HHaving been to see the Duncan team previously in the Howell location, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again when my lower back started acting up again. It was the Monday before New Years and all three locations were booked, but they still got me in. Sadly, that first trip didn't help immediately, but it never does. They got me in early the following morning and then again, the following evening at 5:30p on NEW YEARS EVE! Dr. Michalak and his team are awesome! The staff is always cheerful and helpful, which is awesome, because I wasn't feeling very cheerful at the time. The Doctor's are always very mindful and helpful as well professional. I would and will recommend them to anyone! read more

Dr Hilton is by far the best chiropractor I've seen. He listens and adjusts accordingly. The massage staff is also amazing. I can't imagine not having this team, with all of my neck issues. The massage prices are also the best around. Thank goodness for Duncan Chiropractic! read more

Quickly assessed my issues and quickly got me on the path to better health. I felt much better walking out of the office.

Dr. Michalak is absolutely a amazing. He is very personable, very caring, and very thorough. He really cares about his patiences and has the most amazing staff. It's a great environment and I feel well cared for. I would highly recommend Duncan Chiropractic. Did I mention I have the most amazing massage therapist there as well. This lady is the absolute best in the industry in my opinion . I call her Kat but her name is Katarina Benson. Summary if you wanted the best this is it. read more

I have been coming here for years. All the chiropractors do a great job. The staff is very friendly. However, my wife had an issue with sciatica for days and saw Dr Mercier. He said I have good success with that. He did some adjustments and she walked out without pain. Then, a few weeks later her collar bone went out of place. He said the same thing to her that he has great success with that. She walked out pain free collar bone in place. I have been suffering from Vertigo for almost 2 months. I tried every Epley type maneuver I could find on-line. Nothing worked. I went to Dr Mercier. He said "I have pretty good success with vertigo". He adjusted my face my ears and said give it 24 hours. My vertigo was better a few hours later. Completely gone. Hasn't come back. He has some mystical powers or has some black magic, but it works. read more

Many years of good quality care from Dr Michaluk. Always friendly staff! Easy to schedule appointments and usually available to squeeze in at the last minute/same day. read more

Love this office! Nice staff, great doctors and many therapy options, including massage.

The admin staff that I've talked with has been rude towards me. I had questions about my bill and was treated in an arrogant and condescending manner (multiple occasions). The chiropractic appointment was OK, but because of the staff's lack of professionalism, I will not be back. read more

I called and simply wanted to talk to someone knowledgeable about my ailment and best therapy. After asking this question several times, in several different ways, I was offered the opportunity to E-MAIL someone at Duncan to get an answer. And I was told 3 times that they could get me in right away. I felt like they just wanted the appointment filled so they could get paid. Just wow. No thank you. read more

Great care and concern always at this Brighton location . Ryan Mercier has always provided excellent care and I walk out feeling so much better and pain free read more

I was visiting family in Michigan and I slipped a rib out of place from the flight over. Panicked (And worried I wouldn't find anyone as good as my chiropractor in LA) I hopped on Yelp and found Duncan and got an appointment immediately! I saw Dr. Mercelier and he was so professional and amazing! Great pricing (I think the adjustment was only $30) and they took insurance. This is my go to when visiting family- wish I could take this chiro back with me! read more

Dr Adam, great guy. Super helpful with figuring out a issue with my daughter having dizzy spells, fainting and feeling sick. She ended up having fluid built up In the inner ear, once drained all symptoms stopped. read more

I've seen a couple different doctors here and a couple massage therapists. Dr. Solverson is really great! He remembers you, and tries whatever he can to make you feel better. I usually follow my time with the doctor (so much more than "an adjustment" so I don't even call it that) with a massage. They talk to each other and really can target what you want and what the doctor thinks too if you're looking for therapeutic massage. I like Jess. She has a lighter touch which is perfect for myofacial treatments. read more

Everyone at the Howell office is great, I went in with no appointment barely walking after I had tripped and they took care of me and I felt almost instant relief after my manipulation and treatment. read more

I'm replying to earlier comment and response. I was asking only to talk to someone about what type of massage I should sign up for, and not deep medical advice- which seems like a very reasonable question. Being told I could E mail someone, and not be able to talk to them for an answer, and more importantly (!) being told several times to sign up for an appointment with an unknow treatment felt like being walked into a mill. No thank you, still. read more

