It's 2026 and apparently we went to the moon decades ago, but we can't figure out how to up the price on a pump to allow for fueling in one transaction. Stupid mistake.

No refunds for the coupon books so now I have to travel 15 minutes to the nearest location. Upon arrival there are three drive up lanes. An employee greets and all options are discussed if interested. I just wanted the basic wash I purchased. I handed over the coupon, the employee placed the wash detail ticket on the dashboard of my vehicle. The staff were courteous and I was given two choices: I can remain in my vehicle and go through the car wash, or an employee would take my vehicle through while I waited in the lobby. I was prepared to take it through myself as that's how it worked at previous locations back when I purchased the coupon books. An employee provided hand signals to help me get the wheel of my vehicle lined up into the wheel guide, I followed posted directions, and then the employees and automated car wash takes over. The car wash is a typical automated tunnel process. This is a traditional car wash with thick felt looking brushes; not touchless. Once ejected at the end of the wash, I drove over and parked next to the tents and an employee wiped off my vehicle then I was on my way. Once I got to my next destination I inspected my vehicle. The wash was okay, but I noticed that the back of my vehicle still showed visible streak marks as if the rinse cycle and brushes were not thorough enough to remove all of the residual soap and dirt. The back of my vehicle is rather boxy and vertical so maybe the vehicle design is not conducive to the car wash parameters. The coupon was only for a basic car wash. I did not pay for any extra services. That in mind, after going through the car wash the tire rims were still grimy dirty. The basic car wash did not do much for the tire rims of my vehicle. I cleaned them myself later. I will continue to use my coupons. Next time I'll inquire as to how much extra it would be for cleaning of the tire rims and also checking cleanliness of the back of the vehicle to ensure a thorough cleaning. I think it reasonable that the back of the vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned by hand if the automated car wash can't reach it (no extra charge I presume). I just didn't check before I left. Now I know.

As anyone who lives in the desert well knows the inclement weather conditions in Nevada that can leave your car filthy. Due to heavy rains or dusty high winds. And when that almost inevitably happens, it pays to have a car washing service such as the one "Terrible's" offers. Just in the past two weeks alone the membership basically paid for itself. It's a great value, and I will continue to renew my monthly membership for the foreseeable future.

They have an "Adventure rewards" program that can also save you a few cents per gallon on your fills so sign up in advance if that interests you. I like the interior of Maverick stations too, I think they're generally a little bigger than other standard gas stations.

He then says "that's what you get for $10, you don't get the soap if it's the $10 wash." I said what you talking about? I'm not new to this, then he said again--"that's what you get for $10 just a rinse" in such a harsh way. Then after the second drive through, my car was still dirty, mainly the front hood, 1/3 of it still had the stains (it's just normal stains) Obviously the washing system is malfunctioning. So I had to go back to the pay station once again to talk to someone. This time, even before I could get to the pay station, Nathan walked to me with a receipt saying "here's your refund, had a nice day!" This is not about money! He didn't even show One Bit of true care. No explanation, No apology for the inconvenience, NOTHING. When I tried to talk to him. He just kept saying, "I'm the one in charge, have a nice day!" In such a Strong tone and impatient way, as if I was the one did something wrong. I was left speechless! I couldn't believe he was a supervisor!! The thing is, I never even argued or anything, and if he tells me the system is not working, I would have no issues. I mean things happen, what's the big deal?But he treated me like I'm nothing. He made me feel like I shouldn't even be there! I myself work in customer service, I understand the pressure and stress. But the way Nathan approached, is Not Only unprofessional, But Also Rude, Simply Careless. It makes me wonder, how did he even get the supervisor position??
