Sam colored my hair over two appointments (the first…read moretry wasn't quite what I was looking for but she gladly took me back and fixed everything) Sam was super sweet, professional, and the final product came out great! Thank you Sam! However, I did not have a good interaction with who I believe is the salon manager, Stacy. (Although she could've been the receptionist, I'm not quite sure) She was standoffish, a bit rude, and it seemed like she didn't want to help me at all. After checking in at my second appointment, I went back up to the front desk because I had a simple question about a product that I purchased during my first appointment. As I started to speak, she cut me off saying that I needed to have a seat and that Sam was going to be with me shortly. Before I could even say another word, she turned and walked away from me. I didn't say anything during my appointment because I wasn't going to let someone who was clearly having a bad day ruin mine, but I thought it would be important for the salon owners to know how she is treating clients. I will be returning to see Sam, and hopefully the other woman is having a better day when I return.

In September 2025, the cost for having my lashes done went from $59 to $75. Pretty extreme if you ask me. I voiced my concerns to the owner. Her response was that they are now offering their own line and have more options for their clients. Nothing whatsoever is different about the lashes I am getting, so why the increase? In addition to increasing my charge - no one bothered to let me know ahead of time. I found out when I was checking out. Seriously bad customer service. Then, less than 4 months later they increased the cost AGAIN. Mariah called me the night before my next appointment to let me know because she knew I was very upset with the last increase and not being informed ahead of time. She's a sweetheart and really cares about her clients. Once again, I spoke with the owner about the increase. She told me that Mariah's level was raised so they were compensating her for that increase. Mariah deserved the promotion!!! However I further questioned the owner and expressed my displeasure with the increases. I informed her (since she didn't know and apparently didn't care), that their pricing had increased 44% in just 4 months. I told her that she was making decisions that would obviously impact customers negatively and had she given that any thought. Again, she didn't appear to care. Now, today I open the receipt for my service yesterday.... They charged me for some hairspray and my lashes and I included the tip. Once again to my surprise, a new fee had been added with no notice. I can't even believe they have the audacity to charge it - a "CONVENIENCE TIP FEE" of approximately 5.5% if you put the tip on your credit card. I immediately called and spoke with Layla asking her what the heck was that fee. She told me that they have a new system for checking out and it automatically charges that fee if you tip on a credit card. She did offer that I could avoid that by tipping in cash. My response - YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!' let me get this straight, your new system charges me in order to pay for the new system? She then asked if I'd like to speak with the owner. I told her no because she continues to charge her customers for anything she chooses without any regard for or any communication to the customers and couldn't care less. I will be submitting this review anywhere and everywhere I can over the next couple of days. It's a shame that she doesn't care that Mariah has now lost another client due to her poor management and business ethics. Done and done

    I am visiting Waco for the weekend, and I am desperately overdue for a haircut. I searched online…read moreand found this salon close to my hotel. They had very convenient booking online with information about all of their stylists. Dee Dee is a master stylist and I snagged her last appointment of the day. My hair was in serious need of professional help! She was so pleasant and kind. She was very thorough and took her time while we decided what we were going to do and even though I brought inspiration pictures, she still explained the cut to me. I am very happy with my result. In fact, her service was excellent. I made an appointment for the Spring to drive back to Waco to see her. The store has a lot of haircare brands. Any hair brand you're thinking of - they carry the line. All of the employees were very friendly, and I am very pleased! Highly, highly recommended. Everyone working there seemed very professional. And they have all different levels of stylists, so depending on what service you need or what your budget is, I feel that they have someone there who can do your hair.

I would change my appointment within 72 hours! She said that was not acceptable and I should be a walk-in-only client! Anna Marie, who gave me several good cuts, and I tipped her at 40%, even gave her a 100% tip at Christmas did not want me as a client anymore because a couple of times I wanted her to take a little more off here or there. I complimented profusely, but she was still offended that I would return and ask for a tweak. It was not her. I was learning about my new hair texture now that I'm in my 50s.