Dr. Ouilette was exceptional and we always had a great experience with him when we came in. He will be missed dearly. Office tends to overbook clients which results in a long wait. Very friendly staff and nice facility. read more

Absolutely fantastic chiropractic facility. Staff is incredibly friendly and all the physicians are great. It is a very low pressure environment, you just come in as often as you like. You are never pressured to make additional appointments that you don'e feel that you need. The amenities and services they have beyond just the chiropractic treatment are awesome including massage, water tables and more! I drive 25 minutes each way just to go to this place vs. closer chiropractors. read more

Duncan chiropractic has the best availability; this isn't common with other solo chiropractors. I've been thoroughly adjusted at every visit. My insurance pays for a 30 min massage with each adjustment so I've been taking advantage of their skilled therapists. I've also used the pain relieving modalities to speed the healing process. read more

Bad customer service when it comes to getting Bills sorted out I've called multiple times and they say they'll call me back and never do. Very disappointing because everyone when I went in seemed nice read more

These guys are great! New to the area and Needed to find a new Chiropractor office. I am so thankful I found them!! Dr. Crandall adjusted my back and neck and made me feel like new again! I receive regular chiropractic care and since we travel a lot, I'm frequently trying out new chiropractic offices. I judge a chiropractic office on the following: 1) Office personnel - phone friendly and face-to-face friendly. Either of those things can kill my experience before I even see the doctor! 2) Wait time - especially if I have an appointment. If I'm a walk-in I don't mind waiting a while, but don't cram people into appointments if you can't honor that time. 3) Finally, the doctor - both the ability to build rapport as well as the treatment itself. Duncan Chiropractic gets high marks on all three criteria. Most often I went as a walk-in, and his front office always greeted me with a smile. There's a positive energy floating around the office from personnel to patients. The doctors (I saw two different ones) spent a couple minutes talking about what's going on, etc., and I got great adjustments. I know it's an assembly line, but I don't want to FEEL like I'm an assembly line. Their equipment is modern and the office decor is warm and inviting. Definitely recommend! ~Colette & Jim www.roamingtogether.com read more

Great staff from front desk all the way to check out! Always friendly and accommodating. Best part are the adjustments from knowledgeable chiropractors. Well done Dr. Ouillette! read more

Up until a year ago, I was never a big believer in chiropractic care. When I experienced some neck and shoulder pain that would not go away, I decided to give Dr. Duncan a try. I found that this office is focused on customer service and professionalism. I was never given a hard sell for more treatments. He took good care of me and I have been pain free for months. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan and the rest of the staff. read more

I debated writing a review because I don't want to single out one person, but it was so bad I feel like I have to warn people. This review is for a MASSAGE with Joey. I've never had a massage at a chiro office before but they said they're licensed massage therapists so I figured it would be the same. First, gloves. Really? I mean I'm sure it's more hygienic but it doesn't make for a relaxing massage, especially with no lotion or oil. Second, I thought I was paying for an hour full body massage, but he only did my back and neck. And it was horrible. I can't even tell you how many times he just dug a finger into a spot and left it there. I kept thinking what is this person doing?! Needless to say, I do not recommend (at least for a massage). read more

Everyone is so welcoming at Duncan!! They really care about everyone that walks in. I am excited for my next adjustment.

I made an inital appt. for a massage. They called to change it twice in two days. First excuse was the massage therapist had been injured and was nauseous and the next day, the new therapist did not have her license approved... just three hours before my appt. Really? They didn't know that until then? I was told my appt. was at 4:45 and an hour later received a text saying it was at 4:00. When I called to question which was correct, I got the, "our system is down" story and the girl (Jennifer) seemingly did not remember talking to me two hours earlier. She was SO apologetic and said, "oh, it will be back up in an hour and I will call you. SO sorry for the inconvenience." Never got that call. Talk about a run around. Big fail, DCG. read more

Duncan chiropractic exceeded my expectations. From the email inquiry, to my initial interaction with the receptionist to the Dr's themselves, I was impressed. Excellent customer service, attention to patient care, quality resources and overall great experience. My Dr and massage therapist, Alyssa are the best I have seen. Highly recommended! read more
