Live in the area & seen lots of cars getting there cars cleaned here. Finally made the decision to give it a try & 100% recommend. The workers work so hard very dedicated .... Maybe short staff ... when I went it was early morning around 10ish on a Thursday & 1 worker per car. MY CAR WAS SOOO CLEAN. GOT VIP for I believe $37 which included car wash & cleaning the inside. They vacuumed & wiped the inside down. Took about 45 mins to get the full service so I recommend making sure you have time to spare. I visited this car wash today and after paying and going through the initial machine, I realized the facility was far busier than expected. There was no staff available to assist customers and after waiting about 15 minutes, I was finally able to get the attention of an employee. He appeared overwhelmed and explained they were short staffed. I told him I didn't have several hours to wait for service and he advised me that since services hadn't been completed yet, I could request a refund from the cashier. When I approached the cashier, she brought over someone I believe was a manager named Tere. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unpleasant. She offered only a partial refund, claiming that chemicals had already been used on my car, despite the fact that the wash had no noticeable cleaning effect. I paid $32 and received essentially no service. When I explained that a partial refund was not acceptable, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. The overall experience was frustrating and her demeanor came across as rude and demeaning. At this point, I plan to dispute the charge through my credit card company and consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I sincerely hope the hardworking staff receive better support and management in the future. read more

I highly recommend this car wash. They do a solid job with the wash and detail. Cost was $37 plus tip. Timing took about 1 hour, and I sat in their waiting room doing some work on my laptop. I did not see a wifi info so I used my phone hot spot. They did a great job especially with the interior! And my SUV looked very clean and sparkly! I was very happy. I did notice in the front with grill that it was not cleaned thoroughly and you could see dirt and dried up dead bugs. So I guess they missed that area. But overall well worth the value! So... my husband comes here all the time to wash his car... he always tells me to appreciate the people who work on our cars and "tip them fat".... Meaning we always give $40-$60 for tip alone, which is more than the actual car wash. That being said... WHAT THE HELL? All I got today was a fat nothing. The car was barely wiped down on the outside, barely wiped down on the inside, if they even bothered to do that, and can't even confirm that they actually vacuumed the interior. I went back to the location to have them fix it and the best I got was "come back another time. Here is a free wash". Thanks. Literally for nothing. Purchased the $37 VIP car wash. Ended up with a huge ding on my driver side door that I know wasn't there and there was a black truck to the left of my car when they were drying. I will NEVER bring my car back. Also easier fixed- but the back mats in the back seat were still dirty. I am so sad. I'm better off using the LUV car wash and doing it myself. So bummed!!! read more

Paid $37 for their VIP car wash. The guy was really nice cleaning my car but when I got my car, there was crumbs and dog hair all over the floor. The guy that cleaned my car that vacuum doesn't really work and they've been complaining to management and he don't do nothing about it. So I complain to the owner Asian guy named Jay and he's a douche bag. He said when he looked at the car, it's all dog. It's dog hair. So since I'm not getting my money back, I'm here to let you know that this place is not worth the money and the management or owner does not care about their customers obviously. Had to bump it up a star after my latest of a million visits to this place today. (I don't always check in lol) I needed to go vacuum my car out and remembered they had 2 self serve vacuum machines available. Last I remember from years earlier is that it was free! (I don't vacuum my car out nearly as often as I should :P) Well I pulled into one of the parking spots by the vacuums and they looked pretty tore up! lol I went in to ask the manager if they were still working. He came outside to check things out himself. Turns out they have not been working for a time. For a one time deal, he let me pull into the car wash bay and vacuum my car there for free! I really appreciated that! I've lived in the neighborhood for 7 plus years now and am here almost daily. They have so much here! This gas station is perfect for my needs. I recently started selling my unused household items on marketplace platforms so I often have to come to drop off my packages. I usually have the item weighed at home and calculated the price via the seller platform. In that situation, since the package is already paid and has the postage label on it all I have to do is drop the item on the post office table. It's not necessary to wait in line for that. This particular visit I had to pay an overage for the postage since the buyer added more items to their order. Standing in line is usually quick. Mediocre Carwash at best. $25 for a carwash, $35 if you want the leather shine. I tipped $10 ahead of time because I needed to be done quickly. However the underside of my trunk, like when you pop it open and look up, was completely black. My dashboard was still dusty, he forgot to wipe down the side view mirrors so it left water spots. I paid $135 for the VIP package and 2 hours later when I picked my car up it was still very dirty. liter looked like they wiped the car down with a polish but didn't bother to put any elbow grease in. I used my thumb and spit to rub a few seconds on a spot on the interior door and could see the grime coming off. I really don't like writing bad reviews, however this car wash was a joke. I pulled up and he said about 45 minutes. Ok no problem. An hour and 20 minutes later my car was finally ready. As I drove away I noticed my windshield had water spots on the passenger side where the wipers don't reach. I brought my car back around and when I got I I noticed the whole car had water spots on it. My wheels were still dirty. I had the gentleman clean my windshield and some of the water spots. I will have to touch up my whole car when I get home. $30 is too much for a crap job. read more

I was here to drop off a package at the USPS counter yet and even before I could get to the counter a lady was already yelling at me that they were closed. I was caught off guard and replied I'm just dropping off and she again raised her voice for the ENTIRE store to hear... we are closed and we aren't accepting any packages. She then proceeded to tell me in the same volume and tone of voice that tomorrow is a Holliday and USPS would not be picking up anyway and that there was a slot in the back IF my package could fit. I asked, " I'm sorry where again?" since I have never utilized the slot. She point towards the back of the store and in a very sarcastic tone said "in the back." (Like I knew where it was.) I usually get fantastic service here when I am assisted by an Asian lady but this other lady was rude, sarcastic and loud. First off don't assume I know where everything is, I don't work there. Secondly, I do not work in the federal industry so Columbus Day isn't part of our observed holiday. Third, I'm a customer, there is no need to be rude or be so loud that everyone in the store can hear. It was very degrading to be spoken to like a child. In this economy, businesses are hurting and having people work for you who degrade and demean customers DO NOT belong in the front lines. Btw her name is ANGIE. I paid for the VIP wash. After waiting literally 1 hour 10 mins, someone came and said your car is ready. Got to the car and was just going to do a quick brief inspection. It was shocking to see that no work has been done. No wiping, no vacuuming, nothing was done to the inside. Nothing means nothing was done. I pointed them all out to the guy and he said oh sorry about that let me vacuum it for you, oh let me wipe that too. Open my car trunk and my dirty paper towel I left there was still there. Noting was touched there either. Went to talk to the manager about the issue and lack of cleaning, all I got from her was I'll get him to wipe it and vacuum it. I've been going to this car wash for over 10 years. When they started the monthly membership packages I jumped at it. This place has been extremely disappointing. The Manager Angie is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and the rudest person I've ever met. When I go there I've got to wait until someone feels like wiping my car down. There is no system for those of us that have a monthly membership. I went the other day and she rudely told me it would be over a half hour until my car could be wiped down. I TIP very well and these guys do a great job but this place really out to get rid of monthly memberships. Or get rid of Angie and put someone in there that doesn't profile the customers but has a system regardless of who she feels is worthy. read more

A convenient stop for alot your errands for sure. We have been coming here to get our cars washed for years. Sadly, the last few times we have visited the satisfaction rate has declined. They are a busy location and with an increase in business service usually tends to take a hit. This location would be no exception to that status quo. Our loyalty to this location is now wavering.
