Now there's no such thing as a "bad" Slurpee . . . right? (My wife thinks I'm insane for liking the mixture of the cherry and coke "all natural flavors"). The gas seems to work just fine so for that they get a star, plus it's usually at one of the better prices in town. The lottery tickets have all been failures so far. Maybe I need to choose a different 7-11. You know, change up my luck. But here's the point of this review, I'm noticing that the big bites (I'd say I grab one once every other month or so) are coming out on stale (= hardened) rolls. That's a big bite no-no. So 7-11, improve your big bite rolls and your lottery ticket numbers and keep doin' your thang with the gas and Slurpees and you might kick up your rating a notch or two. Not all 7-11's do but luckily most of them in Colorado have the feature. Inside you'll see the normal corporate redesign form new food and drink specials. 7 rewards is pretty sweet and free to get so I certainly suggest registering even if you don't frequent 7-11 often. Other than that it's the same Slurpee and hot dog business you know and love. For the local residences this is a great late night snack spot. You have a Starbucks and Domino's Pizza adjacent as well as a bar. What more could you want from a gas station location?!?
