    My new fridge...with a small ding. Shopped in the clearance section and found a great deal. So I added a 70" inch TV for my daughter and son n law and an 85" for my wonderful husband. MS Jeannell in Humble location was super attentive and very helpful. Great customer service!! I will be returning for my new dining table.

    23 DAYS WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT FOR OUR BROKEN REFRIGERATOR I don't think I have ever experienced this poor of communication, respect, or service from a company before. We bought a GE refrigerator and it broke less than 4 months later. A tech came out to assess and stated it would be replaced as it was under 6 months old per policy, but he had to formally get approval. (The whole cooling system was not working but I don't remember the specific part name) Then we started getting refrigerator parts deliver to us, so we called and we're told it was a mistake. Fast forward another week, the tech randomly calls us on a Tuesday morning to tell us he's on his way to replace the parts, keep in mind we had no previous knowledge and we do not work from home, but I said I could rearrange my schedule to be home for 4 hours from his stated arrival time and he said if I couldn't stay longer then we needed to reschedule... so we rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday comes around and my husband gets an email from Conns stating the tech showed up but no one was home so we needed to reschedule. I was home ALL day, we have multiple security cameras to prove the tech NEVER came to our home. Upset, I called the number provided on the email to find out what was going on. The lady who answered told me she didn't know why he didn't show up, but it showed he put in another request for the refrigerator to be replaced and we would hear something in 5-7 days (keep in mind it has now been THREE WEEKS without a refrigerator). I asked why a new order would be submitted when it was already denied and why I did not receive any communication. Unable to provide me with any answer, I asked for a supervisor. I waited 46 minutes on hold for a supervisor, not an exaggeration, I waited literally 46 minutes, for her to only talk to me for a few minutes to say - the tech messed up and his higher ups have been notified. You will be rescheduled for Tuesday (another 4 days away). 12/27/2022 - we contacted Conns to inform them our refrigerator/freezer was not cooling (we lost ALL of our food) 01/14/2023 - today, our refrigerator is still not repaired. As of today, we were told we still have to wait another 4 days which makes 23 days without a refrigerator. @ Conns if trying to contact us, the order is under my husband Aldo M.

    Their true selves is all in their name. I paid my washer and dryer off in ONE MONTHS TIME: I always paid in cash. Nearly a year later they call me and tell me that my credit card payment to one of the payments didn't go through and was a charge back and because of that now has incurred interest of nearly $1400. I asked them what is the last 4 digits of the CC I used and they proceeded to tell me they no longer have that information because they sold my record to a third party. KEEP your records people and stay AWAY from these Conns artist BS BECAUSE I ALWAYS PAID IN CASH AND I HAVE THE RECORDS TO PROVE SO!!!!!!!!!! You all have been warned.

    This is the worst place to buy from even though you buy extended warranties they still don't honour it they make up excuses and lie to you why they can't fix your product even though they clearly states that they can fix it on their home page for warranty I have a Conns card and bought a lot of stuff from them but I will never buy from them again once you buy it it's your problem

    My brother is looking to buy a washer and dryer. I heard a commercial on the radio about a discount at Conn's, so we went to check out what they had. The employees were very nice and were careful not to be overly aggressive. I felt they had a great selection, but the prices although competitive, were not the best I've seen. I would definitely shop at Conn's again, but not before comparing with Home depot and Best buy!

    We originally found Global Imports on Instagram and Facebook. After looking at their pictures on…read morethose social media pages, we decided to pay them a visit. They are a importer of furniture. The furniture inventory here is in constant turnover. Chris and Karen are both very easy to work with. They will call you when something that you were looking for comes in. However, do not drag your feet if you find something you want. They will sell out of things very quickly. When I say quickly I mean extremely fast. For instance, it is not uncommon for them to sell a container of chairs within 48 to 72 hours. I posted a few pictures that we took in July 2021. The things that you see in these photos may or may not be available by the time you're reading this review. The pricing that he offers on his furniture is fair and not overinflated. Definitely worth visiting if you want imported furniture that is built well at a fair price. Bottom line - A great furniture store with inventory that is constantly turning over. The quality is typical Chinese quality and service after the sale doesn't exist. if they are going to package it and load it they should at a minimum put the protective foam back prior to loadin.

    Great furniture selections. Service for the most part is good, definitely not great though. A few…read moreof the salespeople were either pushy or inattentive, or gave off a frustrated feeling while the customer shops. Online shopping is cool, the online person usually is based at the main store, I believe in Pearland. The value is pretty good especially when they have a sale. The quality of the furniture is great. I'd purchase more if the delivery wasn't an issue. Be prepared for delivery issues from my experience. Either they tell you yes your item is in stock and available for delivery, but the delivery is stalled from a week to over two months. The customer is given a variety of reasons from the order must have been given to another customer, it should be in in a few days, it's back ordered, or they deliver part of the order, because the rest was left at the warehouse. Additionally, as the customer you'll have to do the follow up and calls to track your order and delivery. Mind this will be via several store and warehouse managers. Extremely frustrating! No apology or compensation for information not being historically correct. The lack caused great hardship. Also, if during this process, you want to cancel your order, I was told I'd be charged a restocking fee, for something that I didn't create. ‍ So as a customer, I'd only be interested in a cash and carry type of transaction, which is sad, because I do see several other pieces I'd be interested in. I've given them two opportunities and both had issues. I don't like the feeling of being held hostage.

After going to 4 other stores in the area and not finding anything even halfway decent we decided to give them a try and weren't disappointed. Our salesman, Keith Leger was very knowledgeable and helpful keeping in touch with us after the sale to make sure our furniture was delivered as promised. There were a few communication issues with texts and emails, but our furniture was delivered on the date promised. The set we bought is well made and came with dovetailed drawers, metal glides, felt lined drawers, a jewelry drawer and cedar drawers. We were surprised with a before Christmas delivery of truffles from Tiff! our expe was totally pleasant and we would purchase from them in the future.
