Using the car wash on Saturday, a car stopped inside of the tunnel in front of me because the sign did not say go. It said wait he waited. I hit the back of his car and damaged the front of my car. I was told that I could do a ONE time purchase of $18 for 30 days of car wash service. Then later discovered that they've repeatedly been charging me $29.99 a month for a card wash service subscription. I was not made aware of this "membership" subscription until I had found it in my bank statement and had to dispute it. This place is SHADY! DO NOT give them your credit/debit card info or else they will continue to charge you until you notice for yourself. ON TOP OF ALL THIS When I came in to renew another wash for my $18 for 30days of car washes, they couldn't find my car or name listed with them. This place seems to get worse every time I come. The 3 lanes available are NEVER open, the kiosks only work with a helper most of the time - they need to have your RFID tag open the gate as soon as you pull up without interaction! It's never been like that here and it's super lame as a man er you have to interact with a kiosk that rarely works. Also they're ALWAYS out of supplies ie wipes and air fresheners. Today they seem to have literally only 2 employees running the whole place, which is no wonder- I wouldn't want to work her either. Went in for a simple wash. I was told by the girl they had a promotion going on for $7.99 and you get unlimited washes for 30 days, I said great yet never returned again for another wash. NO WHERE during this process was I ever told I would be signed up for a $20 monthly membership yet thats exactly what happened.. Had a bad experience back in October with assistant manager SAMANTHA , due to that I cancelled my membership. I had the manager reach out to me and said that he would give me a "free" month of the services, ( I think I only went twice during the "free" month) ... But after that I realized that I was still getting charged for two months after that .. I went in to talk to the manager but he was not there at the moment, an employee took my information and pretended to cancel my membership on the computer. He told me that once the manager is back he would be contacting me .. ... Hmm no he didn't .. so I went home and checked on the membership my self.. and yeah he didn't cancel it so I went ahead and cancelled it myself . I sent an email to the manager just to catch him up on the situation since he didn't reach out to me ... And he said that he made sure the membership was cancelled ( yeah I did that ) I asked for a screenshot of the refund request. And still waiting on that !!!! By the way I was there and witnessed the customer that came in and had the dollar in coins .. yeah the associate was so fast to turn him away he opened the gate so that he drive out the side. first off to all of you who may read this our last trip a couple weeks back to this car wash a place we have done business with for many years due to the fact that it is close to our home and the price for a basic car wash was a very affordable price of just ($6.00) but on our last visit the sign they had up said basic car wash will now be ($11.00) which is a turn off when all we want is just a simple soap and rinse no tire shine no wax etc.. etc... well we just wanted to let anyone who like ourselves has done business at this car wash for years or any new comers this is going to be the new norm there..maybe a lot of folks will continue to get their car washed @ this location good luck..but we just can not bring ourselves to pay that much of a price hike so we have to let it go and search elsewhere.. read more

I went to get a basic car wash, and the attendant came over to activate the screen. I told him I wanted a basic wash, and handed him the cash. He told me the machine could only use credit cards that day, so I gave him my card. I never realized that he put me on the program for $19.99 monthly for a free wash. I am 81 years old and taking care of my husband who is a veteran in hospice at home, so I rarely go out, let alone go to wash my car. The Desert Inn location used to be great. Now its a dry wash. This wash always left soap streaks on the side mirrors and water spots on the car. So you would always have to pull into the vacuum stalls and use their supply cleansing cloth too wipe down your car. However, the majority of the vacuum hoses are no longer working. Then the sprayer for the tire bright stopped working a couple weeks ago. And today there wasn't even wash water! I repeat, no wash water, only dry bristles! No tire spray water. Only rinse water. Not great on the paint job! They have also removed access to the Cleansing cloths. So you have to bring your own stuff to clean your interior. And the two handicap spots are always taken up by non-handicap patrons. I cancled my membership. There is a new WOW car wash down the street. read more

In the past 6 months the service has completely changed. If you were a member you used to get a drying towel, now they are not even available to use. I've been coming to this car wash since it opened years ago, and have seen a vast variety of staff come and go. As of the last few months, the customer service had gotten pretty bad, especially under the handling of the previous manager who was rude and was side hustling while on the job. Now, it's great to see that Jonathan is back and managing the car wash again, what a huge difference!! He definitely goes above and beyond his normal duties to make sure that customers are being taken care of, that the place is being cleaned up, and that everything is being run smoothly. He's nonstop between training, customer service, cleaning and making sure that everything goes well. I hope that they leave him permanently at this location as he definitely has turned the car wash around within just the last couple of weeks. I hope that his manager notices what a great manager he is and takes great care of him! read more

