Conns had my mother without a dryer for 3 months , technicians came 12 times to try and fix the dryer (with the 4 year warranty that they try to claim we didn't purchase, even though we had the receipts). The warranty states after 3 times of not being able to fix the dryer they must replace it, after 3 months of back and forth with them they agreed to replace it. Now the dryer that she originally had they no longer carried it, so they only gave her store credit($599) for that amount to purchase another one and they didn't have any that cost that amount so my mom had to pay an extra $180+tax to get another dryer that looks similar to the one she originally only paid $599 for all this within the year of having the set. I don't recommend Conn's to anyone save yourself the headaches, they didn't even show compassion to my elderly parents that the dryer broke,they had to drive to my house to wash and dry for the past 3 months because THEIR technicians couldn't fix the problem/had to reschedule/lost the part/ordered the wrong part/couldn't remember what they had to fix because Conn's sends out different techs each time. The only workers that showed some care were the delivery men. Smh read more

Only one star may change if they work with us how every my washer broke so I walked in and nice sales rep and quick and easy however knew if it sounds too good to be then something must go wrong. Hope no one has to deal with Customer relations. We bought appliances (Refrigerator and Stove) with warranties. Conn's has the WORST customer service. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Conn's since 8/12/2016. Customer relations refuses to call me. Since 8/12/2016 one call supposedly placed to my husband- no message left and the customer service rep closed the ticket stating they gave the resolution- NO they didn't...he didn't receive a call or message. I have been calling on a weekly basis requesting for a call and they never call. I have place 5 complaints via their website. I just got off the phone with customer service was told AGAIN the ticket is closed and not to reopen!!! My last call to customer service was on 10/14/2016 and was told the ticket was close... I filed my 5th online complaint. Below is the 5th and 4th complaint This is my 5th complaint in regards to the issue I have been trying to resolve since July. I called last week request the tickets 496654 and 516708 remain open/reopen. The notes on my account were NOT update with that information at all. I am on the phone NOW with customer service and I have AGAIN requested that the ticket(s) be reopened and I receive a call to resolve this matter. Every complaint I have submitted online...I have NOT received a call back. I receive a Text today stating I have a small balance on this account. I am again requesting the my account ending in 432 be closed. I have a financial loss of minimum $400 and 2 dents in the refrigerator's doors- caused by Conn's This is my 4th time utilizing the online "Contact Us" in regards to the on-going issue with Conn's. I called customer service again today because ONCE AGAIN I have NOT received a call from the customer relations department. I have been requesting the customer relations department to call me to resolve this issue. An Amy supposedly called on 9/29 to my husband's phone and left NO message and then she closed the ticket. SPEAKING TO NO ONE she closes the ticket. I am the only one having conversations with Conn's and have REPEATEDLY request that I receive the calls, but no one calls. With all the calls I have made to Conn's in attempt to get service and then resolution between 7/13 and now 10/05... ONE calls...then supposedly the call was made on 9/29- with no message was left and no one called the other number on the account (and IS the one that is requested to be called)- ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Again, I am requesting that someone from the customer relations department call me to resolve this matter. Very bad customer service at there main office!!! I bought a TV six monthes ago and it's now broken. May 12, 2014 A repair man came out to my home to look at it and told me it was not fixable, that it had to be replaced. A week later (Sharp) the manufaturer calls me telling me that I had two options, if Sharp replaces my television I would have to get a refurbished one, or I can go back to Con's and they could replace it. For the price of my television why would I want a refurbished one, what's wrong with these people!. I have been getting nothing but the run around when contacting main office. I have had to go into the store twice to speak to the store manager and all they could do is call the main office and even the store manager gets the run around. I just recently purchased a sofa, love seat and and a bed set. I knew that Conns have been out side of the Phoenix area for more than 100 years, I thought that since they are a new store in Phoenix and since they have been around for a while, they might have good deals and excelent customer service to satisfy and create new reputation in the Phoenix area. This my experience so far. The furniture that i purchased could have been nice if it wasn't for all the damage that it had when it was delivered to my house. Now it has been three weeks since date of the purchase and many hours over the phone complaining and trying to get it replaced. well, as of today I still have the same damage furniture. I contacted them several times to to inquire about my replacement but they were under the impresion that it was delivered. After i told them that as of yet i have not received my new furniture, the warehouse manager told me that it would be a few more weeks because apprently now they do not have them in stock. This is the worse customer service that i have ever experienced in my entire life. I