Enjoyable is not the norm for a "quick care" visit but Christie made it happen! 4 stars for the on-line reservation system. Good idea and works well most of the time but if there's a no-show, it keeps someone else from scheduling an exam/getting in at that time.

My insurance was billed $339.32 instead so I'm stuck with $192.55. I also refused a strep test (not an issue no symptoms of one other than a fever) due to my family never getting strep and she insisted after debating not doing it for 15 mins. Of course it was negative and I'm billed $42 for that too. Called the billing office and guess what I'm stuck with all of it. I will not be gong there again. Learned my lesson. The office/provider reeked of cigarette smoke with a large air purifier buzzing next to us. He was given a prescription left went to pick it up and the script she wrote was $500. It's not offered in a liquid with the exception of one pharmacy in Omaha. The pharmacist and myself had to track her down fast to get it changed to a $8 pill. I was called the next day by a different provider giving me another prescription b/c the pill was not a good option for an 8 year old. Overall I wasted money and time racing thinking I was only going to be charged the amount listed on the website. Save your money and time go to a reputable provider. This place is horrible.

Our son (1 yo) had a double ear infection on a Sunday and they were able to see us within minutes of getting there. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The environment was extremely clean and taken care of. Jen was so friendly and good with our son. Made me feel like she was there for him and making him feel comfortable with being at the doctors office. It was also nice that she herself could empathize with our situation and giving such sound advice. Appreciate the time, friendliness and energy the staff put in on this weekend.

I'm so thankful I found him for myself and more importantly my son. He assured me he will do everything he can to help me out and give the best care he can to my son. As a young mother I really appreciate it and feel more than comfortable with him. If you're looking for a family doctor and you don't choose John Winters you're missing out! Oh the other hand his nurse Lesley is the rudest person I've ever encountered. If I'm correct you should have to like helping people when you enter the medical field and not make the patient feel like a burden. The past few days I've been in excruciating pain and have been seen by two other doctors who unfortunately don't know what's causing my pain. I called Nebraska Medicine eagle run clinic about a half hour ago and was so offended by her attitude I am writing a review... When I explained what was going on to her and told her I've been to two different ERs and had the nastiest tone in her voice saying she didn't know what I was talking about and said she needed records of that. As if my pain isn't real. I'm really considering going somewhere else but I love my doctor. I'm really offended by this nurse. If she wasn't there I would praise this clinic with my whole being. I'm defiantly calling and asking to speak to a manager.

I almost don't want to review this place because it is amazing and I want to keep it to myself, but…read morethat isn't want the spirit of Yelp is about, so I am sharing it. Urgent cares are hit-or-miss (usually a "miss"). About a month ago I was super sick so we went to another urgent care and had a horrible experience and ended up leaving. We were frantically searching google for someplace else to go and found this place. We had a really hard time finding it because it is tucked back in an access road. It is attached to a Methodist Physicians Clinic so the facility is pretty nice. The best part is that the nurses and doctors are all super friendly and competent (as opposed to the C-string that you often find at urgent cares). Also, the co-pay is only $30 (most places are $50), although that may vary with your insurance. If you have been to a Methodist medical facility in the past, check in is super fast, as they will already have you in the system. After filling out minimal paperwork, we only had to wait about 5 minutes until they called us back. We have been back since and the quality was just as good the second time. If you need an urgent care, I cannot recommend this place enough!
