The people who work the counter inside the store are darling and friendly. As for the car wash I would have had to go with a 3 star due to issues and the scam they used to have I have had a couple experiences where they scratched my windshield. So be aware and check your vehicle before you leave! But it's the only carwash I know of in the area so we do return. The scam was when you pulled in they say hey we can fix the little star in your windshield for free. You say ok they do the fix. All good. Right? Well then as you leave they would say now we need your insurance info so we can file a claim and get paid. Super sneaky and I was mad! This time they did not talk about my windshield but I also just had a new windshield installed so there is no damage to fix! read more

I'm not sure if Scott, the owner/manager, is the Asian guy who usually works at the front of the register near the postal service counter. One thing I wish he was more enthusiastic about working his shift. It never fails that when I try to send out a package through him, he appears to be very bothered with his job. I understand how stressful it is to have to deal with a slew of idiots all the time. But, don't you think that's part of the job? This is my most preferred car wash. The price for VIP wash went up $5 from $25 to $30 because they got a new wash tunnel. I do recommend pulling into the first 2 rows when you come out. They tend to ignore the last two. I watched cars come out today and get immediate attention while mine sat in the last row for over 30 minutes untouched. Some cars take 20 minutes. Used to love this place, but I dunno... They just don't do a very good job of cleaning the inside of my vehicles. I think at the very least the dash should be flawless. It wasn't. Now I get it, it's tiring work, and the really nice guy wasn't exactly a spring chicken, but it would help if he tried a liiiittle harder. I'm gonna go back cause I haven't completely given up hope, but next time I'm gonna try communicating more with the tech with cold, hard tip cash. $5 at the beginning and another $5 if they can do what I think they can. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would.Sadly this car wash sucked. I spent $35 and could've done a much better job at home for a fraction of the price. I made the mistake of tipping the mixed guy with the ponytail, just to realize my car was still dirty and he did a half assed job. He was on to another car leaving certain things untouched. There was still bird crap on the paint, he didn't wipe down the windshield on either side, or any of the other windows. After he copped an attitude with me I asked for my tip back, and he refused after he tried to squeeze more money out of me while I was simply trying to get what I paid for.. Post regarding car wash. Chris A did a fabulous job. I always ask for 2 things to be well taken care of. The inside of my windows and a good job vacuuming. Took 2 hours to get my car done. Paid for carpet shampoo for $54. Well, the only thing cleaned was my carpet. The guy didn't even wipe off my seats and steering wheel. It's a mistake that I handed him $15 tip for nothing where I could've done better and save that money. I used to come here a lot and was really satisfied but you guys failed my expectations today. Very unhappy. Not worth what I paid for. I have the 2014 Honda Pilot cleaned today past noon. I guess the $54 is just to shampoo the carpet and not to clean the interior. Wow! I usually have a guy come over my house to wash my car. Unfortunately, he kept raising his prices every 6 months. So I heard about this place, it's literally 3 minutes away from home. So I decided to check it out. I got the VIP car wash, & I was surprisingly satisfied. The only thing I gotta say is that they advertised that they clean the Mats, which they didn't do with mine. But for the price I got it for, I am not complaining at all. My car was shiny and clean inside and out for less than half the price I used to pay for. The staff were nice too. There is a gentleman there named Junior who has worked on my car a few times and i am always satisfied with his work. I had high hopes for the car wash just to be disappointed. It did not rinse the car very well, leaving soap that dried on the paint while waiting 20 minutes to have it dried. I took my brand new Honda Passport in for a car wash and half way through I heard a loud noise in the hatch area of my vehicle. After going through the rinse cycle I noticed my rear wiper had been torn off. I drove around the block and back to the entrance, I was basically told " too bad! We are not responsible". He said he looked for the wiper but could not find it. They have cameras all over the place so I asked to have them reviewed. He lied and said he could not tell from the video. I like Choice Sinclair. For the most part, they do a good job. Like everyone else in Las Vegas, I work near a construction zone. There's dust everywhere because of the big mechanical equipment moving dirt and rocks from one area to another, mud and debris. The one dislike I have with this place is checking in at the beginning. Must they always hit me up to fix the itty bitty nick in my window? Yes, I know my insurance covers it, but I just want a carwash and goooo. I've lived in CA for the past 13-years. And all the cars that I've had, they all had those little nicks in the window. Haven't had an issue with my windows cracking. And because they hit up every customer that goes through their carwash, it takes awhile for the cars to come through the actual carwash before it gets to the dry and wax stations. So if you're in a rush to get your carwash, then this isn't the place you want to go. However, if you have the time and your insurance covers repairing the little nicks in your windows, then this is just the place to do it. read more

Very strange place. I came here to get a quick car wash on the way home. When I pulled up the lady said they only offer 2 car washes either $25 or $30 which includes vacuums and a towel dry. I just wanted the car wash but it was not an option. I paid the $25 thinking it's fine I'll do a quick vacuum and dry. Turns out it's a full service not a self service so after you get the car wash, you queue up in a line of cars for one of the attendants to vacuum your car for you. It's a little weird because they ask for your car keys and drive your car while you sit outside. And it takes forever. I was there at least 40 min if not longer. For a full service car was it's a good valve but if you're looking for somewhere quick with friendly people look somewhere else. read more

