Getting an adjustment seems scary at first (especially a neck adjustment), but I felt very comfortable when working with Mark. Also, I haven't experienced any pain as a result of my adjustments. I personally have an offset hip that makes one of my legs feel longer, which can get in the way while I am lifting weights and exercising.
