I went back to get receipt yet I forgot change was due. Luce was upstanding and honest to remind me change was due. I also like this location's Amazon code lockers, trash containers by fuel are always near empty, restrooms seem reasonably clean, there are a lot of nice treat options, and the fuel price is often lowest on GasBuddy. I went in grabbed a bag of ice and a donut there was one guy ahead of me so I waited . I was standing in front of the self checkout but wasn't sure how it worked since I have not used it before. The cashier looked at me and something I didn't understand but I replied looking at the self checkout and said I don't know how to do this so he walks over to the register connected to the self checkout and takes the the lady behind me I was like wait what?? He says to me as he rings her up " well you said you didn't want to do this" I'm like what? I said " I didn't know how but yet you still took her in front of me" he said " yes because you didn't want to" . Then he helped the person that just came in before me again! So I put the stuff I was going to buy on the counter and left. 5230 Blue Diamond Road 89124 *had posted the wrong address on google maps. Went into this business to pump gas and was told to keep my receipt if all the money at the pump was not used. I forgot my receipt. I come back one second later and I get told from the old lady at the register that my receipt is now gone when it has only been one second, what type of service is this? I wanted to get some money back since I won't be using the full amount that I paid for my pump way to ruin somebody's day what type of people do you hire here and the guy with the glasses taller, nerdy, looking defends employees for doing mediocre work then proceeds to make fun of me for not being able to use the touchscreen correctly come on. I can see why they have two stars. Vanessa, who says she is a manager, has the worst customer service. She basically told me she want giving the 2 pack cigarette discount on all ten packs I was buying because it took too long to ring up. She is lazy and rude and circle k lost a long time customer! 7/21/2020 I called Circle K to see if Vanessa was gone yet and she is. I'm happy to say that all is good in Circle K land. Ebony is one of the managers now and she is just like everyone else at this location, except Vanessa, a really nice, cool lady. We always come to put gas and sometimes grab a snack.. went inside today 9:15am because we were going to use cash.. don't know what's wrong with people today but the woman upfront did not want to work..she would not take our cash... she was saying that the machine was only for food stamps. We don't have food stamps... we were just trying to pay cash for gas... All she keep saying was no honey, no honey and we had no idea what she was talking about..WTH is wrong with people today. This review will probably not go well with many, but so be it. I'm married to a Korean, and therefore my in-laws are Korean. My brother-in-law recently came to live with us because the pandemic has hit him particularly hard as he is in the tourism business. He frequents this Circle K to purchase cigarettes. He buys the cheapest cigarettes he can find, which is at this particular store. I just found out that the chubby black cashier (I'll withhold the name for now) has been giving my brother-in-law an attitude when buying his cigarettes. The last time he was in the store and asked for the cigarettes, my brother-in-law placed his money on the table, and the cashier pointed to his hand and said, "put the money in my hand, xxxxx." Who the XXXX is this guy to demean my brother-in-law, much less anyone else. Does it make him feel better to belittle others? Service like this, for any reason, should never continue without being called on it. I say, don't patronize this particular Circle K until that cashier learns that all people are equal, just as he is. And there is never any justification for doing what he has done to my brother-in-law, just as no one should ever do that to him. * I received a call from the manager of Circle K on Blue Diamond. The manager told me she was aware of many complaints regarding this employee and that the employee was recently let go due to his inappropriate behavior with several customers. I am now giving this establishment two stars instead of one for the practical way Circle K handled this situation. ** Unbeknownst to me, my wife got some gas here the other day. She knew about my negative review (it was her brother after all that was offended) of this store and, in passing, said the people at this store were all new and very friendly. This store is garbage. Went thru all the fountain dispensers to find there were only 6 that had syrup. The staff is slow and rude. Selection is terrible, and I mean everything from grocery items to tobacco to hot and cold prepared items. Bet the health inspector hasn't been here in a while and it shows. I definitely wouldn't use your debit card here I used it A couple days ago and today I get a notification that I have $200 missing from my account from a New York gas station this was the last time I use my debit I've never had issues before then I come on here and read the reviews and sure enough this gas station steals credit card information so if you're using it I definitely would check your bank statements. Also I could be wrong but any other gas station I go to when I pay debit it's like a cash price well I use my debit and I got charged credit card price so again they're scamming people with that. I made mine with two shots of Stok caffeine boost, four shots of Hershey's Chocolate Caramel creamer and copious unmeasured amounts of real sugar. Plenty sweet to satisfy my old sweet tooth. I believe gas was 2.87 a gallon? I wasn't paying that much attention but it is up a bit from $2.73 a gallon the last time I was in town. Went here cause the air on my tires were low, so I went inside to ask to turn on the air. I was shocked that the lady told me that " they dont turn on the air" then she suddenly changed her answer to "its broken". Wow, I looked at the machine before I went in and it was ok. I do not know why people think this place is good. @WAyne B pointed out they steal credit card info using gas pumps and I believe them because they banned me for no reason but said "I can use credit card to gas up!" Don't use your credit card here. Dozens have said their card info was skimmed or stolen from here so I would just be on the lookout for skimmers at the pump, but they got me too. Cash only at this place unless you want to go through the hassle of chargebacks. Hopefully someone gets busted eventually. This is a great place to stop for gas, snacks and huge beer selection. They have a Glazier water machine, Amazon drop box out front and great customer service. They are 1 of 2 gas stations on the right side of Blue Diamond. Not sure why more companies aren't doing this. Fast service, staff was nice, store was clean, prices not too crazy. I needed gas, but bought a few things extra.

