From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere lacked the calm and serene vibe you expect from a massage spa. The massage itself was extremely aggressive -- not therapeutic or tension-relieving, but actually painful. I'm still sore three days later. Even more disruptive, my massage therapist answered the phone four times during the session. I could also clearly hear another staff member in the next room answering calls two or three more times. It made the whole experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. Despite voicing my concerns during the massage, nothing changed. This did not feel like a place that values customer comfort or understands what a relaxing spa experience should be. I do not recommend this establishment and would strongly encourage others to seek out a more professionally run and calming environment.

I asked if there were any appointments and she told me to come right now. When I arrive I'm greeted by a lady who takes me right to the back. No paperwork or anything. The room had to strange bars above. The table had a sheet and towel. The head area was covered with paper towel. She came in and asked medium or hard. I said medium. I can't handle pressure. Well her medium had me in pain. At one point I told her it was hurting. I was gritting my teeth. All she did was giggle. There was definitely a language barrier. I enjoyed the hot stones. Pretty amazing. The foot massage was very good. They use baby oil. She rubbed it all over my face. Again, a little strange. She massages my forehead a lot. I was a little disappointed I didn't get a scalp massage. When I was face up, she climbed right on top of me and began massaging my thighs right into my groin. Weird. My towel was sliding down with my breasts fully exposed. I'm not shy, but if I were, it's be extremely uncomfortable. Just all so strange... That's about it. Not sure I'll go back. Oh and the place wasn't that clean. She kept leaving the room and left the door open. I just laugh at how weird it all was....
