HHaving been to see the Duncan team previously in the Howell location, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again when my lower back started acting up again. It was the Monday before New Years and all three locations were booked, but they still got me in. Sadly, that first trip didn't help immediately, but it never does. They got me in early the following morning and then again, the following evening at 5:30p on NEW YEARS EVE! Dr. Michalak and his team are awesome! The staff is always cheerful and helpful, which is awesome, because I wasn't feeling very cheerful at the time. The Doctor's are always very mindful and helpful as well professional. I have been coming here for years. All the chiropractors do a great job. The staff is very friendly. However, my wife had an issue with sciatica for days and saw Dr Mercier. He said I have good success with that. He did some adjustments and she walked out without pain. Then, a few weeks later her collar bone went out of place. He said the same thing to her that he has great success with that. She walked out pain free collar bone in place. I have been suffering from Vertigo for almost 2 months. I tried every Epley type maneuver I could find on-line. Nothing worked. I went to Dr Mercier. He said "I have pretty good success with vertigo". He adjusted my face my ears and said give it 24 hours. My vertigo was better a few hours later. Completely gone. Hasn't come back. He has some mystical powers or has some black magic, but it works. read more

I've seen a couple different doctors here and a couple massage therapists. Dr. Solverson is really great! He remembers you, and tries whatever he can to make you feel better. I usually follow my time with the doctor (so much more than "an adjustment" so I don't even call it that) with a massage. They talk to each other and really can target what you want and what the doctor thinks too if you're looking for therapeutic massage. I like Jess. She has a lighter touch which is perfect for myofacial treatments. read more

Absolutely fantastic chiropractic facility. Staff is incredibly friendly and all the physicians are great. It is a very low pressure environment, you just come in as often as you like. You are never pressured to make additional appointments that you don'e feel that you need. The amenities and services they have beyond just the chiropractic treatment are awesome including massage, water tables and more! Duncan chiropractic has the best availability; this isn't common with other solo chiropractors. I've been thoroughly adjusted at every visit. My insurance pays for a 30 min massage with each adjustment so I've been taking advantage of their skilled therapists. I receive regular chiropractic care and since we travel a lot, I'm frequently trying out new chiropractic offices. I judge a chiropractic office on the following: 1) Office personnel - phone friendly and face-to-face friendly. Either of those things can kill my experience before I even see the doctor! 2) Wait time - especially if I have an appointment. If I'm a walk-in I don't mind waiting a while, but don't cram people into appointments if you can't honor that time. 3) Finally, the doctor - both the ability to build rapport as well as the treatment itself. Duncan Chiropractic gets high marks on all three criteria. Most often I went as a walk-in, and his front office always greeted me with a smile. There's a positive energy floating around the office from personnel to patients. The doctors (I saw two different ones) spent a couple minutes talking about what's going on, etc., and I got great adjustments. I know it's an assembly line, but I don't want to FEEL like I'm an assembly line. Their equipment is modern and the office decor is warm and inviting. I debated writing a review because I don't want to single out one person, but it was so bad I feel like I have to warn people. This review is for a MASSAGE with Joey. I've never had a massage at a chiro office before but they said they're licensed massage therapists so I figured it would be the same. First, gloves. Really? I mean I'm sure it's more hygienic but it doesn't make for a relaxing massage, especially with no lotion or oil. Second, I thought I was paying for an hour full body massage, but he only did my back and neck. And it was horrible. I can't even tell you how many times he just dug a finger into a spot and left it there. I kept thinking what is this person doing?! Needless to say, I do not recommend (at least for a massage). read more

I made an inital appt. for a massage. They called to change it twice in two days. First excuse was the massage therapist had been injured and was nauseous and the next day, the new therapist did not have her license approved... just three hours before my appt. Really? They didn't know that until then? I was told my appt. was at 4:45 and an hour later received a text saying it was at 4:00. When I called to question which was correct, I got the, "our system is down" story and the girl (Jennifer) seemingly did not remember talking to me two hours earlier. She was SO apologetic and said, "oh, it will be back up in an hour and I will call you. SO sorry for the inconvenience." Never got that call. Talk about a run around. Big fail, DCG. read more

I've been a customer at your location for a couple of months...I had a very necessary appointment on Monday 11/15/21, for Chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Binder and a Myoreflex appointment with Carstain...Everything went great & I paid and made my next appointment, as I've done on several occasions for the following week, this time specifically Monday for 11/22/21 at 1pm...I arrived today at 12:40 pm and was told by your receptionist my appointment was scheduled by your booker for 11/29/21 (2 weeks out) instead of the following Monday 11/22/21 as I asked for an expected to receive ...I've been in a great deal of pain lately and the Myoreflex appointment is giving me some badly needed pain relief...Everyone at your location was very apologetic, and tried to get me in with Dr. Binder if I wished to wait around for an opening, but Carstain's appointment calendar is completely booked for the remainder of this week...I spoke to another young lady in booking/cashier and she told me Carstain's schedule for this week was most likely completely full and the booker just didn't notice the appointment I was attempting to schedule was automatically pushed into the following week (computer automatically moved appointment to following week with an opening)...Now I must simply wait, while still in much pain for another week until 11/29/21...Computer Error...Booker Error, it really doesn't matter as either way I still don't have the appointment I needed badly today...A couple of weeks ago I was waiting in the waiting area for my appointment, and witnessed another lady experiencing the same exact scenario for her appointment, this is not an isolated incident... read more
