They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, order the part, and have everything fixed within 36 hours. The turnaround time was impressive and the pricing felt fair for the work that was done. Plus, the owner's wife sells adorable handmade children's clothing in the lobby, also for a fair price! I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest auto repair service!

Towards the end of last year (October-ish), I got my tires replaced at this location and everything was great! No real problems until April, when one of my tires kept going flat. I took my car back to this location and explained to them my predicament - explicitly mentioning not only that my car has had previous issues with the tire pressure sensors, but also that one of my tires kept going flat, no matter how often I would put air back into it. I called back 3 1/2 hours after dropping off my car to ask for an update and was told that they had been calling me for hours (Note: I did not have 1 missed call from anyone in my call logs!) and that my car had been done for a while. I asked them what problems they had found and what work had been done to fix their findings, to which I was met with a very condescending tone telling me that, "The only thing wrong with your car was that your tires were low on air, so we filled them up for you!" Naturally, I was very confused. I asked if they checked the sensors and the tires themselves for any problems and was, again, immediately met with a quick and snarky reply of Yes we checked it all and your car is fine. Fast forward to 2 (Two!!!!!) days later, my tire sensor light turns back on. One more day passes and my tire is flat once again. This time, I take it to another tire dealership in Winder. Within the hour, my tire is replaced due to the carpenter nail lodged within it! Isn't it crazy how that works? As a single young woman, I find the condescension and lack of respect absolutely ridiculous. I admittedly do not know too much about cars, but if a customer comes into your establishment with a specific concern, I would try listening to them. Matt and team took the time to properly diagnose my vehicle and worked through the logical steps before recommending major repairs. They even found one issue that was simply a disconnected component, and fixed it on the spot without taking advantage of the situation. Many shops could have easily turned that into an unnecessary expensive "repair". The team was transparent, fair, and never made me feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They "look" at it again and find new issues, after another 400 I pick it up, guess what it is still having the same issue. I will never go back here. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

I wanted to drop a thank you to RPM Automotive. I am not from the area but was nearby on business…read more I got into my car after an appointment and noticed oil leaking from my car. I found RPM about a mile from where I was at and pulled into their business to explain my situation. They dropped what they were doing to take a look. I had used a lube company to change my oil a few days prior to this leak. RPM discovered that the lube company didn't tighten the oil plug.
