I had made an appointment for a mamorgan a year in advanced. I had been a patient for years. No text or email reminder was sent. I was billed $50.00 as a no show fee. I called a stated that I always make my appointments. I then found out the fee was for. and I had mistakenly thought the fee was for a different visit. Brought long gave me a firm no on reimbursement. Yesterday I received a statement saying I needed to make an apt. for 2026. I made one and received 3 reminder texts stating what time my appointment was and there is a charge for no shows. I canceled and will gi elsewher. A little too late notification. read more

I've had my mammogram and my kids have had imaging here. The staff is incredibly polite, professional,and kind. You feel that they always put patients first. I feel so pampered with my mammograms with a warm robe offered and lovely tea and the waiting room. It feels like a sense of camaraderie. They are fast and efficient and I imagine if they were ever slow. It's due to a problem. I've had to have advanced screening and they have been extremely thorough. I would prefer thorough over fast as I know they are taking care of me. This is by far my favorite place to get imaging in Lincoln. read more

I had an scan that I paid in full. It was not to be submitted to insurance, although they did. I then get a bill that went from $115. to double $230. They use a billing company. The lady told me they were not told to not submit it to insurance. Not my fault. So very reluctantly I paid it, but will never do business here again. In the past I have always been very happy with the treatment I received here but my most recent visit was very disappointing. I went for a mammogram. The technician was rough when positioning me and caused a lot of pain especially to my shoulder. When she wanted me to move she would just push me. I understand mammograms are uncomfortable but this was painful beyond reason. Hopefully she won't be working there for long. read more

I have went here for years for any imaging that I have needed. I probably have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Today was a different story. I'm wondering if they are double booking. I couldn't figure it out. There was like nine women waiting in the waiting room for mammograms and I was just asking how long it was gonna take. They said they were very busy today and one woman says well good luck. I'm over 30 minutes late on my appointment. I had excellent care. Staff is great. I've had no problems whatsoever but now I am wondering is this going to be an all-time thing? Are they just getting too big or scheduling too many people to come in , I had another appointment which I allowed plenty of time for and was not able to make that appointment because I was so far behind on my mamo. The mamo took, probably less than five minutes, but that wasn't a problem. It was the wait to get it done. read more

Very slow. Arrived early, yet appt time came and went. There are no newspapers to read, just outdated magazines. The tv was turned off, because it was "offensive " to some. Once they left, we were never given the option to turn it back on. Front end staff, not the most pleasant, borderline of being rude actually. Its obvious when someone doesn't like their job. The shuffle from waiting room to waiting room, to waiting room is redundant. This was not my first time here. This day they seemed excessively more unorganized than past times. I will definitely request another option for the next scan order. read more

I went here multiple times for my knee and kept getting different answers. I had the tenex procedure done here and it was a complete waste of money. It doesn't work. I now am recovering from open knee surgery. I also had what they thought was a bursa sac on my knee.. actually was a cyst on my tendon. If I told them my knee still hurt after follow up appointments they would tell me to go back on crutches and use my knee brace again which was totally pointless. I worked with these people for 6 months and it was extremely difficult and I didn't get anywhere with them. If you have planter fasciitis / scar tissue in your knee, elbow, ankle, etc. don't ever get the tenex. It's pointless and you'll end up getting surgery down the road. read more

I switched to AMI and it was the best experience all my questions were answered got my results quickly and for Breast Cancer Awareness month they handed out carnations. They care about the health of their patients. They are the best!! read more

I'm so glad we went there-great experience!! My daughter needed an x-ray of her elbow after she fell really hard and had pain that limited how much she used that arm for several days. The pediatrician wrote a script and said to take it to any of the hospitals, the orthopedic's office, or Advanced Medical Imaging. Normally I like to do my homework so I know what to expect and about how much it will cost. However, as with many medical procedures, that's just not possible. We went to AMI because It was close and I thought it would be well run as an independent provider for x-Rays (and other medical imaging services). I don't know how much an x-ray costs elsewhere, but after my insurance discount, I paid less than $50 for what we needed. For a walk-in service, we waited less than half an hour to be seen AND there was a snack area that my 3 little ones could enjoy while their sister went for the x-ray. Thanks AMI!! read more

My kids have had pains/sprains in their ankles and/or wrists. I have done walk-in here about 3 times, and we were in and out (of the x-rays) within 40 minutes each time, probably even less. I thought maybe I caught them on a good day the first time, but this third time, the initial waiting room was crowded, and told them I had to leave in 45 minutes for a music lesson. They had me in and out quickly. I was impressed. They do move you from one waiting area to a check in station, then a second waiting room with snacks and water, which my kids love, and I appreciated as well. But they didn't even finish the snack when the technologist called them for the x-ray. I had the option to stay and wait another 10 minutes for the dr. to read the x-ray, or to leave and my own dr. call me with the results. I left and was pulling in my driveway when MY dr. called me back after AMI had called them with results. I have not used the other services they offer - just x-rays. read more

I've been having my sphenoid cath treatments there for my migraines. Everyone is so helpful and polite. The treatments are very helpful. I've had many procedures done here and I've been happy every time. My husband has also had procedures done here. We've always had wonderful care. I would recommend AMI to anyone for mammograms, guided MRIs, sphenoid caths, you won't be disappointed. read more

Billing is through a third party system. The bill doesn't match what you are told. Getting explanations about why are difficult if not impossible. 40 minutes on hold to be cut off if you can get through the system, email took over a week for a response, AMI would not or could not help. I would avoid AMI if at all possible. Too bad they cannot put some of that construction money into better billing systems instead of building a bigger building. read more

I went in for a yearly screening appointment on the wrong day. The kind receptionist offered to check open availability since I was already there. I was able to be seen within 30 minutes, and out the door in just over an hour. It was my mistake to arrive on the wrong date, and I appreciated their accommodating me. read more

Dr Rahul Razdan is excellent! I had an epidural steroid injection procedure...he made it a most comfortable procedure. The last one that I had was elsewhere by a different doctor and I had horrific pain. Dr Razdan is the best, I highly recommend him and AMI, and his nurse, Jill was great too. read more