It's become common knowledge in this neighborhood that if you use your credit card inside OR outside at the pumps at this location, you will have your credit card compromised within a week or less. We don't know how it's happening -- there doesn't seem to be skimmers on the pumps and also, it's happening inside, so either their manager is doing something hinky or it's a more sophisticated hack than you would think. Anyway, if you're going to stop at this location, CASH CASH CASH only. Everyone is talking about this on our NextDoor and Facebook groups for the Mountain's Edge community but we hadn't been following those groups when our card was compromised, and I'm sure most people shouldn't be expected to know what the local neighbors are talking about if they just happened to be in SW LV and need to fill up their tank. What terrible customer service in this location. The clerk Robin is rude and disrespectful. Knowing full well the gas pump was out of order she still let me prepay and have to come back inside to change it then threw my receipt on the counter and walked away not saying a word. Normally the crew is nice and pleasant but today was just the worst experience. The other clerk refused to get the store manager, saying he didn't know who the manager was and couldn't give me a store number. Do NOT under any circumstances use your debit card or credit card at this location. It is ripe with fraud. I had mine stolen 2 times. It's known all over Mountain's Edge for it's reputation for debit/credit card fraud. Many of us think it is an inside job because it happens at the pumps and inside, the staff will not give you Management contact info. They do not answer their phone. There have been news stories about how horrible it is. They refuse to do anything about it. Police refuse to do anything about it. They advised to call the FBI, which I did. I like the convenience and cleanliness of this gas station. It may not have been the case a year or 2 ago based on the reviews but it seems like things have changed. The staff is really nice, the bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen at ANY gas station and that's saying a lot. My car requires premium and the rate here is reasonable compared to other stations. I prefer coming here than to Chevron right across the street or Arco down on BD and Rainbow. read more

I've been using this Circle K since it opened and I've had nothing but great experiences. Now I know they've been scammed on the credit cards at the pump but I only pay with cash anyways. When I go inside I usually get a Stok cold coffee or a hot from the recently updated instant grind/brew machine. This has been a weekly stop on my way to work but now with COVID 19 I'm there every other day just to get a quick outing and some fresh coffee. The girls at the register are always nice and love to chat, Vanessa is just the friendliest and I love her smile. I used to stop at this location frequently. Usually the gas pumps won't shut off in time to prevent gas spilling down my car. The staff seem friendly however usually the drink section is a mess. The floor is usually very sticky and the condiment area is a mess. Now they are using the Opportunity Village collection jars as a way to beg for your coins. I don't mind giving to a worthy cause but it should be on my terms instead of being forced into donating my change. I have since taken most of my business elsewhere..... read more

I went to get gas after nursing school(stressful enough), I tell them the amount and the pump number, the lady put it on the wrong pump. The other people used my money(typical), I go in and tell them that they put it on the wrong pump and this lady says, "oh I'm not screwing this up" and proceeds to give it to I'm guessing the supervisor? A male (who needed to shower), and he throws a little tantrum and slams down the receipt I gave and slams his hands on the table and hides his head into his forearms(like he was hiding ?). I'm sitting there like.... okay soo...... ? And he goes, "well the other people already spent the money" I go"okay, well I need a refund because this was not my fault." He then gives me attitude and yells at ME THE GOD DAMN CUSTOMER, WHOSE GRANDFATHER IS DYING AS WE SPEAK. I then get irritated go, ok no need to be a dick to me! He says "k fine the money will be there. I'll take OUR money and put it in the pump" And I go to pump my gas. BUT WAIT. I go there and no money to pump said gas. Irritated to the last damn drop, I go in and say, k can I just have my receipt so you don't double charge me. He says, "I threw it away. I gave you OUR money so don't worry about it." I then said, I still wasn't able to pump gas even with your money. He then goes" oh. I didn't finalize it. It should work now." As he is waving me away like I'm some bug. This place will no longer get my money. Rude employees! Corporate will get this same message and you dickholes will hopefully go back to training or maybe lose your damn job!
