It's just an easy rest stop for women, in my opinion. -No code needed for the bathroom. -Bathroom is always clean and easy to find. -Bathroom has paper towels and Dyson hand dryer. (Having both is very thoughtful.) -Easy access ATM. (High fees if you don't have reimbursement.) -House brand water: 2 for $3. -No gaming. -Always convenient to a freeway. -Well lit at night. I gas at Costco, pretty much exclusively, to avoid the nonsense of a gas station. The ladies know what I'm talking about. Leaeing men with parking lot hellos and let me hold the door this and that - when we just want to do the chore and split....so, I don't have any comment on that part. I would use Maverick gas over others on a road trip because of all the ease of use features I listed off.

There is menu payment board right @ the beginning of the entrance to the car wash. There are a couple different wash options with different pricing. I was having trouble getting my CC to work but using the touchless option. The card reader said on the screen "please wait" but then nothing happened. I had to swipe my CC which worked.....I'm just hoping I'm not going to have all these swipes on my CC statement....lol The car wash didn't take much time & it spits out verbal instructions on telling you how far to move forward & when to stop & put it in park, not getting on a track that pulls your car thru. The car wash was decent for what I paid for. I didn't need to go inside the store so I wasn't able to check out what they had to offer inside.

So I left and came to Terrible's (where the gas was cheaper anyway). I went to buy some water for the road, and it was only $3 for two 1-liter bottles, which was also cheaper than 7-11! Then the super friendly cashier goes to ring up my fountain drink, and she asks, "Did you get gas?" and I said Yes. She said, "Well, then your drink is free!" That totally made my day, and she was so sweet after being treated poorly at 7-11.
