We have been seeing Dr. Ouillette for years now. I had pain in my knee, I was walking and felt as if I twisted my knee. It became so painful, I couldn't sleep on my side with my knees bent, it was too painful. I'm one my feet all day at work, walking on hard surface and climbing ladders. Hands down the best chiropractor I have met and had the luxury to be a patient of. And I've seen countlesssss chiropractor's over my years of dealing with the pain my crooked Karen of a spine has left me in. I'm pretty specific in knowing what I expect from a chiropractic clinic and that's mainly due to all of the trials and errors in finding a chiropractor who will actually listen to their patients. Dr. Ouillette has set the bar even higher for me now after my first visit with him today. I had been trying to find a decent chiropractor near my work as I work over 20 miles away from my home and we all know the struggle of the stereotypical 9-5 clinic practice hours. I tried Duncan Chiropractic once after reading all the rave reviews.. wishful thinking at its best with that place. I left that place frustrated, appalled, in more pain than I came in with, and a hefty bill just under $200 worth for the worst adjustment I've ever had and to be told flat out no when I requested X-rays as it had been a couple years since my last ones. But I did get a super cool new mug and magnet for that $200... *insert eye roll here* Not sure what people see in that place but I'm guessing it's the overwhelming ridiculous amount of 100" inch TVs every which way you turn or their hip technology by handing you a dirty iPad to check in with your "symptoms" but I found it best comparable with the classic mega chain Mondo Burger (Good Burger movie reference for those that didn't get it). Spoiler alert: it wasn't the size of the burger that won, it was that special sauce. And man oh man does Dr. Ouillette have the special sauce! From the equipment his office has, to the extra time he takes listening to what brought you there, and the extraordinary thorough and amazing technique he uses to have you walking out the doors symptom free from just one visit. I have NEVER had a chiropractor appointment last that long before in my life. All because he took the time to assess, listen, and treat in the most extensively thorough way I have ever experienced. And it was my own fault for having to cut the visit short as I had to get back to work! Side note, they also have massage therapists in clinic as well! I am a patient for life now of Dr. Ouillette's! He just recently opened his own practice (thank God) and moved away from the "big-chains" so he can finally practice what he preaches. He knows the desire and desperate needs of some of us needing a place open later and is open til 7:30pm! I could go on and on but moral of the story, do yourself, your spine, and your bank book a favor and book the first appointment you can with Dr. Ouillette, you will not be disappointed. P.s. his office does great too with expeditiously responding to an online request for a first appointment (yes I was that guy who did it all online instead of calling lol) and they were willing to squeeze me in same day but due to my work hours, I elected to wait til Monday for my appointment and I am SO glad I did. Dr. Ouillette is the only chiropractor that can get my body back in alinement. Tried a few other chiropractors when he was off during the pandemic and they couldn't help me.