was in on Saturday and bought $2700 worth of furniture and was delivered to me on Sunday. Turns out that one of my sofas was too big for my living room. Not even 5 min after the delivery guys left I had called cons to let them know of my situation and asked if I can please switch it out for the smaller one because I have an oversized couch in the middle of my living room. I pleaded that i am not asking for any money back and even told them that I will pay the same for the smaller one that they wouldn't have to change nothing. Just wanted to swap the couch out for the smaller one but they would not let me. I'm paying all this money for this furniture and they can't or dnt even consider of helping me out. NO STARS!! Worst experience EVER!! Purchased brand new Samsung washer & dryer Saturday evening, picked up Sunday morning. I washed three loads over the next three days. On Friday evening I went to begin washing my laundry from the week and the Dryer would not spin/dry. My old machines were not digital, so I called my mom over who has similar machines to just make sure I hadn't missed something but still dead. The next morning, Saturday (one week since purchasing) I called Conns regarding the issue and was told it would take 72 hours for a repair man to come out. Although this was NOT the answer I wanted to hear; I played it cool and made alternative arrangements to get my laundry done and waited for Tuesday. On Tuesday the repair man advises the ENGINE is dead and they don't have another engine to replace it with so it has to be ordered and he doesn't know how long that will take. Unsatisfied, I immediately contacted Conns via telephone just to be told NOTHING could be done until they received information from the service repair man which would take 24 hours. I went back to the store and spoke with Jose "the Manager " just to be told he was unable to assist us without approval from Corporate. He also gave an "inside " phone number which turned out to be bad. I called Conns back to relay my disappointment and was told aside from "escalating" the current ticket for a manager review which would take place in 24 hours, there was NOTHING they could do, I needed to wait. So I called the next day, Wednesday and still no information from the service repair man and again I'm asked to wait! I called again Today (Thursday) and STILL no word from the service repair man!!! Still no help! Customer Service Managers, Service Managers, no one has authority! STILL NOTHING!! STILL NO DRYER & CLOTHES STACKING UP!! Disgusted with the CONN"S runaround. I'm going to re-post this to Yelp, the BBB and everywhere else I can to spread awareness about the way your store continues to make it difficult to get help after a claim is made on the purchased warranty. After three trips to our house regarding the breakdown of the furniture we purchased, the third party company you sent out finally had a guy who at least took apart the furniture and spent time putting in screws to alleviate the creaking and cracking. This didn't help. We were called and told we would be issued a full replacement. Then we were told that the furniture had been discontinued and we would have to physically go down to a store and pick out something else. We were issued $879.99 for the loveseat and $899.99 for the sofa, leaving a total of $1779.98 for quote, "IN STORE CREDIT". My wife picked out a sofa and chair with ottoman. We were then told that the ottoman wasn't coming in the delivery because it was a one for one exchange. Nothing on the statement says it was a one for one exchange, it only states and in store credit of $1779.98! The ottoman is part of the furniture my wife picked out after having to travel all the way down to a store because of the discontinued set. We just want the damn ottoman! The total for the replacement sofa and chair comes to $1349.98 leaving our in store balance of $430. The ottoman is $299. We're just asking for what we were promised!! We filed a formal complaint and are waiting for Conn's to step up to the plate and finish this replacement nightmare! read more

this business sucks, conns truly do suck. i dealt w Huberto, Jesus(CSR/Acceptance),Marcus(store mgr) . they tend to only cater to their own(Mexicans) hence the community their in . as several other people who were NOT hispanic including myself got treated entirely different i sat there did the approval over the phone. then they looked dumb founded cuz i switched stores from (Goodyear) az to the phoenix loc at 75th hence it was closer . i was told by Goodyear loc that it wouldnt change anything as they're all connected. so i was completely sold on a really nice tan colored couch (soft/n love seat) 799 that retailed for like 1700 so it was a steal, then i picked a couple of other items which 1 was not able to be put on the tab the Wifi modem as she(Alexis) stated their policy dont allow them to finance printers,tabs/phones,printers,modems,those sort of things idk but what ever so i thought i'd be able to take some of the stuff home except the couch WRONG they played games . however alexis was cool she was honest upfront consider i came at 7 was there past closing had the 50 dp , was told by Marcus their dept in tx closed like 3 mins earlier and that they had to fax the invoice over n get it approved over there before they could let anything leave their building while there was people late past closing like myself that loaded up their suvs(mexicans) yet I couldnt get the other items so stupid so they told me to come today instead of coming i called . was passed down to many people, never got ahold of the girl that was from the finance complete stupidness ,poor on the part for customer service i hope places like the die quickly along with their prejudicial views on their customers. so glad I never purchased from Conns. read more
