1/29/23 been awhile since I had a car wash. Now owned by Terribles. Pulled up. Automated kiosk and choose what type of car wash you want. Pay, grab your receipt, and head to position your car. There is no one to direct you which is why there is only a mirror on the side to help you guide your car. Follow the signs and lights of "pull forward" "stop" and "neutral". And there you have it. From the start to the end, no person is there. Terrible indeed. But if you like to wipe it down yourself (I'm sure we do a better job) then this is your place to be. Positive side: don't have to deal with workers trying to up sale you unlimited car wash for a month. Have a good day! read more

Pit Stop Express Car Wash is convenient for someone busy like me. I have my car washed, wiped down then I take it to vacuum. If you need to wash your car of then then the membership is for you, it just depends on your budget. Some workers wipe down cars better than others, I just bring my own microfiber wipes that I easily throw in the washer when I'm done. read more

Not sure why this place has decent reviews. I went at around 10:00 on a Thursday morning. I paid for a service that came with a towel dry. I couldn't see around the corner, but there was nobody outside working. No guys to towel off the car. That was irritating, but not the worst part. The worst is the car wash itself. There's no initial water rinse. The spinners start going and hit your car dry! Then some soap gets sprayed on a dirty car with no water and more spinners just going to town on your paint job!! Not cool man! As you can imagine, there were lots of spots missed that weren't cleaned. Don't go there. read more

I love this car wash. It is the only car wash I will go to. It is moderately busy. I usually get the $11 wash and bring about $6 to tip as when you pull out they had two people usually hand dry your car. I will bring my own towels and cleaner as well. They have self vacuum stations that are shaded that you pull right into. They have a small trashcan that you can put trash in. I pull in, vacuum my car out and then will usually also wipe the inside out and also the wet part such as the inside of the trunk and the door creases the workers could not get. Super cheap, gets the job done and my car comes out lookin FLY. read more

I'm extremely skeptical of gas station car washes. But I'm absolutely blown away with the customer service and hospitality of this location. I was a rush to get to a clients house and Ryan and Cade were outstanding! The outside car looks like when my personal washer does and my car smells amazing now! WARNING!! Don't ever take your car here! My brand new car was scratched deeply by their car wash. The day I took it through, I remember hearing a loud screech. I didn't look until I got home, but saw a huge, deep scratch on the right rear side of my car. When I went in to speak with a manager it was a young guy. Not only did he deny that their car wash facility damaged my car, but he basically called me a liar. He tried to say that if it was true, that the scratch would have been "all the way down the side". Even I can calculate that his thinking was way wrong. It's not like it's one big brush to blame and that it works one way. There are multiple brushes and metal objects that could be to blame that a single car passes through when it goes into the automatic wash. It isn't my problem to figure this out. I was really upset. I emailed the manager, after I had received the most unprofessional response from the young male who never followed through with contacting me, only to receive an even ruder response from the female district manager or owner who proceeded to ALSO deny their car wash had scratched my vehicle and then tell me, "we aren't responsible once your car leaves the lot." Wow! How convenient is that BS excuse? If you care about your car and you don't want it to be scratched, DO NOT take it through here and if you happen to hear a loud squeaking sound or noise (turn radio off), make sure you check every single corner of your car, take photos, document time and tell that piece of s*** place about it. The scratch on my vehicle is still there. Forget this place. I'm sure you can find better service, better customer care and better machines than have to pay for them to ruin your paint job and car. read more

This was my first time at this express car wash and I was impressed. The attendant was kind and informative about their service. After paying at the booth, two attendants came and soaped your car. The car will then dried by hands by other attendants on the other sides. My car was clean within 10 mins. If you are looking for a quick car wash, definitely check this place. read more

We choose the $8 option but we gave them a tip cause they took care of us. Like the reviewer before, we were on the last leg of our roadtrip & we didn't want to get charged extra for cleaning from the rental. Great car wash. 14$ supreme car wash. The towel drying is great and they were very thorough. I liked the fact that you got a bonus free vacuum. Definitely would come again. The only small gripe was they had a very young man directing the cars into the car wash and he wasn't really directing. Southern Highlands Pit Stop car wash was worse wash I ever had. Paid $28. Did a horrible job applying the Armor-all product. Back window so smeared I can't see out of it when the sun shines on the streaks. Very dangerous driving condition. They need to train these guys to have pride in their work. Never waste my time or money there again. You shouldn't either. Too many other good choices. read more

Took my car which is my work vehicle and had to get the carpets spot cleaned....well got my car back and let's just say I would have rather let a 2 year old clean it! The carpets are soaked literally drenched and their solution is "let it dry for 2 days" it's my work car I don't have two days! The inside is so greasy that I could probably fry chicken in it on a hot day! The car was not completely wiped down so there are water spots everywhere and it is a black car! Bottom line if you want a good detail or even a basic wash this is NOT the place! They make money off of being lazy and at the cost of me losing money because now I can't drive it for two days! They come out prior to you entering the wash to scrub the windows and tires, and hand dry the car after you exit the tunnel. Also, free vacuums work great and strong. Would highly recommend, great value. read more

Staff goes above and beyond to make sure to dry your car, if you buy the supreme wash you even get an air freshener.

Came got my car wash on NYE. Staff is friendly and I like that they wipe the vehicle down after I comes through the blower. I don't mind vacuuming the vehicle ourselves after their employees wipe the vehicle down. Great service for $14, and you get an air freshener. read more

We are new in town and had to drive around a bit to find a drive thru Car wash since all we could find before was hand wash that took around 30-45min wait! Glad we found Pit Stop. It is drive thru, quick, service is good and you can use their high power vacuums after for free, no need for change! Will come back here to get our cars washed. The price was very affordable too ranging from 8 bucks for the basic wash to 14 for a more detailed one. read more

I have been here several times over the past 2 years I have lived in Vegas. It is just behind the Arco at the corner of Jones and Warm Springs. They do a great job in cleaning the outside of your vehicle. I always get the $11 wash and hand wax. It definitely makes my car look so much better. The run a large brush over the dirty areas of your car before it goes into the high pressure wash with the large clothes that do additional cleaning. For the $11 you get a spray wax and dry. This is well worth the cost. Once the wash and wax is complete you can use the vacuum stalls to clean your cars interior. The best part is this is included in the cost so there is no time limit. The have two hoses per stall so if you have someone with you it can make the vacuuming really quick. They also have a frequent wash card giving you one free wash after you pay for 10 washes. The team running this are always friendly and do a really good job cleaning my ride. Good price for what you get! read more

This place is kind of a hidden gem. When you're in between deep car washes and you need a quick pick me up, this place is the place to be! It's has the typical cheap gas station prices ($8-$12) but above average gas station car wash service! Although it is a typical drive through car wash, I love that there's someone there at the end to hand dry my car in addition to the air dryers when you pull out of the car wash. I feel like I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to drive through car washes because I am a huge vacuum critic. A drive through car wash with weak vacuums is the worst, but fear not! This car wash has the best vacuums. I love to come here when I don't quite need a hand car wash with the interior done but just need a quick outside refresh and a little TLC for the inside. all I can say is WOW, what a great experience I had getting my vehicle done by a young man name Bailey, he was very professional, well groomed, detailed oriented and fantastic attitude. I told him I would be coming back and requesting ONLY him, but unfortunately his is leaving. I hope to find him again wherever he goes, because I never liked PitStops work before, until Bailey.