Come here if you don't mind risking your car bcs they are not going to do anything to protect you or your car. I've seen 1 accident & multiple almost accidents bcs the people who work here don't care abt anything but volume and don't train their people abt how much space to put between the cars coming into the washer. Which means that you are at the mercy of the person in front of you- if their car doesn't start up (or they get confused & don't know how to get their car out), they won't move out of your way. And bcs the car wash is cheap (meaning with how they treat you, not with how much they charge you), they don't post anybody at the end to hit a stop button, so if there's a problem, the machine tries to push your car into the car in front of you. If you manage to hit your brakes enough to not hit the car in front of you at first, the machine keeps moving the car behind you into you and then you'll hit the car in front of you anyway. All of which could be avoided if more space was put between cars or if a 2nd person was stationed at the opening to push a stop button, but again, the car wash is cheap and only cares abt volume. So those poor people who get into wrecks are stuck dealing with wrecked cars and however their car insurances decide to handle it- after all, it is essentially a rear-ending, right? Even if it is a machine moving your car into the car in front of you & that car should have moved out of the way, you chose to put your car into this unsafe car wash, so how liable are you going to be?? But they do get a couple of stars bcs the machine does a nice job & the self-clean vacuums are good. read more

When I was entering the car wash after completing my payment in the self-service machine, when the machine told me that I could go ahead and enter the car wash, I drove in. There were many cars in front of me that did not allow me to enter completely, and the gate hit my car in the back, causing several scratches. I filed, an incident report, but the manager, Jeremiah, refused to provide insurance information so I could file a report with the car wash insurance company and also he refused to provide the director's information. Basically they did not provide any information in order for me to proceed with a claim about the damages caused to my vehicle by Camhar HoldingDI, LLC DBA Ultra Clean Express Carwash-DI. This place has free car vacuuming! They have a lot of stations available so you should be able to have your car cleaned in record time. The tubes are decent lengths making it easy to reach around your car and getting all the specks of dust. Highly recommend! read more

DON"T get sucked in to their DEALS. I joined on 12/9/23 for 8.00 at the car was on Flamingo near Rainbow in LAS VEGAS,NV thought it was a great deal. Surprisingly On Dec 9 my card was charged 19.99 I was not told this would happen.. On Dec 10 I emailed them and said I wanted to cancel as I was not expecting this I would prefer to just get my car washed on a as needed basis( which would probably be twice a month if that). They sent email back saying I was cancelled. I emailed back asking where is my refund. NO RESPONSE. Went to car wash today, my expiration date is 2/9/24, for for Ultra Express Club , whatever that is. I do not recommend this !! The wash does a good job, i like the vacumns but I feel duped and when I received no response after asking for refund I feel that is poor customer service to ignore the customer without giving explanation. read more

Nice drive through car wash. BUSY!! That's a good thing, vacuums work! If you have to do It yourself, this is the way to go. The drive way is a bit confusing if it's your first time, I admonish you to drive through the lot with caution!!! Especially if it's busy. I have car washes closer to me but I go out of my way to go to this one. It's clean and well kept up. I've only ever done the $3 wash which does the job for me! It's such a good deal they do get pretty long lines at peak times to get into the wash, but they usually have an attendant there to help the line moving. There's lots of free vacuum stations and you don't need to get a wash to use the vacuums so they can be crowded as well. The vacuum pressure can be hit or miss so you may need to move your car to find a good vacuum. For the value, it's worth it. read more

I have the ultra clean membership.. Recently I noticed that I'm not getting the sealer wax on my vehicle. The light on the sealer wax is not on. Usually, I get 3 of those rainfall type rinses, one I believe is the sealer wax. Now, I only get 2 of these rainfall typed rinses. Why is that? According to the company website, the ultra clean membership includes sealer wax. Also the membership includes the tire shine, so why is it offered when I scan my membership to enter the car wash. I should be offered something else or give me an adjusted membership price. Please repair the vacuum system. Some vacuum hoses work and some have a little or no suction at all. Some parking bays have no vacuum hoses at all. Very sad. This facility was nice when it first opened. read more

clean and the employee that helped me (Jay) was nice and respectful. I went to get a wash 9/16/2024 10:04am paid cash $20 bill for a $5 wash and the machine did not give me my change back. Jay said he could not do anything about it until his Manager would arrive. He said he was going to let her know and she would arrive until 2:00pm. That I had to come back for my $15 back. At that point I was already frustrated but understood he couldn't do anything about it. He said his manager EMILY new of the situation and she would be at the location at 2:00pm. When I went back at 2:30 pm after having to drive for almost 30min I got there and a lady was at the office very rude asked me what did I want I explained I was there to get my money back and her employee said to come back to get my change when she was there. I should her my receipt and without saying anything she went back to the office and had me wait she came back and gave me my $15 in a very rude manner. Never taking the time to make the bad situation better. There is plenty of cameras to show the situation but what I fine troublesome is the face that this person is representing the company as the manager of this place being so rude and condescending to the costumers! When I was there waiting I took the time to read the company's core values at the wall and she definitely does not reflect the L.A.S.T core value and the LINE OF SIGHT RULE. She definitely is a bad example of what a manager for this company with such excellent core values should represent. She brings shame to this store. I was very disappointed is the resolution given to my problem. I hope this behavior should be addressed immediately and it could be change so future customers don't have to experience such bad treatment.
