This was my second visit after a disappointing first a year ago. I wanted to give this place another try as they have sooo much to offer in this little station. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday. First weekend after rain so understandably busy. But too busy to wait 25 minutes to even bring my car into the actual wash? Judging by other customer's rumbles I say hell no. It was unfortunate that the Mexican restaurant (Chili Verde) was closed as I could have at least made use of my hour I lost from my life waiting but the guy needs at least one day off. (Owner/ worker/ only man behind the counter prepping/ cooking and cleaning needs a break too! Funny part was he was here on a Sunday while they were closed - cleaning!) There's also a post office, video poker area, waiting room with a TV, lube and smog. Yikes! Back to the actual wash. There's only 3 kinds of washes to choose from according to the big sign outside as you pull in line. Superior ($15) executive ($20) and VIP ($25). No descriptions so I had to ask. I was greeted by an exhausted worker who didn't really greet - just smiled. I said hi and asked how she was first and she replied with a simple "busy!" I asked the difference between the executive and VIP and was told it included cleaning the inside of the car. Nothing more and since I wanted the inside done - VIP it was. Inside the gas station was a more detailed description that listed the executive included vacuum, tires and windows. The shampoo is crazy as an added cost for $39 for small or $44 for medium which I'm uncertain if my car would be considered small or medium. Based on this description I didn't know what to expect. Hate to say this but the first time I was here for my 'yelp tip' I wrote that Eco Wash down the street was 'only a couple bucks more' (for same service - implied) which was not exactly true. For $30 Eco wash will shampoo your mats and give a complete hand detail to wheels and tires. For the $20 at Eco wash they do the same as the $25 here (vacuum mats versus shampoo) Boo! But I spoke too soon. When the car was finished an hour later it was incredibly clean. Dirt not just pushed aside but vacuumed out. They did miss the area between my seats and the center console but so does Eco wash at times. Windows were perfect and they even cleaned my sunroof glass which in many car washes is a hit or miss. They also have loyalty car wash card for a free wash after 9 washes (10th free -value of $25) not to mention $.20 off a gallon with a car wash (probably requires minimum wash type) which was a bummer as I just filled my tank read more

The guys at the car wash do a great job here. Unfortunately they have changed the equipment in the drive through wash so it can no longer handle Jeep Wranglers. Seriously!?! Whose bright idea was that? This is a Jeep town! So Wrangler owners that want to get a wash here now only have the option of the more expensive hand wash. While it is decent, I don't think it's worth the money. They missed the backside of my visors, so when I dropped them down I got trail dust all over the freshly cleaned interior. I wasn't going to write a review but I have some time on my hands. Why you ask? Because I've been waiting over an hour for my car to get cleaned and it hasn't t been touched. It's probably REALLY busy you'd think? Nope! Not at all. There were no other cars waiting to pay for a wash when I got here. There were 4 days in the bays when my car got pulled around to clean. For some odd reason, they are closed on the 4th of July, which is pretty much celebrated at night, but are open on Easter, thereby preventing their employees from being with their families. I went there to get my car detailed and got just that. Could not ask for a better interior detail for the price. $39 included the exterior and interior full detail. I own a Donut shop, so my interior gets pretty dirty with the build up of flour that follow me from my shop. They did a great job vacuuming all of that out from every area and my car smells like a new car. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and was told it will be done in 40 mins. Great job! I've been coming to this car wash since it opened and never had a problem. I am always okay waiting an hour plus but today I have never been treated so poorly by the mgr on duty (small Asian guy). My ticket said 2:30, when I went to check on my car at 3:30 it had not even been touched. I went to find someone to ask about I was told we told you an hour and 1/2 and I said no you told me an hour, but hey I'm okay waiting that long. I called to see if they had an under carriage wash I was placed on hold for Ten minutes while I was driving there, then I get there and the car was manager is to busy to say hello due to bitching out an employee. Just got my suv "washed " they did terrible. Asked the worker to redo it where there were smudges and dried up water spots he wiped a couple spots as I continue to point out the more obvious his response was he would go get his manager. The 2 managers came out and I explained to them I didn't come to get my suv washed and to leave with the water spots and smudges . There response and solution was the stuff that was already on my truck isn't allowing it to come off. So it was basically my fault. I asked them run it through it again and they told me that it would be the same result . If they didn't let the vehicle sit so long before getting to it, the water spots wouldn't dry up on the vehicle. I even asked them to use clean towels before they wipe it down so it wouldn't smudge.. no solution. Bad customer service. I wouldn't suggest this car wash. Take your business elsewhere! read more

The main reason that I went here was because there is a post office in the same building and I needed to mail some packages. When I first pulled up they wouldn't help me get two packages out. I am on a scooter because I can't use my right leg. Thankfully there was a nice lady that helped me get the packages in. Second I had to get some tape out of the car. They wouldn't help tape nor had any unless I paid 10 times what a roll of tape would normally cost. Last. The car still had dust and dirt on its when I can out to get it and they said it would be extra to get that off! I showed them that it was just something that you wipe off and they didn't care. Checked my tire and the automated washer had scratched up my rim and pop my tire. At first, he'll borrow your insurance ID card, then friendly fix your windshield, but at the end he pretends to call your insurance company and claim the company doesn't approve for some certain reason. A great little gas station situated on the corner of Rainbow and Windmill. You can get your oil changed, car washed while you're killing time at the poker machine. Premises are always clean and the staff is friendly. They out of all things have a post office inside, which i must admit is very convenient since it is closer to my house. My Kind bar was $2, so $2.75 for a bar I can get at Smith's for $1, it wont happen again! The selection of snacks was also poor. 7-11 I can always get fresh fruit and sushi. There was no fresh fruit. Decided to get a carwash after a couple days of rain. I went to Choice since my mom is a regular here for her Lexus. My car was decently clean, but I had one major problem that unfortunately drove my rating of Choice Carwash down into the gutter because of their affiliation with their Clear Quality Autoglass representative, Richard. I came in only for a simple carwash and all of a sudden Richard says I have a crack on my windshield that needed to be fixed using my insurance claim on my NEW 2018 Honda. Also, my car had leftover resin on the windshield that couldn't be washed out after going through the carwash. I tried to file a complaint to the carwash manager, but he said it wasn't problem. Best car wash I have been to in Vegas....hands down. I have a dog that spends a lot of time in my backseat. With some of the other car washes I have received I have to go home and touch up the windows or do some extra vacuuming. Not here. They keep at it until it looks right.
