I was next door @ WSKY and noticed the car wash here when I arrived so I decided to stop by on my…read moreway home after seeing it was a touchless car wash & my car was in dire need of a cleaning. There is menu payment board right @ the beginning of the entrance to the car wash. There are a couple different wash options with different pricing. I was having trouble getting my CC to work but using the touchless option. The card reader said on the screen "please wait" but then nothing happened. I had to swipe my CC which worked.....I'm just hoping I'm not going to have all these swipes on my CC statement....lol The car wash didn't take much time & it spits out verbal instructions on telling you how far to move forward & when to stop & put it in park, not getting on a track that pulls your car thru. The car wash was decent for what I paid for. I didn't need to go inside the store so I wasn't able to check out what they had to offer inside.

For context,…read moreI tried to buy water at the 7-11 across the street, and they were super rude, after waiting in line for several minutes. So I left and came to Terrible's (where the gas was cheaper anyway). I went to buy some water for the road, and it was only $3 for two 1-liter bottles, which was also cheaper than 7-11! Then the super friendly cashier goes to ring up my fountain drink, and she asks, "Did you get gas?" and I said Yes. She said, "Well, then your drink is free!" That totally made my day, and she was so sweet after being treated poorly at 7-11.

I arrived at Sam's Club around 6:45 p.m. and, about halfway through my shopping, decided to…read morepurchase a mattress. I figured the easiest thing to do would be to finish shopping, grab a flatbed cart on my way out, and then pick up the mattress. Fast forward to about 8:05 p.m. I had finished shopping with roughly $800 worth of merchandise in my cart and went toward the front cart area looking for a flatbed. A gentleman named Ron or Rob approached, and when I asked if he knew where I could grab one, he immediately told me I could not go back into the store. The frustrating part was that he made no effort to understand why I was asking or what I was trying to do. Instead, what should have been a simple question turned into roughly four minutes of arguing in front of the store before a supervisor had to be requested. Thankfully, Spencer stepped in and handled the situation professionally. Had he not mediated, I genuinely would have left the entire cart of merchandise for the employees to put back and probably driven over to Costco to buy a membership instead. I wasn't spit out of the womb and forced to crawl my way through life just to eventually be berated by the Sam's Club cart guy. It is probably safe to say the stress of Ron's job may be getting to him. I wish everyone there the best, but perhaps take a moment to understand the circumstances before turning a customer's simple question into a screaming match at the front of the store. Thank you, Spencer, for stepping in, listening, and bringing the situation back down to earth. Your professionalism is the reason this review is not considerably worse.
