Dr Hain was my family member's neurosurgeon and he is phenomenal! Thorough in all consultations,…read morehighly experienced yet approachable and patiently answered questions. He showed up and checked in everyday in the hospital room!! All staff were courteous and professional minus one nurse. From check in with Vicki, CNA, gentleman drawing blood, to the OTs and PTs. Lovely. All the nurses except one were very attentive, understanding, supportive! It was clear a caring system is put in place for the patients. Michelle was his overnight nurse the first highly critical night and 2nd after surgery. She was vigilant, kind, and went above and beyond! Unfortunately, one daytime nurse lacked care figuratively and literally. The patient was a fall risk. Required to call anytime moving out of bed. Several times called needing help to walk to the bathroom never came, called to communicate the patient had to walk alone, still a no show. Even a time said the next shift nurse will dump out what was left. Really late on giving pain meds, every time she mentioned she would come back to fill the patient's water etc never did. This nurse was snippy towards a family member yet called the patient "honey", off and inappropriate. Thankfully we spoke with Kent CNA, asked for presence and help and he was super! All around services were great. On discharge day the nurse was Ann. Thank heavens bc she was wonderful, thorough and patient. Ann helped get prescriptions delivered to the room and patient was accompanied out on a wheelchair. Food service is able to be tailored for the patient. It isn't the best food but better than others. Thanks to all! Standouts: Michelle, Maria, Heidi, Ann, Kent, Amber OT.

Praise the Lord! Almost 6 weeks ago I entered Dr. Jurshua office at the recommendation of my dear…read morefriend. I had been coughing for four months at that time, and had been dealing with constant thin clear mucus or congestion. My face, and my throat would be irritated, I would experience audible wheezing resulting in asthmatic flare ups. Which meant up to 2 to 4 nebulizer treatments per day, oral prednisone for at least a month and antibiotics because I get sinus infections. I was very skeptical of the treatment she was recommending which is called , (N.A.E.T) NAET treatment. IT IS A drug FREE, HOLISTIC, TREATMENT for ALLERGY ELIMINATION. When I show up for my appointments, I would tell the doctor that this is very different and quite interesting. I was not confident that it would work, but I was desperate as my chronic cough and asthma problems were hindering me my normal daily activities. I had an allergic reactions to a dog that I purchased for my husband along with a history to allergies known and unknown. I went to treatment two times a week for almost 5 weeks. For the first time in over 20 years. I can dust my house without a mask. I recently went to a conference of over 400 women. I usually sit by the door or and wear a mask This time I sat down with all the women and I didn't get sick, Hallelujah! And yes, my husband still has his dog and I am not coughing my head off, I am not taking prednisone, or antibiotics and I have not yet had another sinus infection. I can dust my house without a mask and I can go outside without one. I am very thankful for what I consider a very different kind of treatment that has made my life much more functional and a whole lot healthier. I thank the good Lord for Dr. Jerusha. If you have severe allergies, back spasms, sinus infections, I highly recommend you go see her and have a better quality of life. She's worth the one hour drive one way and every dollar I pay her. Thank you, Jesus for Dr. Jerusha. Mrs. Sharon Holder
