeking chiropractic care.

They utilize acupuncture, cupping, massage and Chinese herbal medicines. As a flight attendant of over 30 years, my knee was gradually hurt over the years. I suffered with debilitating chronic pain and I felt dismissed by previous providers.  However, within 2  months of acupuncture with Vickie, I began to feel results.   My husband has  a degenerative disease but he has noticed that his symptoms are much more manageable now, thanks to John. The part of the treatment my husband and I appreciates the most though is the empathy and kindness of the doctors  who truly listen and make us feel truly seen and valued as patients.

I also really enjoy her as a person, she is very sweet. I think its important to support local businesses and stay away from those chain spas with therapists fresh out of school. Andrea is experienced and knows her stuff! I circled the areas on the form, I talked to Andrea about it, she confirmed before starting "ok, so full body with attention to the areas we discussed on your legs?". I confirmed. she spent MAYBE 5 minites on each leg and it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on to get started. After my massage I brought it up and she said "we can work on them a little bit next time". The rest of the massage was nothing great. I guess if you've never had one and want someone to put lotion on your body you could try her. If you don't mind her body weight on the table with you when she rests her butt on it or leans over your hands with her leg and body weight. Sniffling the whole time too. no offer for essential oils.