Unfortunately, Angie the car wash manager is consistently unpleasant. Legit everytime I'm there she's rude- I feel bad for her. She must have a tough life. Her staff is great tho! Great car wash service! My car needed a clean BAD and this place is right across from where I study so I decided to check it out. The "VIP" wash was $25 for interior and exterior service. Let me just say, they are quick! I went inside to pay, picked out some air fresheners and by the time I went outside, my car had already been washed and they were working on the inside. You get a free air freshener with the VIP wash, by the way, I just wanted extra. The guys are super nice and did a really good job. I mean my car is actually sparkling inside and out. They have detail servicing as well but I didn't look at the prices so much. They also have a car wash stamp card so be sure to grab one because you will be back. Went to Sparkle Car Wash down the street they wanted to charge me $50 totally trying to upsell me. I decided to look for another car wash in the area and found Choice. They don't hand wash but they have soft touch wash and they definitely made up for "Hand" touching everything. My car looks phenomenal for 1/2 the price! Came for a full service car wash and clearly they are understaffed. Waited over an hour for anyone to even start vacuuming and working on my car. Had to get the manager involved which I always feel bad doing and she had a bit of an attitude saying she had to give her guys a lunch brake... she did get someone to start working on my car though saying that I should have been given a wait time in the beginning but really an hour for some one to even start on my car. This place is the worst for car washes. They take two hours sometimes more than two hours to wash your car. The middle age Filipino guy who works the cash register is rude. He acts like he owns the place but he's just an employee. His mom the older Filipino lady is just as grumpy as he is. It seems they never have enough employees working there. But the way they treat their customers is probably worst than how they treat their employees. I've been coming here for three years, every since I moved to Vegas. Stay away guys. I have been coming here for years. Never once noticed a dumb paper having with tape saying no rain checks. Super disappointed because the workers her are incredibly. It isn't their fault that ownership is cheap. Came here again due to I had a free car wash coming since they do the punch cards. The free car wash was for the VIP package which is their top tier full service package. So I pull in and a lady ask what service I like. I told her I had a free vip wash and showed her the punch card. She takes it from me, looks at it and tells me oh this is only good for the Superior. If I wanted todo the upgrade to VIP it would be normal price. Which I find odd as I came here before and was able to redeem the punch card for a vip wash. But I said that's fine I'll do the superior. The lady tells me I would drive thru myself. Then the car cleaners will flag me down on the other side todo the rest. I said perfect thank you. The lady hands back me the punch card and tells me to give it to the cashier inside as well as a wash ticket. So after I go thru the wash and get to the detail part. I go inside to pay, I asked the cashier inside if it was true what the lady outside told me, the lady said no u can redeem it for a vip. She checks me out and goes out to tell the dude working on my car that I just upgraded to vip. The dude said okay. Took over an hour 1/2. Then was flagged down. I go over and seen no Tire dressing, Dash not shined, crumbs still in the cup holders, but at least the floor mats & seats were vacuum from pet hair. I tell the dude what I seen and he tells me have a good day and walks alway. I am very disappointed in this car wash. I used to frequent choice but will now have to go elsewhere. If you have all the time in the world, this place is for you! I've been fooled too many times. When they estimate 30 minutes, add about 1.5 hours more. They take a lifetime to get your car ready. Customer service is also terrible.... Oh, and their Epoxy stamp card changed. If you had any stamps previously they're no longer valid. I come here to get my car wash often, and I am always impressed by their service. But today, I was very disappointed and it seemed like the person who washed my car was in a rush to go home or on break after working hard on previous cars. That does not excuse the fact he should not put much effort into my car and leave. I gave this person a good tip as my car looked good yet I didn't checked the trunk which was my fault at the end. But I feel like workers should know that they should throughly on every aspect of the car's exterior and interior. A box of opened cereal was spilled in my trunk, when I got home I find it to still be there. I will no longer be returning and happily find another car wash that can have my money better. read more

Car wash experience was awful! Waited 45 min and no one touched my car. It was completely dry and water stains all over from the wash. Multiple people had been there for hours and when they got their car from being "washed" there were several people upset. No sense of urgency and the workers were working at a snail pace... I ended up leaving WITHOUT getting the car vacuum or dash/tires cleaned which is what I paid for the "VIP" service... this place is a joke. Would not come back and will ensure not to recommend anyone to go... they need to get their stuff together and figure out how to run a car wash appropriately! read more

I've been getting my carwash here a few times now. I always been satisfied with the service. Today, I came in the evening after 3pm and asked for an express full detailing and cleaning seats. Anna was kind enough to honor my service since seat cleaning is actually not offered after 3pm. I'm glad she was kind enough to squeeze it in instead of coming back to just get the service. I'm happy that they treat each customer with great care that makes me come back each and every time. Also, they give you a free car scent keychain with car wash service.
